Adobe story crashes on login (online application, google chrome)

Question

I've successfully used Story several times, but at some point when i tried to login i got the following:
TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.

I dismissed it, The application looked like in the screenshot (no username, no files etc), and i couldn't do anything with it. repeated many times, only when using google chrome, in firefox everything's fine.
flash player on chrome: 11,4,402,265 debug, but in release version (that chrome gets automatically) same thing happens, just i don't see the error.
what's going on?

Solved by updating flash player to 11.5
