AEM - Scene 7 - Integration - Images not imported to DAM

Hi,
I am using AEM (CQ 5.6) and integrated with S7 trail version.
Feed importer could able to import videos from S7, But images are not imported from S7 to DAM.
Could you please tell me what could be the reason?

yes i could be able to Push images from DAM to Scene7. Even i could able to documents/pdf/videos from Scene 7 to DAM. Only the images are not imported.

Images NOT importing to iPhoto library, I only end up with thumbnails.

I am importing images to my iPhoto 11 library, but I only end up with thumbnails. Originals are NOT importing as masters. In Advanced Preferences, I DO have 'Copy items to iPhoto Library' checked. I have tried importing jpg's from a folder and a DVD, and results are always the same - thumbnails only, no originals to be found.
What am I doing wrong?

I got the same problem, BUT it didn't worked on my iPhoto, i have also tried to rebuild it whit ¨iPhoto Library Manager¨ that didn't worked to.
I have a iMac 21.5 ultimo 2013 2,9 GHz Intel Core i5, and i bought it from another guy, so i just wanted to start my ¨new¨ iMac on a fresh, didn't wanna use my backup file on my Time Machine, everything else (what i wanted to have on my iMac, like files, programs, musik) i have on my old MacBook is now on my iMac, except all my photo´s.
I can't find a way to get it, only have thumbnail in iphoto, i can't get the masters to open up.
Can you please help me??

Lightroom 3: images not imported because the files can not be read:

Nikon D700 NEF files are fine. I can copy them to a folder and work with them in Adobe Bridge and Camera Raw.
LR3 will not import them to the existing catalog from the CF Disk or from a folder on the c:\drive. I tried creating a new catalog -- the same problem occurs.
Suggestions are welcomed.

I have the latest version
LR 3.4.1
Camera Raw 6.4.1
I created a new Catalog in c:\My Documents\LR2011\...
Running Windows 7 64 bit
Emptied the ReCycle bin
Have plenty of storage...
Now I'm getting the message: "Could not copy file to requested location"
Everything worked fine with LR 2 and the LR 3.0
Since upgrading I can't read NEF files from my D700 or copy to requested location. LR will display thumbnails, but I can not add to my now, non-existent Catalog...
What a farce!!!

RAW Images not importing

I have iPhoto 6 (ver 6.0.5), I also have a Canon PowerShot G2. Recently I started storing the photo in the RAW format for later editing. I checked to make sure iPhoto supported my camera using the RAW format and it does. When I try to import the images it will always give me a prompt saying it cannot read these files (they may be an unrecognized file type or they may not contain valid data). The extension to the file is
" .CRW ".
How can I fix this?

I have downloaded to make sure and when it was launched it said this update was not needed.

Images not importing properly.

When importing some of the images have a warning triangle indicating that LR is having trouble reading the photo. Subsequently the rendering of the 1:1 previews stalls.

I'm using a D800e and loading jpg images. Some of the images have a warning triangle indicating that LR is encountering difficulty difficulty reading this photo. The rendering of the previews stalls.
Oddly, in Grid mode if I click on the grey area immediately above the individual images the images will render but only of I do it manually. What can I do about this.

Images not importing from Word doc

SORRY MODS - Accidently posted this in the HTML Help forum
I'm having trouble getting my images placed in a Word
document to import ito my project. I have RoboHelp 2002 and first
experienced the problem there, thought I'd try the upgrade to see
if that fixes the problem. It did fix my step numbering problems
(all steps were numbered Step 1), but the image import problem
remains. The images are .jpg images and most were placed in Word
using Insert Image. Some were just copied and pasted. Regardess of
how the images were included in the doc, none come through in an
import. Am I doing somethig wrong? I've tried importing it as a
Word 2000 and a Word 2003 doc with no luck.

I had the same issue and could get no good advice on how to
fix it. What I finally did was take the embedded images from the
Word doc and save them in another location. I then inserted them
back into RoboHelp after I imported the Word doc. It's a little
tedious, but it worked.

Images not importing? All past photos are gone.

For some reason, I cant import any photos to my external hard drive. When I try to, it loads so slowly and when the photos start showing up, I get an error saying that "Lightroom has encountered problems reading this photo."
I can import directly to my computer's (PC) C drive just fine and the external has a little over 100 GB's available. The day before this happened, I imported photos just fine. Whats even weirder is that ALL my photos in Lightroom "cannot be found".
Can anyone tell me what the heck is going on??

This usually means that the photo is corrupted. The most likely culprits are a bad camera card or bad card reader, but any piece of hardware (hard disk, memory, USB cable, USB port) can be the cause.
ALL my photos in Lightroom "cannot be found".
This means that you have moved or renamed or delete the photos (or the folders that contain them) outside of Lightroom. To fix the problem, see: Adobe Lightroom - Find moved or missing files and folders

The following files were not imported... could not be read

I continually receive this error message when using Lightroom 5 to import raw files from a Canon 650D.
Sometimes LR will import some of the images, more often none.
I've tried a complete reinstall of the computer (OS X 10.8.4)
I've tried updating to LR5.2 release candidate.
I've tried deleting my 'Preference' file and letting LR recreate it.
I still get this problem over and over and over again and it's really starting to become annoying.
I have permission to write to the target directory.
LR sometimes gets one or two files, then the error.
LR is always slow slow slow when attempting to import, far slower than LR4 ever was.
Does anyone have any suggestions, or is this just a shortcoming of LR5 - no images?
I've passed a raw file to someone else who confirmed there was nothing 'unusual' about it and was able to import it to their LR5 install.
Glancing through google/these forums, it seems like a common problem with lots of suggestions but no solutions that work for me. Please help.
*edit - I should clarify - the full text of the error is 'Some import operations were not performed. The following files could not be read.'

