Adobe won't send serial number

I recently bought creative suite for students this week, after going through the online registration and sending through scanned copy of my confirmation of enrolment and receipt in clear jpg i receive a email saying it is not visible.You cannot get any more clearer than this photos. This is the second time i have done this as the first was taking on my phone and probably not that clear but the second was with a professional scanner and is crystal clear. I thought showing my documents when i bought it was all that was require, did not know i needed to send away for a serial number which is fine. I am at a lost as to why they will not recognise this, tried to call their phone number but hung up after being on hold for 50mins.
If anyone has any advice of another email address to send my documents to it will would greatly appreciated as this is very frustrating!

    I ordered an upgrade to Photoshop CS6 for the mac, but when it arrived, it was lacking a serial number.  The agent on Adobe's "chat" help was entirely unhelpful and unknowledgeble and falsely promised that I would be contacted by someone who could help within 24 hours.  48 hours later, that has not happened.  Essentially, the company has sold a product I cannot use and is refusing to fix that problem.

    I am saying that there are a number of products listed, but none is CS6.  I thought I was contacting "support".  Looking back at the activities that have happened in this case does not help because the problem has not been solved and I am left with a product that I cannot use.  Can Adobe provide me with the serial number?  You can send it to my email, you can mail it to me at the same address where you sent the disk, I don't really care.  I just want to be able to get the benefit of what I purchased.

    First be sure it is a serial number and not a redemption code. The serial number will have 24 digits (no letters) beginning with 1057. If that's not what you have, here's how to use a redemption code to obtain a serial number:

    While finishing the installation of Adobe 11 standard, the serial number is requested.
    I input the one provided in the License certificate issued by the SW provider in our company.(hiding some digits for security reason ) but the program says the serial is not correct.     Thanks for the quick answer. Unfortunately, the same error keeps coming up. Is there any other way to check whether the serial numbers we were provided by our software provider are ok to release? Is there any expiration period from purchase to redemption/ activation.

    Where are you looking for the serial number?
    If you have the disks, the number commencing 1057 is usually inside the packaging. It’s necessary to pull out the white inner box.
    If you purchased this some while ago and the product, the serial number should be in your Adobe account. Click on the red Adobe logo (top left on this web page) sign-in with your Adobe ID (email & password) and choose Manage Account. You should be able to browse your purchase history and registered products.

    To help address performance issues the Identi-e web site is currently down for maintenance.  If you are trying to redeem a product code to obtain your serial number for the Student & Teacher edition of our software you will currently be unable to do so. We would recommend installing the software in trial mode for the moment until the maintenance period is complete.
