AE Won't Download HELP!
When i Bought After Effects and clicked download, it lead me to the page of creative.adobe.com when i clicked join i accidentally put a bad DOB, Like if i was born in 2013, it now says i'm not elligible and i can't download after effects, either i get a refund or someone tell me how to download it!?!?

My applications I purchased from the App Store won't download, help?
I recently started downloading like 15 applications all at the same time on my Macbook Pro. One application fully downloaded and was installed, but the other fourteen or so are stuck in "Waiting...". I've tried going to the app store and hitting install over the applications, but that wouldn't make them proceed with the downloads. Im confused on what to do, will someone help me?
There are two ways to recover from this condition.
1. Select
Store ▹ View My Account
from the App Store menu bar, then select View hidden purchases. Stop or resume the download.
2. Open LaunchPad and find the icon of the app you're trying to install. There will be a small progress bar below it. Click the "X" to stop the download. -
ITunes 11.1.5 won't download, Help?????
I am trying to download iTunes 11.1.5 to my PC. When I go to the download page, enter my email, and hit the download link, it just takes me to the thank you page. No downloads, no attempted downloads. I tried with all 3 major browsers, no dice. My internet connection is mediocre at best, could that be the cause?
I just need it updated o I can restore my ipod the way I want.
My system specs if you need them:
HP Pavilion g6
Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) SP1
AMD A6-4400M @2.70 GHz

Apps won't download HELP ME PLEASE!
Okay on my iPod I'll click get app and it will charge me and show up on my home screen.but it will get stuck at the waiting bar it will never start loading. I have to restart my iPod and buy it again and apples charging me twice. Please help thank you..

It may be necessary to reset your iPod's Network settings. Head to *Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings*. When your iPod finishes rebooting, reconnect to the appropriate network and see if that helps.
As to being re-charged for an App, that shouldn't happen. See the article below for more information. If you are being charged, I would contact support.

That happens because photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days, even though your last 1000 photo stream photos remain on your devices until deleted. When you enabled photo stream on your iPod 4, you only received photo stream photos from the last 30 days as older photos are no longer in iCloud. If you want to stream these older photos to your new iPod, you will have to create a shared photo stream on your old one that contains these photos (requires iOS 6 or higher) and invite yourself as a subscriber, as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmc0cd7e99.

I bought a song off of the itunes store on my iphone but it wont play. I even tried to repurchase it but it says that I already purchased it. I have restarted my phone and turned it off but it still won't download or play. HELP!
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your phone and re-download it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on it, or the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -

Hi, when you say you have tried everything... I presume you have gone into Settings > Store and logged out and back in with your account details?
You could try purchasing an app via iTunes to see if its an issue with the device or the account you're using.

It is only m4a files which needs to be Unprotected-AAC. Like I said, Apple just want to protect their own industry but they are now opening up their market now by selling unprotected AAC at a slightly higher price.
There are places like mp3.com which offers music which you can use.
