Adsense not showing up on my live website

Hi,
ive just launched my website www.thefrig.co.uk its supposed to have ads at the bottom of each page. Its there on iweb but not on the live site. Why is it not working? anyone know how to fix it?
thanks

The first link is with www, the other link is without www.
This is the URL that your adsense uses (open the Activity Window in Safari to see it) :
http://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-6366925187067689&for mat=468x60_as&output=html&h=60&w=468&lmt=1338405653&host=pub-7346437665580033&ad _type=text&color_bg=FFFFFF&color_border=33699C&color_link=0020FF&color_text=0000 00&color_url=239A00&flash=11.2.202&url=http%3A%2F%2Fthefrig.co.uk%2FThe_Frig%2FH ome.html&dt=1338412853228&bpp=7&shv=r20120523&jsv=r20110914&correlator=133841285 3359&frm=20&adk=2017175915&ga_vid=544364368.1338412853&ga_sid=1338412853&ga_hid= 433887898&ga_fc=0&u_tz=120&u_his=1&u_java=0&u_h=1200&u_w=1920&u_ah=1174&u_aw=192 0&u_cd=24&u_nplug=18&u_nmime=130&dff=lucida%20grande&dfs=13&adx=278&ady=945&biw= 1024&bih=1064&oid=3&fu=0&ifi=1&dtd=210&xpc=sS01WH6EYB&p=http%3A//thefrig.co.uk
It displays a blank page.
Perhaps Adsense is changed and you may need other code.
Go where you manage Adsense and find the code that works. Use the HTML Snippet instead to display it.

  • Text Fields Not Showing in Design or Live View

    Hello Everyone,
    I have run into a problem trying to create a simple contact form through Dreamweaver CS6.  I have two text fields for Name & Email, and 1 text area for Comments.  The issue I am running into is that the text fields are not showing in Design or Live view.  I have set-up all variables required for the server for the form to work... but that should not have any effect on the text field showing...  I tried uploading my contact page with the same result of no text fields showing...
    What is really laughable is that the "text area" I placed in my form for Comments shows up in Design & Live view just fine.  I am thinking that I am missing something, but just do not know what exactly.  The form is styled through CSS.
    Here is the form code:
         <div id="CRDForm">
           <form action="http://www.sweetformimi.com/formmail/formmail.php" method="post" enctype="application/x-www-form-urlencoded" name="contact" target="_self" id="contact">
        <input type="hidden" name="env_report" value="REMOTE_HOST,REMOTE_ADDR,HTTP_USER_AGENT,AUTH_TYPE,REMOTE_USER">
        <input type="hidden" name="recipients" value="[email protected]" />
        <input type="hidden" name="subject" value="Contact Form" />
             <label><p>Your Full Name
               <input name="Name" type="text" id="Name" size="40" /></p>
             </label>
             <label><p>Email
             <input name="email" type="text" accesskey="2" tabindex="2" title="Email" value="Email"></p>
             </label>
             <label>Comments<br />
             <textarea name="comments" cols="40" rows="10" accesskey="3" tabindex="3" title="Comments"></textarea>
             </label>
             <input name="submit" type="submit" accesskey="4" tabindex="4" title="submit" value="submit">
           </form>
        </div>
    Are there other variables I should be thinking about in the rest of my site?  I am using a fluid grid layout.  I have CSS for desktop, tablet, and phone devices.  I also have a primary CSS file that imports all three.  The sites structure was done by using <header>, <article>, <footer>, and of course <div> tags.
    Has anyone ever experienced the "text fields" not showing up before? Is it a simple fix as reinstalling Dreamweaver CS6?  Finally, another thing I should mention is that I did have a previous version of Dreamweaver on my comp, which was CS3.  I did not uninstall that before installing the newer version.  I assumed (and I could be wrong here) that it would automatically replace the older version.
    I apoligize for it being long winded, but I am looking for some help on this issue...
    Thank You

    Hey thank you osgood for the reply!
    When I look at code for long hours it sort of blurs together, and I miss things... I think that happens to the most of us
    Ya I found what was blocking my text fields in my desktop.css
    I primarily work through code view, and currently working on quite a few projects kind of makes your eyes miss the small errors.
    Thanks again!

  • FF does not show "click on boxes" on websites.

    in FF 16.0.2 (and prior FF also): The "order" box in amazon does not show up. The rating "stars" on Netflix do not show up. On many websites boxes you need to click on do not show up. The boxes are there, but are invisible . If you know where to "click" they will work but most of the time you can't find them. If you find the right invisible spot, the "hand" shows up and you can click the invisible box.

