ADS Problem, test doesnt stop

Hi all,
After having installed an ERP SR2 System on HPUX 11.23 and Oracle, i tried to use ADS with FP_TEST_00 report. One time the "normal" Fprunx01 Error was shown. then i used the checks in ADS guide and the several well known notes. But now when i start FP_TEST_00 after pressing on print preview it looks like an endless loop, neither an error nor a pdf is shown, printing dialog and sandwatch can only be stopped with stop transaction feature, same happens when i use the FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE report.
The other Checks in the notes (fp_pdf_test_00, starting the service,... ) are working well.
I checked all entries several times, what can i do ?

Try this: press F10 or tap the Alt key to display the menu bar temporarily, then
View > Toolbars > Menu Bar
If that doesn't work, you could reset your toolbars to factory default using Firefox's Safe Mode. First, make a backup of your computer for safekeeping. To back up Firefox, see [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Backing+up+your+information Backing up your information].
Next, start Firefox in Firefox
[http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode Safe Mode], and check only the box to reset toolbars. Be careful not to "reset" anything else if you didn't back up.

This just started happening.. I open Itunes and the little round rainbow loading indicator just goes on and doesnt stop.. My itunes wont function.. It gets stuck. Then i have to force quit.. I tried to shut down and restart. also reloaded the latest itune

i use an external HD and thats fine.. all files are in there. But I have no idea why my itunes app is getting stuck.
Am I the only person this is happening to? What can I do to correct this problem?

Unfortunately, green blinking is usually a symptom of an internal electrical problem on the AirPort Express.
Try a Factory Default Reset as a last resort:
Power down the Express
Wait ai few minutes
Hold in the reset button first, and keep holding it in for an additional 9-10 seconds while you simultaneously plug it back in to power
Release the reset button after the hold period and allow a full minute for the Express to restart.
You want to see a slow blinking amber light at this point, indicating that the Express has been reset to factory defaults. You can reconfigure it again now.
If you try the Factory Default Reset a few times and this does not help, I am afraid that the Express is defective and will need to be replaced.

If you get caught with a bounce that does not stop, Command . (period) should do the trick.

Wierd Problem -- Desktop Software stops updating Calendar, Memopad, and Tasks

I have a problem where BDS stops recognizing my phone over bluetooth. I can reboot the PC, and the bluetooth connection works fine, but BDS deselects the Calendar, memopad and tasks on the "Select Organizer Data to Synchronize" menu page (Address works fine). This is a pain, because I don't always notice it's been deselected, and I have missed meetings that I entered in my phone because they didn't show up on my Outlook calendar.
Anybody else noticed this problem? Is there a fix for it?

What is your iPhoto version?
And what do you mean by "not responding"? Is iPhoto hanging and showing the spinning beachball?
Can you launch iPhoto, if you hold down the options key while launching and select or create a different library?

Usually this error occurs when trying to downgrade the iOS or in a previously jailbroken phone. In this case, you cannot get help here. The internet and Google are your best friends.

Problem testing feeed

Hello everyone,
I'm having problems testing my feed on iTunes, I can subscribe to it, but it doesn't download the episodes, when I try to download it gives me the following error:
"There are no playable episodes. the URL might point to text-only episodes, or contain file types that iTunes cannot play"
Which is very confusing because I followed Apple's guideliness to encode my M4V videos and I tested the feed with other validators and it passed.

I've looked all over for a solution to my problem but couldn't find any help so I'm hoping somebody here can help me.

Agent to run 3-rd party tests is stopped

Hi All,
I'm evaluating OATS 9.2 as test case management system what could allow to run 3-rd party tests.
But when I'm running bat-file agent stops execution after 30 seconds. Exit code = 0. No errors are reported.
Is it some agent setting that includes timeout of test run?
There are very few documentation on 3-rd party tests execution and I'm not able to find this setting myself.

I assume your using OTM for case management. Did you already go through the OTM Userguide paragraph 5.12.4 and 5.12.5?
What I know, not from experience, is that the 3th party tests need to be packaged as batch file. The agent just executes the batch and a batch window should open showing you the same output as what you would get when starting the batch file manually. For trouble shooting:
Perform the following steps if the third party test fails to run on the remote machine:
1. Make sure that the Oracle Load Testing Agent Service is running on the remote machine.
2. Check the <installdir>\logs\agentmanager.log file on the remote machine to see if the agent service started correctly.
3. Test the communication port between Agent and Oracle Test Manager.
4. Check the agent manager log file to verify that the JavaAgent.exe was run when the third party test was started. It is possible to run the same JavaAgent.exe command line specified in the agentmanager.log file from a DOS console. Verify that the command line argument for the third party test package URL is correct. If there is no indication that a Java Agent startup request was issued, verify the Agent version and check the Oracle Test Manager server log.
5. If it looks like the Java Agent was started with the correct arguments, look in the remote machine's <installdir>\logs\agentmananger.log file for any exceptions. It may help to set the oracle.oats logging category in <installdir>\agent\log4jJavaAgentDebug.xml file to DEBUG. This will show more useful third party test execution details. The third party test Java Agent posts its results over HTTP to a servlet running on the Oracle Test Manager server.
6. If the agent.log file shows that the third party test ran and that the results were reported successfully to Oracle Test Manager, then the problem is on the Oracle Test Manager server side. Look in the Oracle Test Manager server log for exceptions.

I'm facing an error when executing transaction TRIP.
If I use the standard Adobe form it's OK no error.
If I use a Z-form copy of this standard form (after doing customizing in PE03) I have an error message: Error while initiating travel form
When I was deeper in the debugging I found that there was an exception rose which is:

I found some threads talking about ADS and transaction SM59u2026
When testing the connection in tx SM59 I have an error message 403: forbidden access
Is it the cause of the error generated in TRIP tx?
If yes why using the standard form works fine??

Yes I'm using the same user for the two forms.
It works for the standard form and not for the Z-form.
That's why I'm expecting a customizing issue to resolve this problem.
All solution that I found are talking about administration and Visual Admin tool.

Help ADS Pyro A/V stops working on iMovie HD, iMac ?

In December 2006 I purchased an ASD Tech Pyro A/V Link which is supposed to enable the 2 way transfer of analog VHS videos to digital and vice vera (iMac 2 GHz, iMac 2gBG memory, 240 gig HD running Mac )S 10.4.8.
It worked for three weeks then became very erratic then stopped altogether.
When I try to grab a VHS video with iMovie HD 5.0.2 (111) usually nothing happens except a few flickering bars on a black screen. I have tried changing the iMovie preferences for Import and Playback.
When I try sharing a digital video to the VHS recorder, again nothing happens.
I have (repeatedly) repaired permissions, reinstalled Quicktime, fiddled with the connections. I contacted ASD who recommended I instal via Apple :-

when that didnt work I tried thier second idea:-

These were installed in a Developer's Folder - but didn't make any difference, So I deleted the Developer's Folder, not knowing what else to do.
My iMac has been downloading updates for a while now, so I don't know what has been changed in the System folder.

This sounds like a Kernell Panic. Usually it's hardware related. Double check all the cables and sockets. Sounds like the Pyro may be loosing power and the Mac can't find it during operation, that's a guess though.
The other question you have could be for the same reason or there are Timecode breaks on the tape.
