Adt and a password may be incorrect

I am tyring to package up a air file to a apk file in windows 7 using the command pompt.
here is the command I run
adt -package -target apk -storetype pkcs12 -keystore DigitalCertificate.p12 myApp.apk MyApp.air
the cmd askes for my password, which I enter, and do so correctly, it is only 123 so I know I am not typing it wrong.
I get the following in the cmd
could not load keystore file (password may be incorrect)
usage:
     adt -checkstore SIGNING_OPTIONS
I created the p12 file in Flash Builder, I have tried createing multiple p12 files, and then I re build my .air file and try again, same thing everytime.  Does anyone have any idea?
Thanks

I am having the same issue.
I am following the tutorial here: Adobe AIR * Creating your first AIR application for iOS.
This is the command I am using:
adt -package -target ipa-debug -keystore ios-development-certificate.p12 -storetype pkcs12 -provisioning-profile ios.mobileprovisionn HelloWorld.ipa HelloWorld-app.xml HelloWorld.swf icons
I am prompted for the p12 file's password, which I provide.
I get the following error message:
could not load keystore file (password may be incorrect)
When I test the password using the following command, the test succeeds:
adt -checkstore -storetype pkcs12 -keystore ios-developer-certificate.p12 -provisioning-profile ios.mobileprovision
password:
valid password
Please help.

    I'm getting the error in the subject.
    Here's the command I used to sign it:

    Here's what I do next:

    I then use the password "ps" when it asks for the password.  This is what it spits back to me.

    Hi All!
    I’ve just finished an application but I’m having problems generating the .BAR file that I want to submit to the AppWorld. These are the commands I’m executing
    First - "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder 4\sdks\blackberry-tablet-sdk-0.9.3\bin\blackberry-keytool" -genkeypair -keystore bbDevCertificate.p12  -storepass myPass -dname "cn=Company" -alias " Company "
    Second  - "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder 4\sdks\blackberry-tablet-sdk-0.9.3\bin\blackberry-airpackager" -package AppName_signed.bar AppName-app.xml blackberry-tablet.xml AppName.swf splash.png icons/icon128.png
    Finally  - "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder 4\sdks\blackberry-tablet-sdk-0.9.3\bin\blackberry-signer" -verbose -cskpass myCSKPass -keystore bbDevCertificate.p12  -storepass myPass AppName_signed.bar RDK
    My blackberry-tablet.xml is:
    <qnx>
        <initialWindow>
            <systemChrome>none</systemChrome>
            <transparent>false</transparent>
        </initialWindow>

            <image>icons/icon128.png</image>
        </icon>
        <splashscreen>splash.png</splashscreen>
    </qnx>
    The problem comes at the first step. I'm using Flash Professional CS5. When I generate the p12 certificate and I try to export my app using that certificate and the password that I've set, it gaves me the next error:
    "Error creating files.
    Could not access the digital certificate. unable to retrieve key (password may be incorrect)"

    I use only support.mozilla.org and never used any other websites. However, the same problem here. My ID and Password are not accepted. Had to create a new account with a temporary email to use Support - it would not allow me to use my main email, because "it is used by another account". Try to reset password - receive no email (even though there is a confirmation on the website that email to reset password has been sent). At the same time can easily receive a confirmation about User ID and account activation. Thus, the account is completely locked, and I can not use my email address for a new one. Please fix this problem.

  • Why do I get iCal error messages on my iMac saying that it can't log into my Gmail account and that the password may be incorrect - when the password is correct?

    I recently changed my Google email password and now I keep getting the bouncing iCal icon telling me that it can't log into my gamil account. When I go to calendar.google.com as instructed and enter the new password it does not solve the problem.
    Thanks

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
    Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts   Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

  • Error when attempting to sign panel - could not load the keystore file (password may be incorrect)

    Hi
    I always get the same error when trying to export as a cs extension for indesign cs5 and cs6 (haven't tried for any thing else)
    I am not trying to export to a read only address.
    I set up my own certificate, I have not registered with any authority like VeriSign so I presume that I can fill the details as I like, i.e. one name, any password I like.
    I select my Java installation by browsing see bellow
    I type the same password that I made up for the certificate and then get the error shown above.
    Note although it say that it exported the file with some error in fact it doesn't export any zxp file or anything else to any location that I could see let alone the location I specified.
    I get the same error when using the adobe exchange packer.
    Would very much appreciate a solution
    Thanks in advance

  • ICal can't log in to your "iCloud" account because your password may be incorrect.

