ADS not Working?

Dear Firends we have sucessfully installed and configured ADS, also we have performed the config test on the portal using wsnavigator webservice it is success and ran a report test on corresponding r/3 too the verion number is displayed in both the test.
Hence sucess!! Adobe License is alos applied in VA.
But when we make a custom application in NWDS IDE using an Interactive Pdf form and deploy it there is an error saying ...

Please check your ADS password if it has expired. Also I hope u have applied the Adobe License Credentials.
Also what is the ADS version you are using. Look at SAP Note No. 1072218 for more details.

ADS not working for a specific input

Hi everyone,
We have a Z form rendering payment remittances from transaction F110 by specifying the payment run, company code and the printing details. When we print for company codes A and B using printer printerA (printer with HPLJ device type), it is generating the pdf file correctly. However, when we try printing the payment remittance for company C using printerA, it is getting the error "ADS: SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionFault : SOAP(100102)". When checked in the default trace, there are a number or recurring errors transaction system failure in method rpDATA. It is trying to connect to the portal server, which is also the ecc production server using a random port and is not able to do so.
However, if you try pinting for company C using printerB (printer with pdf1 device type), it is successfully generating the pdf spool.
The system is running on ECC, NT, SQL Server, Netweaver Portal 7.0, SP15. Both the portal and the ecc system are on the same server.

My pop-up blocker is not working on ANY of the pop-up ads the come up (only in Safari, not Chrome of Firefox).

I have my settings on block pop-up ads and, stil, the blocker is not working on ANY ads. It used to work just fine. Has anyone else had this specific problem, and how can I fix this issue? Please and thank you!

ADS does not work.(Service call exception)

According to SAP note 937697 "Usage of SAP NetWeaver BI Diagnostics & Support Desk Tools", when running the tool, it gives following error:
ADS does not work.(Service call exception; nested exception is: com.sap.engine.services.webservices.jaxrpc.exceptions.InvalidResponseCodeException: Invalid Response Code: (401) Unauthorized. The requested URL was:"http://sapbwd.ni.ad.newsint:50000/AdobeDocumentServices/Config?style=document")
I have been looking into system to find out how to solve the issue, but could not, is there anyone who can help me with exact instructions what I do need to do.

Dear Sahmad,
I would suggest you to check notes 1004321 and 944221. The first one says that mostly of this kind of issues (and I have already seen several ones) is caused for bad passwords for user ADSUSER or this account expired. The second note is a troubleshoot note you can also do.
You can also follow this procedure to check that:
Please open the Visual Administrator and browse to Server -> Services -> Security Provider -> Policy Configurations
In the Components tab you will see the service.destinations policy. Click on this and then click on the AccessDestinations security Role. Modify this and add the J2EE_ADMIN/Administrator user to this role and save.
Maybe the password is not set correctly as well. I think it worths to be set it again. First you have to identify where your ADSUSER maintained.
Go to http(s)://<SERVER>:<PORT>/useradmin search for ADSUSER If Datasource:
- LDAP -> check psw of ADSUSER in LDAP and enter it in SM59
- UME data -> check psw of ADSUSER in Visual Admin and enter it in SM59
- ABAP -> check psw of ADSUSER the ABAP system in the following client:
Visual Admin->UME Provider->Properties->ume.r3.connection.master.client
If you want, also, you can change the ADS by the SAP Export Library, as per SAP Note 1112132. It is very simple to activate and will bypass ADS, doing every function ADS does.

Google Voice Widget Not Working in Safari 5.1 which is Adobe flash with wmode transparent set. For that matter all flash text fields in Safari 5.1 are not working accross the web when wmode is set to transparent. This is a Safari bug! Other browsers work fine.
Well after much research Adobe flash text field with wmode transparent set is not working in Safari 5.1 when any flash object has the wmode set to "transparent", or "opaque". The problem is many site must layer flash objects with html so the wmode transparent must be used.
Affecting sites like BEST BUY, WALMART, CVS, STAPLES, Chechout their flash based weekly ads and find one that you need to update the quantity in the flash pop-up and the text field with keyboard strokes will not work. Flash text fields were all working fine until several month ago when Safari rolled out 5.1 working for Google Voice Flash based widget which uses the wmode transparent. HELP!

