Adobe Creative Suite4 Design Premium (MAC版)をインストールした際.Acrobat9 Proが使用できない

Adobe Creative Suite4 Design Premium (MAC版)をインストールした際、インストールCDに導入されている、Acrobat9 Proをインストールを
行いましたが、実行すると、インストールキーの入力画面が表示され、Adobe Creative Suite4 Design Premium (MAC版)をインストールする際に使用した
インストールキーを入力しても、「×」が表示されて実行できない。

お世話になっております。
下記のアンインストール手順を行い、インストールを行いましたが、
結果は、同じ状態になります。
手順といたしましては、
�ライセンス認証の解除(ライセンス認証の解除が完了したら、シリアル番号をこの
コンピュータから削除します。←このチェックは入れておりません)
� Finderから、Macintosh HD/アプリケーション/ InDesign CS4、Photoshop
CS4、Illustrator CS4、Acrobat 9 Proのアイコンをごみ箱に移動(アンインストー
ル画面が表示されなかったため)
�Creative Suite4(アプリケーション1)(アプリケーション2を挿入して、上記のソフ
トを選択してインストール
�Acrobat 9 Proを起動すると、ライセンス認証入力画面が表示される
�ライセンスキーを入力すると、「×」が表示される
※入力したライセンスキーで「OK」すると、「入力されたシリアル番号は有効ではあ
りません」の表示が出る
以上の件、よろしくお願いいたします。

  • Adobe Creative CS3 Design Premium - Problem with Photoshop CS3

    Hi,
    I have been trying to install Adobe Creative CS3 Design Premium for 2 days. The problem is when I try to install the software the Photoshop CS3 is gray out. I can install the all except the Photoshop. I have no idea what  is wrong but has failed to install photoshop cs3. Do I need to unistall the Photoshop CS2 in order to make it work. Any help will be appreciated.

    I have been looking at my error logs to try to see what my problem is and it only says the word error once at the bottom and I can't really tell what the error is for. It says successful on one line and then error on the next line. Is tehre anyone here that knows these logs well and can tell me what my problem is by reading my error logs?

  • I have purchased adobe creative suite design Premium and it will not properly load onto my other laptop because my ist laptop crashed.

    I purchased adobe creative suite design premium as a student and was supposed to be able to download it onto one more computer if needed and now because my other laptop has crashed I still need to use the software on my new laptop. the files load and I get the read only files but it won't set up like the original installation. What kind of company doesn't have customer phone representative service on software we pay big money for?

The deal Adobe had promised was a free upgrade to CS6 as soon as it became available to do so, if i bought the package before a stated date, i did so and installed it. My question is how (or when) do i access my free download of CS6 versions of the software contained within Creative Suite Design Premium CS5.5.     Hello can you please help. After going through the process of receiving a serial number for my Adobe Student and Teacher edition of Creative Suite 5 Design Premium Mac OS (to use in the UK) I am getting an invalid error trying to activate it. My Computer system is Mac OS X 10.68 and I am not sure what to do now. Their are no letters within the serial number and have only recently been issued with it so im at a bit of a dead end here.

    Trying to install Adobe Creative Suite Design and Web Premium CS6 package. When I run the install I keep getting the error message: "A problem occurred while extracting some files. Check available space on your computer and the write privileges on the destination folder".  HOW DO I FIX THIS?

    Hey John,
    That sounds like a tough one. I searched around a little and found a few other reports of this error but saw no definitive solutions.
    This would be what I would recommend you try:
    - Be sure you're using the default installation option if you are not already, install to the boot drive, typically C: (you're probably already doing this)
    - The amount of free space is really only relevant for the OS drive. I'd try using Disk Cleanup and remove all temporary files
    This doc is for Windows 7 but should work for 8.1 too - Delete files using Disk Cleanup - Windows Help
    - Boot up in a Selective Startup and attempt the installation again from there. These instructions are the steps I would try - How to perform a clean boot of Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 to diagnose issues
    Note: You'll want to re-enable the normal startup afterwards regardless
    - Finally, attempt the installation from the Windows built in Administrative account and see if you get the same result, here are the instructions I would follow - Windows 8.1 Tip: How To Enable and Disable Hidden Administrator Account | Next of Windows
    Like before, you'll want to disable it and revert back to your normal user afterwards
    I'd recommend testing the installation after completing each of these steps I described above. I've seen cases similar to this before, where other software was interfering with the installation, the OS was not reporting accurate free space to the installer, or something is restricting necessary rights to the installer for access to directories needed for the installation. I suspect some similar is happening to you as well.
    Please give these a go and let me know if you get it installed.
