Thank you. Any chance we can get Adobe to accept text other than English? letters in Polish or other languages appears as question marks "?", how come Celtx free let's me paste any text in and Adobe Story not. I'm not talking about dictionary/spell check support. All we need is for Adobe Story not to misbehave (with question marks) when we paste text from other languages. Coz,to let you know, there are films in other languages, really.

Adobe Flash Updates December 2014 crash Firefox on iMac. Websites access thus blocked.

Tried to ignore all the messages to update Adobe Flash as this always leads to trouble. But the Firefox blocking of the old version led to new troubles. So I attempted to install the update. Firefox hung up with the whirling globe of death..wouldn't safe start..wouldn't reset. Could access nothing.
Had to uninstall Flash and trash Firefox app and start over with an older version of Firefox (19) drug over from a back-up drive, which Firefox nicely updated to 34.0.5 overnight.
Tried once again to update Flash (this time with an older version). It still crashed Firefox (though not irrevocably this time) and remains squirrely, meaning there are many sites I can no longer log on to and videos do not function properly.
It's the new Adobe Flash incompatibility with my Firefox 34.0.5 on my system that is creating all the problems right now and there doesn't seem to be a solution?
How does one find out what version of Flash is on one's computer and what version actually will work with my current systems?

Lesson files in the CD from Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014 release (Classroom in a book) won't load.

After copying all files from the CD on to my hard drive, the files won't work when I tried to open it in Premiere Pro. It says file missing or cannot be found.
Could anyone please help me with this?

I contacted Adobe customer service and they directed me here.

Mr. Kopriva I was told weeks before you had contacted me. Thankfully I have recorded everything, have the complete history of things. Helen at corporate has told me you told her you tried contacting me before this time so your email is extremely late. Helen also told me you tried to correct things. You also have earlier emails and my comments on the forum about the problems so you did not look at all my responses. This heavy handed response and prevention of me to access to my stories is just another issue. I get emails from everyone having similar problems. I cannot log on to online and Adobe team has known this for months. Not everyone understands what the tech's are saying and after trying to do as instructed it did not work for some reason. I am about to contact all local writers, the screen writers guild, software review companies, your corp offices by showing up in my wheelchair outside your offices, with a sign about what has happened and which can happen to anyone, competitor software companies of "Story" live, etc., your treatment and then prevention of people getting to their work, stories is monstrous and everyone needs to know. So just keep ignoring a 5 minute solution to show you don't care about people. I've asked for months for some help, by phone to direct me through a problem you have with your software. You (Adobe team) with your inability to accept criticism for a beta product and contempt for americans is tiresome. Again my number is 480-782-8079 so I can get my stories off your software, saved and accessible for me, to me immediately, you can't take constructive criticism and no one dare have hardware problems because you software geeks don't give a damn about us.

Adobe Story getting started

I would like to install adobe story on my computer. What should I do to download the program and start using it? Is there a monthly payment or just the product purchase?

Adobe releases CC 2014. Muse releases 2014.1 What?!

This is what I'm talking about Adobe. CC was supposed to be the end of versioning. And now I have not one, not two, but THREE f!@$ing versions of Adobe muse and other applications. Whats the point of having this "cloud" license if you're going to stuff up my hard drive with iteration after iteration of applications? Just update the one damn app!
Come on Adobe. Get your **** together.

I have no idea about the 2014.1 but I do know that 2014 is a NEW program when compared to CC

-so do not uninstall the older CC programs if you use plugins in your programs until you are sure you have plugins

Adobe Story Release

I downloaded the Beta of Adobe Story (kudos by the way on the program, it's amazing). With that being said, I can't help but wonder what the projected timeline is for it to be released as the final program. I tried going through some forums this morning and didn't really find the answer although I'm sure the question has been asked many times.
Also, I'm a very... secure person. I don't like the idea of having all of my material online for the fear of losing it or having ideas taken. What kind of security does the BETA have and what kind of securities will the final version have? I understand that Adobe story can be both a standalone or browser enabled program. I guess my real question is when the final software for Adobe Story is released, will we be able to strictly use it as a standalone program without having to connect to the internet?
If someone could answer those questions for me I'd really appreciate it. Not much could deter me from the program right now, even if some say it's simple I think it's just what I need.

Secure online storage at Adobe is important to Adobe as well. We are already using the same storage platform as Acrobat.com and photoshop.com
Story is delivered as an service and versioning should really does not mean much in this world. Gmail was called beta for 3 years or more. We are confident about the stability, availability and reliability of the product today, which is why its out in the market and getting so much traction.
You can use Story as a standalone application by downloading the AIR application from the welcome page after you log into Story. As of right now, you have to connect to the web if you want to create a new document. We are thinking about allowing users to keep their document offline forever, if they wanted to. This means that you wont be able to share or collaborate with others, which may not be a problem for you.

What can I do when Im having trouble receiving a script from Another Adobe Story Plus user?

I am having serious trouble downloading a link of a script one of my crew members shared with my from Adobe Story Plus. Everytime I click on the link in my email I go straight to the Adobe Story Plus Project/ Authoring Interface, the project (script) is not there. I am using my PC with Windows 7. Would that be a issue if my friend is using a Mac?
I don't know what to do for I need this info pronto. The crew member who has sent it to me has done so multiple times and the same thing has happened. I do not see the script in the project pane. If I can receive the script into my Story account, what can be done for that to happen? What else can I do to get this script into my story account or to downlaod the link from my email?

Hi,
One quick way could be to ask the crew member to save the script to disk (File->Save to disk) option and mail that to you. You could then import the script into your account.