Flash Player not working after updating to 10.2 - Plz help - my research project is on hold now

I updated my flash to latest version.. Everything gone.. Flash is completly not working now. I cannout see any youtube videos or any flash websites.
I tried all the way possible to troubleshoot it. But failed. Still not working.
My OS - Windows 7 - 32bit
IE - 9 (latested) 32bit
Flash Vesrion - 10.2 (Latest)

I have even removed teh compatible flag - such that to remove kill-bit, Still dint work.
I see that eventhough i install in my IE manage addons i dont find any flash player or shock player to enable or to disable. .its completly not there.. Its very strange.
I am using kasperky Pure. I could not figure out is there any option in kaspersky pure to disable ads block/popup.?
Please help. I am not able to understand what is the problem.
I have even noted some times automatically the flsh sites and youtube gets working after some reboot. But if i reboot again same problem.
I have tried installing and uninstalling several times. Even rebooted. But nothing works.
Please not i am not gettting any flash player addon options in my IE but i get the add on option in my Firefox which shows enabled. But still I have a doubt - what exact name of add on would be in FF. even in google chromes its not working. It says it has inbuilt Flash player.

I am using Windows 7 - 32 bit. and the IE - 32bit.
I have tried all the uninstalling and installing procedure. But it did not work for me.
In my first post I had told that i was not getting any Addon in my IE. then i figured out when i click show all add-ons, then i see a shock player addon in my IE of the lastest verion 10.2. So please negelct that fact . I have an addon too in my IE 9

Further - In my Chrome Plugin i see like this : I have a doubt here- Why i have 2 shockwave flash versions?
I even tried disabling them one at each time alternatively and tried if youtube works - still same problem.
I am suspecting might be quick time could have generated this problem. i had recently updated the quicktime. But when i checked in the help forum I got to know that quick time can cause problem, so i completly uninstalled it now. I do not have quick time in my system - but still the probelm was same.
Please help.

In OS Yosemite the search function in Mail, Finder, Spotlight- does not work

In OS Yosemite the search function in Mail, Finder, Spotlight… does not work. Messages or documents with the search criteria are there and one could find them manually, but the search function fails to find them. Following advice from Apple Support (728965377):
1. I applied an Apple protocol for adware removal (Remove unwanted adware that displays pop-up ads and graphics on your Mac); I had none, because I had formally utilized a similar protocol that I had found in Internet, actually an app that implemented automatically Apple's adware removal protocol.
2. I rebuild the post boxes in Mail (Mail (Yosemite): Reconstruir buzones); It took a while but it functioned properly
3. I re-install the System (OS X Yosemite: Reinstalar OS X); It took about 4 hours but there was no problem whatsoever with the installation.
Afterwards I searched for messages in Mail, and documents in Finder and Spotlight, without any difficulty. The search function in all of them was working properly. But the next time that I needed to search messages or documents, an hour later or so, the problem reappear and a couple of new issues occurred:
1. in app RagTime 6.5.2 (Build 1821), www.ragtime.de, the menu bar disappears (it is invisible), when one performs certain operations, e. g., calculating a value with a formula, whether it is in a spreadsheet or some other component (text, drawing, etc.). After touching with the cursor the menu bar is visible again.
2. after reading an e-mail in Mail or copying an address, this is seeing as a floating object in the finder and over every application. There is no logical way to get rid of the floating object and neither copying or deleting or cutting it. It is not a big issue but nonetheless bothersome.
3. In Mail, messages with Flag or in VIP contacts cannot be seen in the appropriate folders, only in the Incoming mail folder, together with other messages. It seems to me, this issue is part of same search function problem.
4. The preview function within Mail does not show the attached documents to a message, whether it is in the IN, OUT or Draft boxes.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try again to re-index Spotlight. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

