Adobe X - incompatible configuration

Question

Have Adobe 10.1.5 installed on Window 7 Enterprise 64bit.  Receiving error msg when open Reader that "cannot open in Protected Mode due to a problem with your system configuration."    Am required to have Protected Mode turned on due to govt contract system security requirements, so disabling is not an option.    Reader 11 is not certified for my company's environment as yet, so can not upgrade to that as well.   UAC is enabled as well.   Any ideas.

Do the issue still occur for you?
Please tell the following:
1) Install location of Reader 10/11 in your system.
2) Antivirus/Antispyware/Encryption software installed on your system.
3) Is the problem appear only when you try to open the document from any specific location.?
Also I may need installed software details on your system.
If possible, can you please give your process explorer details.
Process explorer can be found in http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb842062.aspx
Please open process explorer and save it as a text file from File->Save As and send the text file. or you can also make a list of installed softwares on your machine and send that.
Also, process monitor logs will be helpful.
Launch process monitor from sys internal suite.
Filter it using Porcess name as AcroRd32.exe
1) and try to launch Reader which gives incompatbility dialog. Whatever logs have occurred till then save them as .pml file. {Issue.pml}
2) Close process monitor and launch again and filter is using AcroRd32.exe and open the PDF file outside protected mode.
When the PDF file opens up, you can save the log {OpenoutsidePM.pml}
Please send both the logs to me to analyse the issue.
