AdobePro 9.4.5

Hi,
I'm currently trying to package Adobe Pro 9.4.5
I have started with 9.3 and am running the below script (This is what I found on the adobe forums) for the updates to 9.4.5
When then attempt to install the MSI I recieve this error: "Error 1308.  Source file not found: C\AcrobatPro9AIP\program files\Adobe\Acrobat  9.0\Acrobat\Adobe.Acrobat.Dependencies.manifest. Verify that the file  exsists and that you can access it."
I have checked that path and sure enough there is no file there.

  • AdobePRO bad for the web?

    Ive been using AdobeRGB as my working color profile for a long time. I didnt notice that the default working space for Lightrooms RAW conversions was AdobePRO. Consequently Ive got a bunch of files now with the PRO color space. I didnt notice any difference between the two spaces on my PC they look identical.
    BUT, on uploading a file to onemodelplace.com (a modeling portfolio site) I noticed the AdobePRO images had the color washed out not completely, but about 50% of where it was supposed to be. Uploading the same image converted as AdobeRGB looks fine.
    Whats going on here is there a problem at onemodelplace or are AdobePRO files useless for the web?

    When you create a Lightroom Web Gallery the images are automatically converted to sRGB!
    When/If you export images you can select your colour space.
    Note that sRGB is an ideal, not all monitors are capable of displaying sRGB. Not all monitors are colour managed and even better only 2 browsers support colour management, Safari in IE for Mac.

    Thank you, but I am not good enough at uninstalling and reinstalling apps to be certain I won’t completely mess up what I already have. Do you know if there is a way to get online support directly from Adobe? I am in the middle of a very important project and can’t risk losing the use of Adobe as I had it before attempting to upgrade.

    If it's just that one download causing the problem, maybe the dowload was never complete.

    Yes, you can create a PDF form in Acrobat and distribute it with FormsCentral, with certain limitations as discussed here: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2533
    When a form is submitted, the form data is sent to the web server, as opposed to the entire PDF. Note that the Mac users should use Adobe Reader (or Acrobat) since they will not work with Preview. They will also work with Adobe Reader on iOS.

  • Adobe will not open PDF files from other programs

    This is on one of the computers in our office.  We use a medical records program called Sevocity.  This program stores documents that we import into the electronic charts as PDF files.  When we upgraded that computer from Adobe to Adobe Pro, it no longer opened the PDF documents stored there.  Is this an issue with the medical program or with Adobe Pro?  We already had Sevocity Support attempt to fix the problem, but they said the issue looked like it was with Adobe.
    We would like to troubleshoot by re-installing AdobePro, but we want to make sure that none of our files stored to the Adobe Document Cloud.  If we re-install Adobe, will those documents still be available in the online Adobe account's Document Cloud, or do we need to move those documents to the collective Creative Cloud?

    Yeah, it does open from other sources like "My Documents", but sometimes it won't open the print previews in our billing system either.  Communication error with secure sites and programs, maybe?  I don't get an error message, though.  It just displays the "processing" symbol next to the mouse for a second or two like it does when PDF's usually open, and then nothing happens.  We are using Windows 7 on that computer.  The other computer that runs on Windows 7 also has Adobe Pro XI, but does not experience these problems.  I have also put in a ticket with Sevocity (the program that is not communicating with Adobe). 
    And that's a relief about the Document Cloud!  We will try to re-install just in case it was something that went wrong with the initial install.

  • Window to Continue Free XI Trial Pops Up Every Hour!

    I downloaded the AdobePro XI free trial, due to *numerous* problems with the latest CreatePDF upgrade.  Now I am getting a screen that pops up constantly asking if I want to continue the trial or purchase.  How can I make this stop?  So far, it's popped up 4 times today, and it's only 11:30 a.m.!
    I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with the numerous issus that occurred with CreatePDF.  I work for a small non-profit organization that has a major conference coming up next week, and I've had to waste several hours of time this week trying to find workarounds to the CreatePDF issues, including:
    Ctrl-click functionality no longer working for combining files
    Desktop printer disabled
    Publisher files cannot be converted
    I really hope that Adobe is taking a close look at what went wrong with this "upgrade" and putting steps in place to ensure that this doesn't happen again.

    This is certainly odd.  I haven't heard any other reports of this behavior.  Are you completely closing Acrobat and relaunching?  That would explain this, but if the prompt is simply coming up after a period of time, that's quite bizarre.

    Which OS are you using?
    Please use the Acrobat cleaner tool ( Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs ), to remove any remants of Acrobat files completely from the machine and then reinstall and check.

  • Cannot down load Adobe Pro

    Every time I try to down loaD AdobepRO (TRIED NOW 6 TIMES) i GET 42% down loaded then I get an error about the C++ programing language and the program will not finish down loading. I am then told to unistall the Creative Cloud then reinstall it and try again. How can I down load the program I bought and paid for? All I have to show for this is an error about C++ programing language. I am running Windows 7 I have an HP.

    コンテキストの方法でやってみようかと思ったところ、社の者が、プリコンパイラのオプションhold_cursorを「yes」にしていたのを「no」に切り替えたら、出来たんだそうです。とりあえず、それでやってみますが、何か問題あれば、コンテキストの方法でやってみたいと思います。
