Adobe XI Pro download
I cannot down load adobe XI pro after purchasing it. I did have the trial some months ago but have since taken it off the computer. Can someone help.

there is no link in the adobe website to download a trial verison of adobe connect pro
also, i got a trial dvd from adobe and it has all the tools (captivate, presenter etc) but not adobe connect pro
the website points me to a hosted solution but what if i want to host it in my own server ?

Where is my Adobe 10 Pro download that I purchased???
In my adobe account my serial for Acrobat 10 pro which i purchsed shows. But seems like Adobe are forcing people to buy the newer versions as my version 10 is not there nor available for re-download?? At the price for Acrobat and the fact that Adobe have no upgrade options, I personally feel this is a rip-off as one is forced to upgrade to V11 at a hell of a cost.
Very clever of them, but also very stupid as Adobe are creating market competition and many like myself will start moving away from Adobe products.You can try downloading the trial version thru the site linked below and use your serial number to activate it to full use however unlike all of the other programs they offer for download for some reason the Acrobat files they link do not download.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

I have been unable to download adobe acrobat pro, which I purchased on a month to month basis almost exactly 1 year ago, since I purchased it. I just received a renewal email and it had a link to download the program and for the first time when I clicked on the link it actually sent me to a page that had the icon to download now. I clicked on that, but when I went to open the file and start downloading after about 3 minutes into downloading it says an error had occurred. Can anyone help me?
I am a little worried. If you are an existing subscriber why would Adobe need you to download... I wonder if the message is a fake.

I bought a new laptop after mine was stolen. I also purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro on Disc. I then realized my new steady state laptop doesn't have a CD drive... Can I download the software with my serial number or do I have to send it back and purchase the downloadable version?

You can simply download the installer from Adobe, install then enter your serial number when prompted.

Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 - I have serial #, lost installation cd, cannot find downloadable files.
I have a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 9, however, I've lost my installation disc. I was able to download files from Abobe, but when I entered my serial number from my account, it says invalid. I noticed it may be because it says it is the 9 Pro Extended version.
Is this why my serial number is not valid and if so, where can I get the files I need for version 9?

In 2008, I purchased and downloaded Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Pro. Now I need to move it to a new computer. I can not find the .exe file nor is it available in my Download history in my account.

On opening google I get the message:"WARNING! Your Flash Player may be out of date. Please update to continue" - on clicking ok I am diverted to Flash Player Pro download site?? Is this a Adobe product? And why even though i have the latest flash player version I repeatedly get the message?
This is not a message that Adobe is providing, and I recommend that you not click on the link. It sounds as though you might have malware on your computer.

Okay so I'm trying to download Adobe Flash Pro. I've gone to creative cloud and downloaded "Flash Professional CC and Mobile Device Packaging (2014)" and I have no idea what to do afterwards... There's no way to open or run the file. And to be honest, I'm not even sure if it's the right download... Help!

IMHO Windows would be the place to start.
Why do you want to load CS5 for Windows?
Adobe does produce a version of CS5 that runs on OS X so that it would not be necessary for you to have to screw around with Windows. Personally that would be the way to go and avoid the hassles of Windows.
