Advice on how to get a first job in SAP
Halo everyone I am new to the SCN. I have completed SAP BW training and currently I am being trained on SAP BO. Would any of you be kind enough to tell me how I could get in the industry or in other words what would be a good starting point?

I recently changed my wifi password at home and now my iphone will not connect. It will not ask me for a password just says will not connect to network. Advice on how to get iphone to ask network password for wifi?
First, try tapping on the network in the Wi-Fi settings and then tap "forget this network". Then reselect the network in the main Wi-Fi settings screen and see if will then ask for a password. If not, try resetting the Network Settings in the General -> Reset section and then reconnecting to your W-iFi.

Instead of using the funtion module you can just write the 3 statements of code to get the first day of the week.
Its similar to the above one but instead of writing case statement you can achive the following.
data : w_res type i,
w_data type d,
w_res = w_date mod 7.
w_date = w_date - w_res.
write w_date.
This works.

Anwarsomething to look forward to then, because we get used not to use our shift button any more, since iPhone and iPad do it for us. entourage and other ms stuff do it. pages does it too now (put it on in the auto-correct in preferences). bizarre however some loose the capitalization when you copy the text. pages to stickies or mail does not. that's good !

I have a new airbook, 10.7.4 LION, thunderbolt ethernet adapter and when trying to install 1.2.1 thunderbolt upgrade it says "this software not supported on this system"? Any advice on how to get the adapter to work?

I am having a similar problem. However, the fileDialog only shows up behind SAP occasionally. I am running each ona separate thread and have tried passing a blank form as the parent (as was suggested), but the problem persists.

Ipod 4th generation : how to get to first song
I dont have playlist. just some 40 songs or so. I have enabled voice over. When i click on the button it tells the current playing song. This shuffle is a new one i bought 3 days ago. I was using ipod shuffle 2nd gen before, where if i want to goto the first song i triple click the play button. Now i try to press the voice over button and then press play/pause botton to try to get to the first song. But only the current song pauses and play back agaiin, it doesnt get me to the first song. Somebody please tell me how to get to the first song from the middle of the song playback list (not playlist, i dont use playlist) in ipod 4th gen shuffle.

ashwinThe current (4th gen) and 3rd gen shuffles are more like the "big" iPods, compared to the simple 1st and 2nd gen shuffles. The older shuffles act like a playlist, a single playlist. Like a regular playlist in your iTunes library, you can put songs on it in any desired order using iTunes.
The key difference with the newer shuffles is that they can hold multiple playlists (like the iPods that have a screen). Because there is no screen, you use the VoiceOver feature to select the playlist you want to use.
So, in order to play the first song on a playlist, you need to load a playlist on the shuffle. You can do this manually or with automatic syncing. I'll describe the automatic syncing method, because it is more convenient.
First, create a regular playlist in your iTunes library, and call it something like "iPod Songs" (whatever you want). At this point, the shuffle does not need to be connected. Put those "some 40" songs on that playlist, and order the songs as desired, with that particular "first song" at the top of the list.
Connect the shuffle and select it in iTunes, so that you see its Summary screen. Toward the top, there is a row of buttons, starting with Summary. Click on Music next to Summary. This Music screen is where you tell iTunes how to sync the shuffle with songs.
Check the box to Sync Music. Choose the option to sync Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres. Below that, look under Playlists and find that new "iPod Songs" playlist. Check its box to select it for syncing. That is the only item you need to select on those lists, although you can select other items if desired. When you click Apply, the songs on that playlist (plus any other selections), sync to the shuffle. The playlist itself also syncs to the shuffle.
When you use the shuffle, if you want to hear a playlist in list order, put the shuffle's power switch in the middle (play-in-order) position. Use VoiceOver to hear the playlist menu, and select that "iPod Songs" playlist. This document explains how use VoiceOver to do this

Because it is set to play-in-order, the first song on the playlist plays first.
Going forward, when you want to update the songs on the playlist, just update that playlist in iTunes (add/remove songs). You don't need to visit the shuffle's Music screen again, and the shuffle does not even need to be connected. The next time you connect the shuffle (or when you click Sync if the shuffle is already connected), iTunes automatically updates the shuffle with the same changes. -

1) U will create a user input varaible for year and say it is ZYEAR.
2) U will create another variable for calmonth which has processing type : customer exit ..single value ...mandatory ....say ZCMONTH.
This needs to be populated using the year( user inputted ) and calmonth '001'
This code will fetch the user input value into ZYEAR and append '001' to the user input value and the value
will be passed to the ZCMONTH varaible...

Hello, really hoping that someone can help me. I have a crystal reports report with a chart. The chart uses dates as the x-axis and numeric values on the y-axis. All I want to do is change the x-axis sacle to be 14 day intervals. Seems simple enough.
