    Problems with registration you can contact our support team at Contact Customer Care.  Please make sure you are signed in and selecting the proper selections from the pull down.  If you continue to not be able to contact our support team then I would strongly recommend the use of a different web browser, computer, smart phone, or tablet.

    I have tried several times to get an answer to a question. I have an invasive pop up which claims to be from Creative cloud. Since i have not downloaded or updated anything i want to know if it is genuine before entering a password.
    I now have four identical 'standard' emails with no answer and giving me no way to reply to the emails. The email claims there is no telephone number to contact me on in my profile but my number is listed there.
    The email tells me to call an 800 number but since i am outside the usa , i cannot connect to this number.
    The email tells me to go online and look for the support ticket but the ticket is not there so i cant progress it.
    I originally send a mail to the phishing@ email address since i was worried this was what was happening. With no other way to respond, i send three further emails to the same address,  one after each of the first three responses. I clearly advised that I have no way to contact support and provided a contact telephone number. I also requested a 001 US number so I could call Adobe.  In each case, i simply got a standard email back without an answer and the same options to cantact adobe which do not work.
    I now have an email telling me that my issue is resolved. This is a fantastic way to resolve issues. 1. ignore what your customer asks, 2. make it impossible for them to contact you. 3. dismiss their problem when they fail to overcome contact difficulties.
    With no way to contact Adobe , it seems I may have to send an actual registered letter. Its the 21st century but I am reduced to this. At least i can guarantee that Adobe cannot claim they did not receive my contact as I will have the receipt.
    i also tried 4 times to use your chat service and was cut off mysteriously three times. On the final occassion, i was advised I should create a brand new Adobe account and start again. Not very helpful.
    Is Adobe customer service really uncontactable?

    While it is possible you have a faulty unit I'd agree that the menu system took a step backwards with the itunes store centric take 2.0+ software. I think I'm in the minority here though. Apart from the 2.0+ top level interface being butt ugly and confusing to navigate, it simply isn't as responsive as 1.0/1.1 and I think most of this is to do with displaying a combined sync/stream menu. if you sync stuff try setting 'show only synced items' in the AppleTv device tabs in iTunes and see if it makes the issue go away - easy to revert back.
    Huge libraries (number of files not actual size of the files) can also be problematic given AppleTV's modest hardware specs but that's more exception than the rule.
    With streaming/syncing combined I also think any network deficiencies show up more than they used to.

    My brushes are completely screwed up and I believe my download of PHotoshop is corrupted or something.  I am an annual creative could member.  How can I contact technical support to find out what to do?  I have searched high and low for a phone number or a way to submit a technical ticket but there is only a maze of unanswered questions and contact support "fake-outs" on every page.
    Can someone help me with this?  I am now paying $50 a month for nothing until this is fixed.  All changes to pictures in my photoshop program have weird boxes and rectangles of weird colors and patterns.  I have attempted to figure out what is going on and can only assume something is wrong with the program itself.  I have returned everything to the default settings and it is still happening.  I don't have time to comb through thousands and thousands of forum posts to fix something I am not responsible for.

    you're more likely to get help via the forums for that issue.
    first, reset your preferences by holding down shift-ctrl-alt (win) or shift-cmd-alt (mac) while starting ps.  you'll see a confirmation dialog if done correctly.
    if that fails and you want to reinstall, uninstall and clean first per - Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
    and finally, the ps forum is likely to have more helpful suggestions.

    You need to download CS6 Photoshop and enter the serial number for CS6 Photoshop and then you would be prompted to enter the serial number for qualifying product.
    Enter the CS5 serial number in order to install and activate CS5 Photoshop on your machine.