Adobe Flash Player 11 NOT working after several attempts to download, uninstall, & reinstall

I have problems with Adobe Flash Player 11 NOT working after several attempts to download, then uninstall, & re-install.
I uninstalled the previous versions of Adobe Flash Player from my computer PRIOR to attempting to install the new 11 version, so now I'm unable to view videos, etc.,
I'm using Windows Vista 32 bit, Internet Explorer 9.0 (which I closed when I got error messages during Adobe Flash Player 11 Installation. I've disabled my AVG -Virus also during the installation of Flash Player 11.
FYI, I'm not computer savvy so the YouTube video by Adobe Tech was too complicated to follow AND I'm unable to view (DUH!) it since I have no Flash Player program installed (doesn't make sense!) .

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling some 30 times now ..rebooting, you name it.
I haven't been able to use flash since Adobe kindly shoved that latest update down my computer's throat.
Right after getting the 'successful' installation message I restart IE9 ..go to my channel on youtube and immediately get the message:
The Adobe Flash Player is required for video playback.

I tried Chrome and on two or three it worked but then even after closing out of them ..Chrome slowed down to a crawl and finally informed me that Flash had stopped working.
This has entirely wasted 3 nights of my time. It is 2:30 am and I should have had at least 2hours sleep already to rise at 6:30 but no, thanks this I'm still up and no doubt millions of other computer users are having just as much fun.. Everyone I know that allowed the updates to install ..is having the same problem ..Chrome/IE9/Firefox ...you can truly call it Adobe's Universal Cluster ...
I live with Adobe. At work we have 6 fully Adobied LR4/CS5 & 6/InDesign workstations. I'm a photographer using nothing but Adobe products and quite frankly I feel this is the worst treatment you have ever given your customers.
Please stop the CYA and just fix the damm thing! I realize you didn't write it Chris but surely you can get Adobe management to address this instead of just trying to get their users to try and debug it for the airheads that released it. Has anyone stopped to consider the financial damage being done due to videos not playing the ads that support the sites and no doubt stream revenue to Adobe? These guys have rolled the online experience back 5 years minimum and Adobe will probably pay the price for it. Re-issue a working version and go back to the drawing board!

Flash Ad External API not working in IE7

I'm using the Flash AS 2.0 External API to call a Javascript
function in a page that adds an item to a shopping list when a
Flash Ad is clicked. This is working in FireFox 2 , Safari, and
IE6, but does not work in IE7. I tested the Flash Ad locally in
it's own html page and it calls the function in IE7. An example of

External Catalogs of SRM 5.0 not working in SRM 7.0

Iu2019m in the process of converting all SRM 5.0 punchout catalogs to SRM 7.0.
All catalogs are working fine in SRM 5.0 but not in SRM 7.0.
For one I got a problem autologgin into the vendor catalog page.
In SRM 5.0 we are using ITS (no portal). For SRM 7.0 we are using SAP-Portal.

I guess the differences in the punchout call is the reason for the failure in the autologin.
I thought OCI u2013 interface is standardized. Both punchouts are with OCI-Version 4.0, but the call is different!
Have I missed some settings? Is it possible to customize the punchout call e.g. to exclude the system added parameter "sap-client=100" because this is not used ins SRM50 punchout?
Or is it the task of the vendor to customize his system to the SRM 7.0 punchout logic?

We seem into run into similar issues once we upgraded from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0 Our catalog punchouts to ARIBA On-deman catalogs are not working. We have opened an OSS message with SAP so far none of the suggested options are working for us. ARIBA is also unable to help us.
We suspect our issue is failing within SAP and OCI is not writing any application logs (SLG1) etc, So it has been difficult to troubleshoot.
From the SRM Portal side, when we try to launch CATALOGS page in SRM 7.0, it fails right away with the following error
"Error connecting to Catalog; contact your System Administrator "
There are no errors anywhere on SRM box to investigate.
We are on SRM 7.0 Support pack level 6. So Note 1429685 - Empty importing parameter in BADI BBP_CAT_CALL_ENRICH is part of support pack 6.
We have also applied the note 1405908 - Issues with 3rd Party catalog integration with SRM 7.0 as per SAP, still no resolution.
Any suggestions !