    I keep getting this message. please help

    I'm running OSX 10.7.4 and I keep getting this message, too.  My calendar is sycing, but, often, after I accept a meeting invitation, the meeting disappears from my calendar!  So, I have to go back and re-accept the meeting -- and hope I don't get the error message again.
    The only thing I have found to work is to quit iCal before accepting a meeting planner.  That approach (which is obviously not convenient or user-friendly) doesn't always work, however.  I occasionally get the same error message.
    I know my Apple ID and password entered on the system are both correct.  For one thing, my contacts have synced in Address Book across my devices.  It's just iCal that appears to be the problem (again).
    Any other thoughts as to what's going on and how to fix avoid this problem?
    Thanks in advance.

  • ICal can't log in to your "MobileMe" account because your password may be incorrect

    I changed everything over from MobileMe to iCloud and now I'm getting this message.  Does anyone know of a solution?

    I quit iCal and restarted and everything seems to be ok!

  • Blackberry ID: username and/or password incorrect ?!

    Hi guys -
    After I turned on the "protect" feature on my Z10 I immediately also changed my Blackberry ID password on the Blackberry ID website. I had no problem updating this new ID on Blackberry Link. My Z10 device however keeps not accepting my new ID password ("Attempt 5/10 - The username and / or password entered is incorrect. Try again."). I've tried it already five times and the entered password and username ARE correct! I also tried connecting my device to my PC through Link, hoping this would help. I've also rebooted the device.
    Any further ideas? I've searched through the forums but didn't find this particular issue...
    Thanks!

    Same thing happening to me and changed my bb I'd thinking that would help but now am locked out. I took out my media card as to not lose pics... But now what?

  • My iCal keeps popping up saying 'iCal can't log into your google account because your password key be incorrect', and no matter what I try or type in it just keeps popping up every 20 minutes or so. Any help?

    Hi, I've had my Air for a few days now, and since setting up my iCloud and linking with my gmail account, my iCal has started constatnly bugging my about a password entered incorrectly, it says, 'The password may hev been enetered incorrectly. Reenter the password for account 'Google' on the CalDAV server "calender.google.com".' Whatever I type in is wrong, and I don't have that many options for passwords so I know I'm not entering it incorrectly if it's one of mine, and every time I close it, it pops back up 20 minutes later with the same problem. Any help would be great, Thanks

    I ran into the issue about 3 months ago and resetting my password fixed the issue (no pop-ups since the reset). As someone who supports about 25,000 users who are on Google Apps for Education I can comfortably say that this appears to be a pretty common fix. About once a week we get a call from a user who gets the username/password pop-up with correct credentials, when I encountered it myself I knew something had to be up.
    Give the reset a try, also give it a few minutes (3 to 5 mins) before entering the new password into iCal.

  • Entourage error "The server for my email acount returned the error "Login Failed". Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?"

    Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would
    you like to try re-entering your password?" I know the settings are right because the users mail works on iPhone,iPad,an windows machine. I have deleted entourage plist and also tried a new user same message appears in new user.

    It worked for me.

  • I don't know why my iCal won't accept my Google password for syncing purposes.  I just updated the password last night. It says this: "The password may have entered is incorrect"

    My ICal, keeps saying: "The password may have been entered incorrectly. Reenter the password for account “Google” on the CalDAV server “calendar.google.com.”

    Greetings Joe,
    What version of the Mac OS are you running (Apple > About this Mac)?
    Try:
    Go to iCal > Preferences > Accounts and remove all unneeded accounts especially Gmail / Google.
    Go to iCal > Quit iCal
    Go to Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access
    Use the search bar to locate anything called "calendar.google.com" and then delete it.
    Go to Keychain Access > Keychain FirstAid > Repair
    Once complete go to Keychain Access > Quit Keychain Access
    Restart the computer.
    Go to iCal > Preferences > Accounts and re-enter your Google account.
    Hope that helps!
