Adobe Updater is trying to install current version

I am using Acrobat XI Pro - version 11.0.06. I am continually reminded to update Acrobat, but the Updater attempts to install the same version, which obviously fails. The registry key shows the DisplayVersion to be 11.0.06.
Can someone please offer a suggestion to convince Updater that is already have version 06 so that I can attempt to install version 11.0.07?

I would suggest just downloading the update and installing manually. The updates are at http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows (similar for a MAC).

Problem Upgrading Adobe Update 9.5.2 manually Current Version is 9.4.0(Mac OS X)

I know i can go to the help and select check for Update and it will update reader with the latest version.
I am running with the Adobe Reader 9.4.0 on my Mac OS. I tried upgreading it to the Adobe Reader 9.5.2 (manually).
I have downloaded the update from ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/mac/9.x/9.5.2/misc/AdbeRdrUpd952_all_i386.app.zip
when i double click on the AdbeRdrUpd952_all_i386.app it ask for to choose the copy of Adobe Reader to update.
So i selected the location /Applications/Adobe\ Reader\ where my current Adobe Reader.app is (Adobe Reader 9.4.0) but farthe i am not able to select OK button.
Kindly guide me how i can update my adobe Reder with this 9.5.2 version.
But i am looking for a manual process is it possible?

I have had itunes installed for years but allof a sudden, when I try to complete an action (create a playlist for example) I get an error message
"Itunes has stopped working and must close"
I searched for updates and tried to install the latest vesion of itunes but it will not install - error message just says " failed to install correctly, try reinstalling"
What has gone wrong and what do I need to do ???

HT1923 I tried to install latest version of itunes on my PC and everthing went south. no matter how many times I reinstall it the new version or even an old version I get ERROR 7 (Windows error 126) and then fail to start because MSVCR80.dll is missing. H

I've purchased the upgrade to Adobe Photoshop CS6 - Trying to install, and it says the Adobe CS6 is valid - but only provides 'photoshop' options for entering my old serial number, rather than the adobe creative suite. How do I move past this so I can download it on my computer. I don't want to upgrade to Adobe Creative Suite 6 - as I do not need all the programs, just photoshop. From looking online, I read forums that said this was possible. Please advise

Unfortunately that option is not possible.
You cannot upgrade a Creative Suite to a standalone product.
Creative Suites can only be upgrades to other Creative Suites.
You'll need to return Photoshop CS6 upgrade since you cannot use it.
Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order
Some options:
Buy a Creative Suite upgrade, or
Buy a full new copy of Photoshop CS6, or
Join the Cloud