    I don't know what to do in Universal Access. I don't see anything that would apply.
    You can see in the shot below on the Amazon page on the right side below "Quanity" there is no box to click. I can click the empty space and I can order just fine because I know where the box is supposed to be. On other sites however there is no indication where the "continue" or "order" box may be and it is often impossible to move the cursor around until you bump into the invisible box and get a "hand" to pop up. If there are two missing boxes as in "yes" or "no", or "order" or "cancel", even if you find a invisible box, you don't know if you are clicking on "yes" or "no".
    On the Netflix shot there is supposed to be 5 stars below each movie. As you can see, they are invisible. I can find them because I no where to look but I can't rate the movie with my "hand" cursor because I can't tell which of the 5 stars I am pointing to.
    Thanks for your help

  • Lightbox images not showing when uploaded to my website

    Hello
    I'm creating a new website for my photography business, and have created three 'gallery' pages which are basically just a lightbox gallery on each page with 20 images in.
    I uploaded my first page, gallery1, and the associated images and went to test it and some of the thumbnail images didn't appear. I renamed the images in my 'gallery1 thumbnails' folder (which had originally been the same names as the images in gallery1) by adding 'tb' at the end of each image name and reuploaded them to my host and it resolved the problem. I uploaded gallery2 in the same way and ran into the same problem. I renamed the images again and reuploaded as I had before to fix the problem, but it didn't fix it this time. I changed the names in gallery3 thumbnails first and uploaded them and they uploaded perfectly. I went back to gallery2, and noticed that all the images I was having a problem with had a '_' character in them. I took that out, reuploaded, still not working. I've double checked everything's as it should be, reuploaded everything a couple more times for good measure, and it works on live view and when I open the file on my computer but once they're uploaded to my host it doesn't work. Can anyone shed a bit of light on this for me? Page in question in here: http://www.emmarichards.co.uk/gallery-2.html and code is here:

    1) Padding is only placed on the top and/or bottom of the div. The elements within this div have padding on their sides. This saves you from any "box model math". Keep in mind, if you add any side padding or border to the div itself, it will be added to the width you define to create the *total* width. You may also choose to remove the padding on the element in the div and place a second div within it with no width and the padding necessary for your design.

              these rules, with the exception of the images used for down or right pointing arrows, which are in the file SpryMenuBasic.css
               These assume the following widget classes for menu layout (set in a preset)
              .MenuBar - Applies to all menubars - default is horizontal bar, all submenus are vertical - 2nd level subs and beyond are pull-right.
              .MenuBarVertical - vertical main bar; all submenus are pull-right.
              You can also pass in extra classnames to set your desired top level menu bar layout. Normally, these are set by using a preset.
              They only apply to horizontal menu bars:
                        MenuBarLeftShrink - The menu bar will be horizontally 'shrinkwrapped' to be just large enough to hold its items, and left aligned
                        MenuBarRightShrink - Just like MenuBarLeftShrink, but right aligned
                        MenuBarFixedLeft - Fixed at a specified width set in the rule '.MenuBarFixedLeft', and left aligned.
                        MenuBarFixedCentered -  - Fixed at a specified width set in the rule '.MenuBarFixedCentered',
                                                                and centered in its parent container.
                        MenuBarFullwidth - Grows to fill its parent container width.
              In general, all rules specified in this file are prefixed by #MenuBar so they only apply to instances of the widget inserted along
              with the rules. This permits use of multiple MenuBarBasic widgets on the same page with different layouts. Because of IE6 limitations,
              there are a few rules where this was not possible. Those rules are so noted in comments.

                                                                                                                            Note that this means the size is also inherited to child submenus,

    /* IE6 rules - you can delete these if you do not want to support IE6 */
    /* A note about multiple classes in IE6.
    * Some of the rules above use multiple class names on an element for selection, such as "hover" (MenuItemHover) and "has a subMenu" (MenuItemWithSubMenu),
    * giving the selector '.MenuItemWithSubMenu.MenuItemHover'.
    * Unfortunately IE6 does not support using mutiple classnames in a selector for an element. For a selector such as '.foo.bar.baz', IE6 ignores
    * all but the final classname (here, '.baz'), and sets the specificity accordingly, counting just one of those classs as significant. To get around this
    * problem, we use the plugin in SpryMenuBarIEWorkaroundsPlugin.js to generate compound classnames for IE6, such as 'MenuItemWithSubMenuHover'.
    * Since there are a lot of these needed, the plugin does not generate the extra classes for modern browsers, and we use the CSS2 style mutltiple class
    * syntax for that. Since IE6 both applies rules where
    * it should not, and gets the specificity wrong too, we have to order rules carefully, so the rule misapplied in IE6 can be overridden.
    * So, we put the multiple class rule first. IE6 will mistakenly apply this rule.  We follow this with the single-class rule that it would
    * mistakenly override, making sure the  misinterpreted IE6 specificity is the same as the single-class selector, so the latter wins.
    * We then create a copy of the multiple class rule, adding a '.SpryIsIE6' class as context, and making sure the specificity for
    * the selector is high enough to beat the single-class rule in the "both classes match" case. We place the IE6 rule at the end of the
    * css style block to make it easy to delete if you want to drop IE6 support.
    * If you decide you do not need IE6 support, you can get rid of these, as well as the inclusion of the SpryMenuBarIEWorkaroundsPlugin.js script.
    * The 'SpryIsIE6' class is placed on the HTML element by  the script in SpryMenuBarIEWorkaroundsPlugin.js if the browser is Internet Explorer 6. This avoids the necessity of IE conditional comments for these rules.

