I have done a hard reset and I receive this message:
The settings for this AirPort wireless device have been successfully updated, but there was a problem re-joining the wireless network or finding the AirPort wireless device. You may need to select your network from the AirPort menu and try again.

What is your main base station that your Airport Express is trying to "Join" ??
What version of Airport Express?
The newer "n" model or the older "b/g" model?
If the newer model, the specifications require Mac OS X 10.4 or later.

What version of iTunes are you trying to install. If its 10.6.3 or 10.7, those versions are installed on a computer, not the iPad.

If the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then you can go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your ID back to the way it was.

New line will not accept stroke settings

Sometimes when I place a new line in illustrator, it will not accept the stroke settings that I try to give it after I draw the line and remains at no stroke, no fill. This doesn't happen everytime. Once it does, the only way I can get to line to accept any sort of stroke is to first assign it a graphic style and then change the stroke setting to what I am wanting. Has anyone else had this problem and it there something I may be doing to cause this?

If it happens randomly while you are working with Illy, I am not sure, but it may be worth trying to Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup or to Move the folder; both will reset the preferences, the latter more tediously but reversibly and more thoroughly.

IPad will not accept new Enterprise password

I normally am able to access my workplace email (via Microsoft Outlook Exchange) on my iPad. I was required to change my Enterprise (and Outlook) password on my workplace computer. Now iPad will not accept the new Exchange account password which renders all other functions on the iPad inoperative. How do I bypass that Exchange password prompt?

We have similar issue with our corporate ipads.
Enter the new Exchange password then reboot the iPad. Exchange should accept the password after reboot, seems to be some peculiar quirk!

I have been struggling with this since 10.4.11. Basically a Safari session will just stop loading new content mid page and will not lad ANY new content from that point. Typical scenario

The number of links that I click before things stop responding is random. Simply closing the window (or tab if multiple tabs) fixes it for a brief time.

What things have you tried so far? Have you tried resetting Safari from the Safari menu option? Have you tried quitting Safari, trashing the prefs file (shown below) and then restarting?

If neither of those help, one quick test you can do to help narrow down things is to try Safari in another user account. This will help us to know whether your problem is local to your account or system wide. If you don't have another account you can use System Preferences -> Accounts -> \[+\] to create a test one (and \[-\] to remove it if needed)

Mac mail will not accept new messages

been working fine but after trying to send a big photo file, MacMail stopped accepting new messages and requires minutes to send out new messages. I have checked and rechecked all parameters. help!

Have you quit and reopened Mail?
Empty the Mail cache in your Home Folder Library>Caches>com.apple.mail>Cache.db. Just move Cache.db out to the Trash -- not the enclosing folder -- with Mail closed. Don't empty the Trash. If it doesn't help, then just put it back.

Help! App Store will not accept new terms/conditions

Howdy! I have a MBP early 2011 with 8GB RAM and it has OS X 10.7.5.
It has been working well, but today I note that it will not Download via the App store. I get stuck in an endless loop, where I see a drop down menu saying "Terms and Conditions Have Changed" and when I do the usual thing and accept terms, I sometimes get to the Thank-you page, sometimes back to the sale page, but INVARIABLY the store REFUSES to accept that I accepted terms!
That makes it hard to upgrade!
I have repaired permissions, and repired the disk (didn't need repairs). I have upgraded to 10.7.5, and I have cold rebooted.
Any ideas?

The iTunes and Mac App Store / iCloud problem spontaneously resolved for me as of 21:54 Pacific Standard Time on 9/30/2012.
Someone at Apple was aware of and fixed the problem. Finally.

Ipod Touch will not accept new podcasts

I use my ipod touch a lot for listening to podcasts while riding my bicycle. I have playlists set up so my favorites can play in the order I place them. Today I noticed that one of my podcasts was not showing up in the playlist on the ipod. I tried dragging it over to the device and synched it multiple times. Then I looked at the podcasts on the Touch through iTunes to see that different podcasts were there but grayed out with a grey, dotted circle next to them.
So after some searching I read that this can be caused by the ipod being full. So even though I showed over 3gb free, I deleted some music and podcasts to free up another 3 gb. No luck.
Then I read that I should click on "Manually Manage music". I did that and still no luck.
I've searched around the forums to find several people complaining of this but it is mostly concerning music and authorizations etc but these are free podcasts so I can't imagine there's any issue like that.
Does anybody have any idea why this would be going on? I'm ready to restore the thing but I remember that process as being a big pain.

You have to either:
- Restore from a backup that was make before you added the Restrictions passcode. If you restore from a backup made with the Restrictions passcode the Restrictions passcode is also restored.
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod
Also, are the apps compatible with iOS 6? Many apps now require ios 7. hOWEVER.
Starting when iOS 7 was released, Apple now allows downloading the last compatible version of some apps (iOS 4.2.1 and later only)

You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.

Unsynced iPod will not accept new video without erasing old

I've been trying to add some TV episodes to my iPod but I keep receiving a message saying that other content will be erased if I add these videos because my iPod is synced with another computer. However, my iPod has always been manually managed and content has never been synced. I deauthorized the computer (which is no longer functional) that my iPod is supposedly synced with but I keep receiving the same message. I have not previously experienced this problem when adding video content from multiple computers.
What can I do to add these episodes without erasing other content?

I changed my google password in response to Heartbleed. I can log on from laptop BUT I cannot change password on I phone.
