Adobe Trial Software expires after one day if launched in June 2008

A large majority of Adobe Trial Software Packages, including After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Illustrator, contain a time-out bug which will affect people who launch the trial for the first time in June 2008. Users who launch a trial application for the first time in June 2008 will be given only one day, rather than 30 days, to trial the software.
When you open the trial version of an Adobe program, you are warned that the trial will expire after one day. When you open the trial after that day, the trial has expired.
If you decide to purchase the product in June, instead of having 30 days to activate your product, you only have one day to activate.
Users who first launched their trial before June 2008 are not affected.
Adobe have released a Trial Repair Tool, which will grant 65 days of trial use for users who have launched in June 2008. Download the Repair Tool here:
http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/all/mac/TrialRepairTool.dmg
Please read the Adobe Technote for complete details and instructions on use of the Trial Repair Tool.

No. Get used to it. It's called progress. No offense, but generally I get the impression that you are looking for something that nobody realyl will be able to help you with. If your whole workflow is based on outdated trial versions (and that includes your old AutoCAD), it begins to smell like you have done that for a while now and only now it doesn't work and then we are quickly approaching the sign that says "Piracy town, next crossing left". Either that, ore you are stuck with a 10 year old computer, in which case you will have to straighten out that first.

  • My trial expires after one day

Has this happened to anyone else?!
Or know how I can fix this?

You can't fix anything. if it is timed out, it is timed out. Only a serial number can unlock it. As to why and how it happened is pointless guesswork, since you didn't even mention your operating system. Generalyl, though, this happens if the licensing system perceives something as an attempt at tampering...

  • Adobe Captivate Trial expires after one use

I just downloaded the Adobe Captivate trial (Mac) and it only worked once. I'm pretty sure I have never installed this before on my Mac. Is there a known problem and fix for this?
    Thanks.

Steverb2 if your trial is showing as expired then I would recommend evaluating the software on a different computer.  Please see Adobe trial software expired early - http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 for possible reasons your trial may have expired early.  There is no method available to extend an expired trial.

  • Free trial expired after 15 days

I signed up for a free trial on 2/2/15. I'm trying to update a document with InDesign today, but keep being told my trial has expired and I need to pay to continue. Is there any way around this? Is it not a 30 day trial?

if the trial is being detected as previously utilized then you will want to evaluate InDesign on a different computer or utilize an active membership.  There is no way to reset the trial process.  You can find additional details at Adobe trial software expired early

  • Acrobat issue - pop-up says "Your trial will expire in 32767 days"

    Hi all,
I'm hoping someone may be able to help me get rid of an annoying pop up I'm encountering in Acrobat.
I'm running a licensed version of Adobe CS6 Master Collection that I purchased directly from Adobe.
I've noticed, however, in the last few days that when I go to print a web page to PDF format using Adobe -PDF, I am getting an unusual Adobe pop-up that says "Your trial will expire in 32767 days". This seems to be happening only in Acrobat, all other Adobe programs are working fine. JPEG of popup is attached.
I then click on "License this software", then I'm prompted to sign-in with my Adobe account. So I enter my login details, the page appears to load, however, then I'm sent back to the sign-in screen. I know I'm using the right log-in details (as I just logged in to post this message!). So the only way to get out of this message is to click back and then "continue trial".
    Acrobat version installed is 10.1.3
I've already tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Acrobat, but I'm still having the same problem.
    Thanks in advance!
    J

Sorry that I can not help. However, it is intriguing that you apparently have 100 years or so left on a trial. There definitely appears to be a problem. I would try a repair from the help menu as your first step. You already have the most current version, so suggesting updates would not help. When you do an uninstall, be sure to deactivate first. After an uninstall, do two additional steps before a reinstall: 1. remove the Acrobat folder and 2. run the Acrobat cleanup tool http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html.

  • Mozilla or firefox quits 10.3 after one day of installation

I tried to install mozilla on my ibook 10.3.9 and after one day it starts quiting. I deleted the fist one and it still quits.
I did permission repair, macgenitor and removed all the files by locating them with the command apple F before reinstalling.
    thank you.
both: imac and ibook   Mac OS X (10.3.8)

Which version of FireFox? If it's not 1.5.0.6 then download and install that version.
Close down FireFox and search your hard drive for the following and then delete and empty the trash:
    - org.mozilla.firefox.plist
    - Firefox (only the one in Caches! Only delete the ones in Application Support and Applications if you want to reinstall FireFox again)
Restart Firefox. Does it still crash? If so when? Do you get any error message? Can you surf in Firefox at all? Is it just certain sites that it crashes on? If so then post a URL we can test. Do other browsers (eg. Safari) work OK? Are you having problems with any other applications? Have you installed any extensions in FireFox? If so then update them and deinstall those that appear to be incompatible. Deinstall all of them if you still have problems.
There should be a crash log somewhere: open the Console application and press the Logs button. Look under ~/Library/CrashReporter and/or /Library/CrashReporter. The data will probably not be understandable, but there's a chance that something is immediately obvious - maybe a 'file missing' or similar? You can post the contents here if you don't understand anything.
It occurs to me that it might be a Java problem - especially if only certain sites appear to be affected. And you have problems with other applications. I seem to be OK, but others apparently have had a problem with a Java update, see: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=301380

    Hi,
Check whether program   RBDMIDOC is scheduled only once? If it is running only once then you this will happen.
And also schedule the job to execute only after your upload process is over.