Upload[flash plugin] button not working in few websites

When I am trying to upload file using general upload feature in Elance.com its showing error that my flash player is not updated or not working.
But the same is working properly when I am accessing elance.com in Internet Explorer, Chrome or Opera.

Yes I dont think that V 33 will solve my issue since its a longterm issue for me with Firefox.
I am having this problem particularly with few websites. One of them is Elance.com.
I get this error when I try to upload files in projects message section.
Does flash work on other websites? : Absolutely fine. For this particular issue I have to use IE or chrome to upload my project files in Elance.com.
Recently I noticed the same problem in Hightail.com. When the upload button never got highlighted while opened in Mozila but worked without any problem in IE or Chrome or Opera.
Are you using antivirus software/firewall that could potentially block connections (you don't seem to be using any extensions that block javascript/ads). : Currently I have Microsoft Security Essential and Malwarebytes installed. And no third party firewall.
Also, if it was a antivirus or firewall issue why the same problem not happening with Opera or Chrome since I didnt made any special changes in them for Mozila or chrome or Opera.
As of the site permission is concerned, I have checked that and its in "Use default" selected.

Flash ad not working in MACS...

Hi. I created a banner ad in flash. I followed the
instructions to make a button in the tutorial. For one layer I
created an invisible button, etc. Then on another layer I added a
keyframe at the very beginning and entered this actionscript:

The layer with the button I named "inv_btn" The ad works fine
to me and when clicked goes to My Url. However, the website I
submitted it to told me that people with macs weren't able to click
it and it wasn't working for mac users.
Any ideas on this?

this makes no sens, sorry. I'm not working on the project so
my understating
is not as clear as yours - party directly involved.
You should not be using _top in the first place if you target
frames.
They should be using unique frame names and ask you to
utilize these names
instead. That is the way to go.
Using all these reserved words _frame _top etc... is very
risky. Each browser
react differently to it content, especially Mac browsers
which are like the
ticking time bombs.
give the frame a name "MacFramesSuck" and use it from flash
using the window
parameter:

Adobe ANE stageAd is not working in App Store

I am using com.adobe.ane.stageAd package with starling game I made (GravityEscape - it is an iPad game approved and released in store). Here is my problem, I am trying to show banner ads but they will not work.
a) In development test ads DID show. I thought everything was fine.
b) I am approved to use iAd. Contracts enabled, iAd is "live" in the dashboard.
c) iAd dashboard shows no requests? Why?

I Have the exact same Issue as you.
Got a Starling game thats using StageAd. Worked fine in the Sandbox ( showing Apples Dummy ads )
In released version it seem that the Ane doesnt sends any requests for ads.
I did a little googling, and it seems it also happens for lots of other people who's not using AIR and staling.
They said that after some time ads just suddenly started to apear.
Did you find a solution for your problem?

Certain buttons on certain websites do not work

There should be a break - a choice - after I've been asked whether or not I want to update Firefox and then Updater tells me that certain add-ons will not work THEN I should be given a choice whether or not I want to continue.
I had to remove Firefox 5; re-install Firefox 4 because of a key addon that I use as much as I use your Browser, now, certain websites buttons do not work:

There are other sites with the same problem. If I were to guess what it was - it would be like a person going to the clinic and spouting out some name that they had heard on tv or read in an article. Java? CSS? HTML5? Who gives a **** - I have a life other than this machine ''and a girlfriend''.

I see a photo slide show on that page. There are arrows next to the image number (e.g., 3 of 10) that worked almost every time; once or twice I had to click a second time. There are radio buttons to rate the photo on a scale of 1-10 and then a Vote button. I didn't see a problem there.
If you are using any "blocking" add-ons (blocking ads, flash, etc.), you might try testing with those add-ons disabled temporarily to see whether that makes any difference.
