AE free trial installation error.

Working on MAC OS X Yosemite 10.10.2.     Trying to install CC After FX free trial . Keep getting this message "Could not create -/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync". AND "Download Error - The Creative Cloud Installation is no longer functioning. Please uninstall and reinstall. I've tried this but no luck. Any Ideas?

  • Free Trial Setup Error

    I am currently trying to download the free trial of Photoshop Cs4 but I am having difficulties. I am able to download and extract the necessary files but I am unable to actually setup the program.
    When I click on the "setup" icon, a window opens that states "Checking system profile..."  After a few seconds, it finishs and then a larger window pops up that states "Loading Setup."  However, the window then abruptly closes and nothing happens.  When I click on the "setup" icon again,  the "checking system profile" window pops up but is quickly interrupted by a dialog box that tells me there is a setup error.
    I have Windows XP and I'm on an administer account.  I also meet all the system requirements.
    I appreciate any help or advice.

    Defrag the hard drive.
    Also install Windows SP3 if not already done.
    Download and install windows installer 4.5

    all went well with free trial captivate download but will not run.  error message: adobe application manager may be damaged .download and install a new copy of adobe application manager

    Once it is download, please install it as Adobe Captivate 8 installation needs Adobe Application Manager

  • Aperture free trial installation

    I just downloaded the aperture free trial and cannot get it to open. every time I go to applications and try to open it, it just asks me to install it, again and again. what am I doing wrong?

    A Pro-application needs a trial version - I agree.
    Send feedback to Apple: http://www.apple.com/feedback/aperture.html, they will not hear you here.
    But it will be also your loss, if you do not give Aperture a chance - it is really a great program.
    You can learn a lot about Aperture by trying it out at the nearest Apple Store, and by looking at the resources (Tutorials etc.) at the Aperture Support page, also have a look at the Aperture 3 User Manual
    You might just reconsider

  • Plz help Photoshop CS4 trial installation error

    Yesterday i downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS4 Trial from adobe's official website. it took about 2 hours on 1MBPS DSL. it was 814 mb 7z file and anoth extractor when i tried to extract the 7z file with adobe extractor it went fine but at 100% an error occured (see the screen shot). Now when i go to folder where the setup files has been extracted and open the setup file. nothing happens no file is opened even after many retries. plz help me.

    The screen shot showed your C: drive as 10GB!
    I don't think that PC is able to run CS4

  • Premiere CS4 Trial installation error

    Hello,
    Whenever I try to install the Premiere CS4 trial on Vista Ultimate I get an error dialog at the Loading Setup window that says critical errors were found in setup please see the setup log file for details. Then the installer exits after hitting OK. Any ideas where this setup log resides so I can try to figure out what the problem is?

    O.K. I found the error log and following are some excerpts from the log that mention errors. It does not help me at all. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is?

  • MS Project 60 day trial installation error

    I cannot install the 60 day trial version of Microsoft Project Pro 2013.  I download it from here: https://www.microsoft.com/betaexperience/pd/PROJECT2013RTM64/enus/default.aspx
    Then I burn it on a disc as it instructs to do.  Then when I try to install it i get an error message that says: " Setup Error: Setup can't find or validate an installation file.  Please try reinstalling Office from your installation source,
    or if you installed from a downloaded package, please re-download and reinstall.  If you continue to have problems, please contact Microsoft or your system Administrator"
    Please advise

    What version of Windows, please?  Any other version of Office running?  If you have Office 32 bit installed you cannot install the 64 bit version of Project.

  • Adobe Captivate Trial Installation Error

    The trial downloaded fine but when installing Captivate I received the following messages during installation.  In Windows, windows creates a folder named My Documents.  However it appears Adobe Captivate is looking for a folder just called Documents which doesn't exist.  If I look into "C:\Users\Tom Lansburg\My Documents\My Adobe Captivate Projects\Layouts\6.0\en_us", Adobe had already created and placed the files it is looking for here.  Windows will not allow me to create a folder called Documents without first merging what the system folder contents of My Documents has in it.  I was reluctant to do this since there maybe links to files in these folders that won't get remapped when I do this.

    I am six days into a free trialof Elements 11. Today I received the message:

    The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

    Please try couple of probable solutions as mentioned below:
    Solution 1:
    1. Close Elements.
    2. Launch the Photoshop Elements Welcome Screen and hold down ctrl + alt + shift as you click Editor.
    3. Continue to hold the keys until you see a message box asking if you want to delete Photoshop Elements settings file; click Yes. Elements will open with default preferences.
    Solution 2: In case any network printer is attached try to launch without network or printer uninstall or make different printer as default.
    Solution 3: Try launching with anti-virus off or removing PSE from conflicting list.
    Solution 4:
    On the drive on which you have installed PSE,on my machine it is on C:
    Go  to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements  10\Locales\<locale>\Plug-Ins\Import-Exportand you will find twain  plug-in. Remove that plug-in from that location and copy it somewhere  else.
    Now launch PSE and check if it works.

    have you checked that log?

    I Tried to install the indesign cs6 trial, but everytime I try it stops and says it failed the Genuine Product Test. I downloaded the program straight from the Adobe website so it should be genuine, what should I do?

    It still would indicate that you had a corruption of the install files.  Did you utilize the Adobe Download Assistant or a direct download?  If you tried the Adobe Download Assistant previously then you may want to try the steps listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 to initiate a direct download.
