ADSL usage has dssapeared from 24x7 app & under my online account

Since connecing to Telstra Air my broadband usage for ADSL no longe exists when viewing on the 24x7 app & also when i log into my Telstra account, the service is no longer showing up under my account services but i still have adsl connected to the house etc, why has it dissapeared? refreshed everything re-installed app, no one can give me answers i have an incident number :  INT 1-515021436250 any help appreciated.

Update - On Sudnay 12/7 - i asked for the telstra air service to be removed, that was done, My telstra online account was refreshed with a new username / passwrod etc, that was done, i was told 24/48 my bigbond broadband ADSL service should start to appear to check my broadband usage, its still not appearing after a number, of discussions with different departments including (online accounts) basically im stuck again but i do hjave a link to get backj in touch with who i spoke to so I will try that but they did say the Telstra Air order did have something to do with my ADSL service not showing up either online when i log in or on the 24x7 app, (refreshed , recreated, downloaded app, did everything did nto work)

    I don't know if this is what you really want, but I created a Playlist for Radio, and add some of the stations I like from websites. (If you click on the web-links they load into iTunes in the Sidebar). And you can also add individual Radio stations from the top right,(under Apple) to a Playlist. That's the only way I know to have them in the Sidebar.
    Z_ZS-B, You also helped me to find the old Radio list! I didn't even know it was up on the right, under Apple. I haven't liked this version of iTunes so I hadn't even bothered to try and figure it out until now, but because I just bought a my first iPod Shuffle I'm determined to bend this version to my will. ;-)

    Oh gosh, I saw the same issue. Because i was messing around with something earlier. I don't know why Apple took off the option of "none" as a payment since not everyone puts in a credit card and people use iTunes gift cards. I think they just made that changed recently. Anyways, Ive just found out about this new issue also, so i don't know what you could do... maybe call apple support?

    My audio has gone from loaded apps, I have no idea why, my iPad tells me volume is high & I switched on keypad sounds but still nothing except when I'm using the Internet, BBC iPlayer etc, any ideas anyone please?

    Have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the Music and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
    Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad above the volume switch, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar.     Edit > Preferences.  Select the check box for Ringtones, this will add them to the listing in iTunes. 
    Not sure that really answers your question though.

    The invoice is in functional / local currency.I queried the tables:
    - ap_invoice_distributions_all and
    - ap_accounting_events_all .
    I can see that all distribution lines of our invoice have three event codes:
    -Invoice
    -Invoice Adjustment
    -Invoice Cancellation
    Only invoice distribution lines with Invoice Adjustment code have a status flag of accounted while the others have status of created.
    I tried the following:
    from Help-> Diagonistics -> DEBUG. I ran the request Payables Accounting Process and found that there are two line with line type as Invoice Price and Exception : Invalid Acct and their account column is empty.
    I could not match the report with neither the application nor the tables as I could not find a row with same AMOUNT and same LINE TYPE : Invoice Price.
    how can identify I the records with wrong account?

  • Neverwinter Nights 2 has disappeared from the App Store

    I purchased Neverwinter Nights 2 from the app store when it was on sale and I installed it on my iMac but now I cannot access it through the app store. When I click on it on my iMac I get a message that my request could not be completed. I have been trying to put it on my Macbook but I can't find it. Does anyone know what has happened to it?

    Apparently it's not available from the App Store any longer.
    Try your Applications folder just in case.
    It's not available for iOS based apps at the iTunes Store either.

  • No registered license showing under my online account

    I purchased CS6 Photoshop extended last year via a download.  I recently opened a support case because the license did not show as registered under my Adobe online account (this is because I purchased the program with a different email than my Adobe account email).  The support tech said she had fixed the problem, however my registered product still does not show under my Adobe online account.  I've tried clicking "register your product," but it says it's already been registered.  I'm going to be transferring my license from a Mac to a PC, so I need to have it registered under my account.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your response.  I have gone through the online chat system a number of times to no avail (connecting with a rep, etc).  I finally found a phone number and so I will try that route.  If anyone else has had this issue and found a fix, please let me know!

    I noticed that my iSight built into Macbook Pro 15" is not working anymore for non-Apple apps (Skype and Webex at least) and working for Facetime and Messages Beta under same account.
    I tried to test it using different account on OS X with Skype and it is working great!
    I'm using 10.7.3.
    Any advice?