    If someone could help me with my issue I'd be very greatful, it's been stumping me for hours now.
    Thank you in advance for any help!!

    When I see code errors, I stop trying to trouble shoot  because code errors account for 98% of browser rendering problems.  When you clear up your orphaned tags: mismatched <p></p> and <li></li> tags, then I'll take a closer look.
    PS. Being able to work with code is essential to using DW and 3rd party plugins.  Without basic coding skills, you're going to be lost most of the time.

  • Adsense not showing in Mozilla Firefox

    Dear Folks,
    I've noticed that some pages on my website/blog do not display Google Adsense, and nothing can be seen where the ads are placed when I'm using Firefox. I have the latest version of the browser.
    I've tested the same webpages using Internet Explorer 8 and all of the ads are well seen. I know that other people are facing this problem, too.
    Can you help, please? My website/blog is: http://www.plafstudies.com/
    PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FRONT PAGE IS ALWAYS OK TO SEE THE ADS. THE ISSUE ONLY OCCURS WHEN I CLICK ON THE OLDER POST LINKS.
    UPDATE: Just noticed that the issue often occurs but not always. I wonder why.
    Thanks a lot for your time and assistance.
    Have a good day,
    Paulo Franca.

    Well disabling AddBlockPlus did the job. Is there somekind of update for AddBlockPlus?

  • Problem with Google AdSense not showing up on published site

    I put the google AdSense on my site however all it shows on the site is a blank place holder is there anything else that I am supposed to do to get it to actually work.

    Yeh i have the same problem. Can see all the adsense perfect on iweb. Not one on the site when i publish. when i copied the data for "google search" directly from adsense site it worked fine. But when i copied "text & images ads" they didnt show up at all.
    I am totally lost as i am new to iweb.i did have the previous version and upgraded to '08. Could this be why there is problems. Might it work if i uninstalled iweb '08 then reinstalled it again.
    How would i do this. Or would deleting the permissions help ???

  • .flv not showing in .swf movie on website

    I have created a .fla (Macromedia Flash 8) and have imported
    a .flv video into it. When I view the video in Flash 8 (control -
    test movie), both play fine. When I upload the published .swf file
    to an .html document on our website, the .fla portion (graphics in
    our case) plays beautifully, however the .flv (actress video) does
    not. Do I need special code in the .html file or does anyone have
    any words of wisdom?

    It sounds like the server mime type error that others have
    had on this site. This is a solution found by Newsgroup User Paul:
    quote:
    I had the same problem. they added this mime type
    The mime type that was added was: video/x-flv
    Hope this helps

  • Gogle Adsense Not Showing In Browser

    Hey All,
    I have tried everything to fix this and unfortunately I am at a loss.
    I signed up for a Google Adsense Account and using iWeb I added the code using the html widget.
    I can see my adds on every PC and Mac other than mine.
    I do not have adblocker of any sort installed and javascript is turned on.
    I read one report where a guy used time machine to go back and it resolved his issue. Never found out the cause though and I do not use time machine.
    www.rphsystemsndesigns.com is the site.
    I used Opera, Firefox and Safari to test this.
    My desktop on the same network sees it fine.
    Stumpped =(

    Well disabling AddBlockPlus did the job. Is there somekind of update for AddBlockPlus?

  • My images do not show up on my published website.

    I am a beginner in Dreamweaver (having only made one other website 3 years ago in college). I have my images in my Assets folder, I place the image in dreamweaver, save it, test it, and it works fine. But when I "put" my website on the internet, my images are gone from every one of my pages. Any one know how to fix that? Thanks!

    Did you put the Assets folder and all of its images as well?
    Uploading your page won't automatically upload the images.
    Another possibility is your Assets folder is named "Assets" but you're linking to "assets" in your pages locally. That will work on your local OS without a problem, but when uploaded to the server, it would break because many servers are CaSe SeNsiTiVe. So "Assets/Image.jpg" is a different file from "assets/image.jpg" to a server.

  • Picture albums not showing up on live site. Sometimes there, sometimes not.

    Hello,
    I have started building a small family website, www.cahillpages.com , and I just noticed that some of the picture albums I have created are not showing up on the live site. They have been there before and if I reload the page sometimes one with come back but not all. They all show published in iweb.
    Specifically http://www.cahillpages.com/Site/ChuckOffroad_Albums/Chuck_OffroadAlbums.html
    I have a total of 6 albums there but most of the time only 4 show up live.
    I do have some video in my albums, any chance that may be an issue?
    Thanks

    OK thanks. I got the missing albums to show up. I did realize that the missing albums did not even have video in them. The video still does not show up in my albums though. I am guessing because it is a pic page(album) not a designated movie page.
    Thanks
