Advanced System Care Pro asks me to shut down Firefox 3.6.10 to run

Is there any way that Firefox 3.6.10 can be modified in an upgrade to work better with Advanced System Care Pro 3.7.0 (latest one).
Now I have to watch for the ASC-pro notice to shut down Firefox to complete and repair my computer. Running Windows XP-Pro all upgrades done.

When I run Advanced System Care by IoBit I always get many privacy issues that need to be removed from my computer and I would like to have Firefox stop this.

I run Advanced System Care 7 by IoBit on my computer daily. It always finds dozens if not hundreds of privacy issues caused by FireFox that need to be removed. I would like to continue using Firefox but will uninstall it if the program keeps causing so much clutter on my machine. I have a Compaq Presario F730US running Vista Home Premium. I do not want FireFox to place ANY cookies or other items on my computer.

So first off, Advanced system care is a piece of junk. It does nothing to improve computer security or performance, and can actually harm your computer. I strongly suggest you remove any iobit products immediately and find a real anti-virus.
Second, cookies can be controlled. They aren't placed on your computer by Firefox, but by websites. You would find that no matter what browser you use you will have cookies from websites you visit.

I have Firefox and Advanced Systems Care, why do I get 30 spybot reports every time I run Firefox (pups)

I get a list of pups all starting with /Firefox I get this if I run Advanced Systems Care of Malwarebytes.

And the reports say . . . . what?

Impossible to delete cookies, Cookie Culler, Mil Sheild, CCleaner, Spybot, Advance System Care, Firefox defeated them all.

I no longer trusted Firefox because of this. I even had difficulty uninstalling it; Windows, no; CCleaner, no, Advance System Care, yes. As I had much work to move favorites, etc, and found most extensions for Chrome I will not be going back. Seems strange as I have had Firefox from the beginning but I just couldn't get it to work on many sites and the steadfast refusal to remove cookies made me awfully suspicious. I think new versions were released too quickly, but what do I know?

Do you have an extension like TACO (Abine) or TrackerBlock that maintains a set of OPT-OUT cookies?
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

If clearing the cookies doesn't help then it is possible that the file cookies.sqlite that stores the cookies is corrupted.
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete cookies.sqlite-journal and cookies.txt, if they exist, in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

Two days ago, I loaded Light Room 6. Today I went back to Light Room 5. LR 6 corrupted an entire folder of images, and caused errors on my Raid 5 causing win 7 to run "Chk Dsk" and fix the errors to the operating system. LR 5 has not shut down for the last 5 hours. LR 6 has a serious bug. Anyone else experiencing this problem. Yesterday I was on tech support, waiting for 3 hours, finally they picked up and informed me there department was closing and someone else would call me on Monday. So, I'm working today and all day Sunday to make up for the down time using LR 6.
I don't know if the bug exists in the program or the "Creative Cloud.
Question: Does anyone know why if I bought Light Room 6 [NOT Light Room CC with the monthly rental], I have to enter my serial number if I want to use it?

Entering the serial number is probably part of the registration process.

My Mac asked me to shut down unexepectedly yesterday and when it restarted, once it played the opening theme it gets stuck on a light blue screen. There is a slight noise from the back right hand corner, where the disc drive is. I cannot remember if there is a disc in ther... possibly. It is the old white Mac Book. I continued to use it, and each time I would shut my computer off it would freeze with a loading dial in the lower-middle part of the screen. Eventually I started to run one program at a time. I ran Safari (among other programs), and the computer shut down fine. I ran Itunes, and the computer failed to shut down. I have also realized that Microsoft Office causes my computer to freeze at shut down as well. I have run disk utility to check my hard-drive. Everything came out fine, so I know it is not a hardware problem. Something with the software of Microsoft Office and Itunes are not functioning properly... Anybody have any ideas?

Premiere Pro and Encore CS6 shutting down.

I recently switched my graphics card from a GTX680 to a GTX780. Everything worked fine until I did that. First I found that I had to add the card to the "approved cards" file for premier and after effects. I did that by simply adding it to the existing list and hitting save. That brought back the CUDA capabilities in those applications.
Premiere was running well but exporting the video ran into some problems. I exported a clip through Media Encoder and it was running great (and fast) until about halfway through and it just shut down Media Encoder with no warning. I tried the same thing exporting straight through Premiere and got the same thing then Premeir shut down. I tried different clips and different formats but got the same results.
When those programs shut down, the rest of the computer runs fine.
Are there steps I missed installing the new card? or do I need to change something in the Bios?
I am running a PC with:
Core i7 3770K (not overclocked)
Asus GeForce GTX780
G-Skill Ram at 32GB running at 1600
The BIOS was just updated in an effort to write that off as a problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Here is the latest. The computer itself started shutting down while working in premiere so I went back into the BIOS and changed the RAM from 1866MHZ to 1600MHZ and that seems to have fixed the problem. I was able to render that file and the computer seems solid again.
I won't be excited until it goes the rest of the day today and tomorrow and renders a 60 minute file again. Not sure what the ram speed was set to before updating the BIOS so I am guessing that was it.
