Adobe website download incorrect for 10.3.184.16 activex installation
I normally go here http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html to download the MSI version of the adobe flash player (activex) but this time it is labled correcly with 10.3.183.16 but that is not what you get when you download. You receive the installation for 10.3.183.10. Can someone from Adobe correct issue?

I just downloaded all of the windows binaries (activex and plugin) and using file properties for the .exe and Orca for the .msi's confirmed that they were .16. Could you try clearing your cache to see if that resolves the issue?

No Licensing Website download available for Acrobat 9 Pro Extended
Although my company has a licence listed, the Adobe LWS site does not contain a downloadable version of the product for re-install on a user's machine. Adobe support says this is because the product is no longer supported and that I should ask if anyone on this forum has a version for download. Mark.o if the download is not able to be enabled then you would need to obtain a volume license version of the installation files. I am not aware of any other locations than https://licensing.adobe.com/. Do you have a case number from your interaction with our support team that I can reference?

Adobe PDF download fails for one site
Upgraded to FF 4.0 and now I cannot download monthly statements (PDF) from Wellsfargo. Had no problem under the last 3.x version. With other sites I have no problems getting PDF docs. Interestingly, I can get the PDF docs from Wellsfargo via Internet Explorer. Running Acrobat reader 9.1.0 on an XPSP2 system

Installation problems for Adobe Director 11.5 for Mac OS X Lion
I've downloaded other Adobe products from this site before, like Photoshop Lightroom, etc. There were no problems concerning installation with that. But when I downloaded the Adobe Director 11.5 for Mac recently, the process of installation stops in the middle of installing it. I thought there was just something wrong with the file I downloaded, so I downloaded it again, and again. But every time I try to install it to my Macbook Pro, it gets stuck at the exact same place. What's wrong with it?
Also, I tried downloading a Windows based Adobe Director. And it said the trial period is for 90 days. But when I activated it, it only registered as a trial for 30 days. Can you please help me with this? I badly need it for my schoolwork.

As time goes on and mobile operating systems evolve the no Apple devices will lose their ability to run Flash too. Web developers need to move on to cleaner, more efficient types of programming. -

If the page you linked does not work then it should so what happens when you try? It is possible that it might be a simple matter of you enabling cookies or trying another web browser.
You can also try to download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

So I downloaded acrobat XI Standard from the Adobe website, when I go to install it, it says "Adobe XI Pro" at the top left corner. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? I have a volume license for XI Std. so I would like to use the Std. version.

Which operating system are you using?
Have you tried Help>Updates from within photoshop cs6 to get either camera raw 8.3 or 8.7.1, which should enable photoshop cs6 to open the canon 5D Mark III files.
(version of camera raw depends on your operating system)

Thanks for the speedy reply. I have read so many comments about Flash being incompatible with Lion I was wondering whether to download it or not. So many sites on the Web still require flash, however, you almost don't have a choice but to download it even if it is incompatible. Per Adobe website, a download for Acrobat 9 for Mac is "not available." What alternative does Adobe offer to those who have bought and paid for Acrobat and now have computers without optical drive to install that previously purchased software? Buy a PC? Buy an external CD drive? Is the answer really "too bad"?

Hello, I recently downloaded a trial version of Lightroom and then decided to get the monthly photoshop membership. Now, when I launch Lightroom, my choices are to enter a serial number to continue the trial. On the adobe website, it says "You can convert your trial to a Creative Cloud complete or single-app membership by purchasing on the Creative Cloud website. After you purchase your membership, your desktop product trial will automatically be licensed upon relaunch." But this is not the case. I do not want to risk losing my catalog and the work I have already done in Lightroom, so what should I do?

I am changing laptops and have tried to download and install Acrobat 9 Standard from the Adobe website, but get message that my serial number is invalid. I log in and double check my account and it shows as a valid serial number. Now what?
If you had it on a laptop that crashed and you threw away, it is still considered as activated on that machine. YOu should contact Adobe by chat or by phone and have them deactivate for you.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro XI via email download code via the Dell Store yesterday. The product key given doesn't work/fit into the boxes on any of the "Register" pages on the Adobe website. Therefore, although I paid for the product and it is downloaded, it is not "installed" and will not work to print documents from emails, etc.