    I take it that in System Information the camera is listed under USB items ?
    Your speps say OS x 10.7.2
    Have you updated to OS X 10.7.3 ?
    If you have I would start with that by doing a COMBO Version (Not using Software Update)
    This will be everything that has been updated since OS X 107 came out and may catch those hard to trace issues.
    Using the FInder > Go Menu > Hold the ALT key and Select the Library that appears > then navigate to Preferences.
    In here find the Skype .plist.
    Open it with Quick Look.
    Can you capture that (Apple/CMD ( or ⌘) + Shift + 4 together (Also tap space bar at the end to get the Window) ) ? and post it here.
    I don't use Skype and don't have the .plist to see if it lists the camera.
    If it does it might pay to delete the.plist and force Skype to re-***** the hardware.  (It also depends how much of your other settings are in there)
    In the meantime if you go to the Skype Preferences can you see a Preview of the camera ?
    Can you turn Off access to the camera and turn it On again in Skype ?
    Skype does use Flash Player to do the Video.
    Is Webex a browser led thing that uses Flash ?
    If it looks like it is a Flash Issue do you have the GoogleTalk Video Plugin installed (there is a standalone and it is part of Chrome) ?

  • How many Apple devices can connect to one account? If I get 2 iPads for my home can they get apps under the same account or different accounts?

    I am wanting to purchase an iPad for myself and kids but I am wondering if they need to be setup under a different Apple account or just one. What about my iPhone that is under that account? So how many devices can be linked to an account before it is maxed out?

    I'm not sure what the total limit is (or if there is one), but two iPads and one iPhone is no problem - you only need one account and you can have the same apps on all three devices if you want without any issues (I have an iPad, iPhone and iPod without problems). There was a thread a few weeks ago about a newspaper app (though it could have been a magazine), where the issue could only be downloaded to one device, but that is the only time I've heard about that limit.

    Troubleshooting
    To access the full features of the app, you are required to log in using your My Account.
    You can use the app without logging in to My Account; however the application will have limited functionality. If you've skipped the My Account log in - you are still able to log in by following these steps:

    My Services not displaying
    You can add your Pre-Paid service to your My Account via a computer to ensure it's displayed.
    The difference between My Usage and My Services
    My Services provides a full list of your accounts and services linked to your My Account profile.
    My Usage provides a list of your mobile and select internet services which have associated usage information.
    The Telstra 24x7 application only shows the following services:
    Service details associated with your My Account user profile
    Service details for the current device you're using if you haven't logged into the app
    New services may take up to 48 hours before they appear.
    At this time, services are not able to be added within the app. To add and view a service within the app, you'll need to login to My Account or you can us on 13 22 00 anytime.
    The app might be unable to update your list of services for a number of reasons:
    There may be technical issues connecting to Telstra systems to obtain data if this occurs, please wait a few minutes then try again
    You might not be logged into My Account. You can check if you're logged in by viewing Settings then Manage services
    You might not be connected to the internet, try opening Safari and visiting a website
    Pre-Paid recharge
    Recharge is currently only available for your Pre-Paid services associated with the My Account login you're using or the device you're using if you are a Telstra mobile customer connected via 3G.
    Tap Recharge within the side bar to view the Pre-Paid services available to recharge. You can then recharge the following ways:
    Within the App by using a stored credit/debit card associated with your Pre-Paid service. Simply select the recharge amount, tap continue, and then enter your recharge PIN. If there is no stored card found, you will be presented with the option to recharge in Safari.
    Using a voucher - simply enter the 12 digit authorisation number and tap continue
    Online, via SMS, Facebook® and my phone
    When you recharge online you're provided with an option to store the card details along with your account. You'll also need to set a PIN for your credit card. Once this step is completed, you'll be able to access the stored card with the app and recharge using your PIN.
    Your PIN is associated with the stored credit/debit card on your Pre-Paid service. Recharge online to store a credit card against your Pre-Paid service. Note: You must be connected via 3G.
    There are a number of reasons why your recharge might be failing:
    You have provided an invalid PIN
    Technical issues connecting to Telstra systems to complete recharge - wait a few minutes then try again
    You have failed to provide the correct PIN 3 times
    You only have 3 attempts at providing your PIN. After you've failed 3 times, your stored card details will be deleted and you'll need to add it to your account again by recharging online.
    Your account may be suspended due to multiple failed recharge attempts.
    Plus Packs
    Click on the View Bonuses and Plus Packs to view the amount of bonuses and plus packs remaining as well as the expiry that's associated to your current Pre-Paid mobile number. You'll need to recharge your Pre-Paid service and the amount of bonuses that you'll receive is dependent on your recharge amount.