I attempted via Image Capture. This timed out partway through the first time (trying 150 images) - "your camera has powered down, x images not imported (or words to this effect." It was still slow.
It did succeed after 2 attempts with Image Capture. I could then import to LR5 from Hard Drive, no problem.
I'm using original Canon USB cable, SDXC card (supported by my Canon 650D) is formatted in camera. It's a 64GB SanDisk. 45MB\s. Class 10 and has never exhibited any unusual behaviour either in camera or in SD reader.
I purged the caches as suggested.
I also reviewed all of the import settings and changed them a little in the hope it makes a difference (Build Smart Previews = ON)
I've just reformatted the SDXC card in camera. Fired off 20 shots. Attempted via LR5 and worked first time.
My experience so far is that this problem will reoccur. Probably when I have >150 shots on the card.
I'll wait until it happens again and try a more controlled comparison, direct from Camera, via Image Capture/HDD and time things too.
I have tried a second SDHC card previously when this error first occured. This exhibited the same behaviour, suggesting either the camera or LR5 or OSX or ?

Sounds like you may need to repair the Disk Permissions on your drive where your images are stored.

Creating pdf from clipboard does not import images or formatting

Creating PDF from clipboard works perfect in acrobat X however in acrobat XI no images are imported and the text just defaults to times roman font. My wife uses acrobat for her craft patterns and copies from the web all the time with no issues in Acrobat X. She tried it on Acrobat XI and it just looks like garbage. The text is there but the images that were copied along with the text are not. I have examples that she did using the exact same clipboard in both X and XI.

Yes, the procedure for copying info to the clipboard is similar for a Mac and a PC. Is there something I am missing about getting the web page parts wanted to the clipboard? If you clip the items into a graphics packages, does the graphics show up as desired?
No, you are not missing anything. All of the web page parts are in the clipboard. The problem is that only the text is showing up when I use the create PDF from clipboard option in AA XI. I do not have a graphics package installed; however, if I paste the clipboard contents into Word, both the text and graphics show up.
I checked the PDF created with my AA XI and found the text as text and the the graphic as graphic, not simply a graphic as you suggested. Is it possible the graphic is shown with a place holder or just space for the graphic. If that is the case, check the preferences that you have "view large images" turned on.
As I explained ad nauseum, the PDF I try to create with AA XI using create PDF from clipboard does not include the graphics; it only has the text. I just checked the preferences and "view large images" is turned on. I could not find any other preference settings that would seem to help with the problem I am having.
I can paste the clipboard contents directly into Word and print the document to a PDF. When I do that, though, I usually have to spend a lot of time editing the Word document, because the contents are not in the same format. The paragraphs are usually squashed together, or the photos are too large and I have to change the size. This just takes up more time than I have to spend.
The bottom line is that it seems to me Adobe must have changed something in the Mac version of AA XI that causes it to not work the same way it does in AA X. The PC version is obviously okay, because you are able to get the feature to work.
I guess I am going to have to give up on this problem and stick with using AA X.

'Do not import duplicate images' does not work

For some weird and frustrating reason, the 'Do not import duplicates' checkmark doesnt seem to be functioning. Over the past few weeks, I have ended up importing duplicate and triplicate copies of images even though the checkmark on 'Do not import duplicate images' is checked. I dont know why this is happening.
My import settings are customized, but then this was done long before i started facing this problem.
I usually dont delete images till my card is full, and this results in duplicates before everytime I import images from a new shoot, images from the previous shoot also get imported, unless I manually deselect them.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Yes I rename my files while importing. But I have been doing that for a while now, didnt face this issue earlier. Not sure what you mean by 'Signature'?.
I upgraded to ML a few days ago, so my sys config is MacOS 10.8 & Aperture is 3.3.2 (I've been facing this issue even before i upgraded to ML, so I dont think its related to ML).
I always import directly from my camera (i.e. card) and this issue seems to have cropped up somewhere after the release of Aperture 3.3.
Also, I have sent f/b to Apple on this issue (n vow, they seem to be collecting customer profile data thru this f/b. Look at the number of irrelevant questions they have).

Lightroom 4 would not import images from my camera

I have been importing and editing photos from a Canon Powershot S3-IS and never had a problem until today. This is the first time I've tried it with the latest upgrade to lightroom.
I first tried importing from my camera memory card slot. Lightroom froze. Then I tried using my card reader and inserting that in the USB slot. Lightroom froze. I tried to connect the camera directly to the computer with the USB cord. Lightroom told me that it could not import the files.
I tried importing the images to my computer and then from my hard drive copying them into Lightroom. That worked.
Is the camera too old to use with the latest update from Lightroom. I would think a jpg. file would be pretty standard.
Any ideas on how to import to Lightroom without the extra step?

Perhaps there is a problem with the camera card. But I still believe there is a hardware problem somewhere.
I can think of hardware problems that can cause this to happen, but I cannot think of any software reasons why LR won't read a JPG, except when it is on a hardd isk.

During Import, scene breaks are not starting new clip.

Imovie HD: When importing from my camcorder (Mini DV) scene breaks are not starting new clips. The video is going into one clip which I then have to manually split each scene into individual clips before editing.
My preferences are set to: Import/Start a new clip at each scene break=ON..
The last time I used Imovie4, this same thing occurred. Prior to that, in Imovie4, it worked as advertised.

Problem solved.
I normally do not have the date and time displayed in the camera's viewfinder. So, I didn't realize that the date/time had been reset to 1998 and not active. After setting to date/time to the present, NEW recording - when imported - was being split into individual clips at the scene breaks.
However the previously recorded video would not.
My punishment for my lapse is to manually do the "split". But I am a much wiser videographer.

MITI Integrator for Erwin 4.1 - Physical Model does not import

I'm running the MITI integrator in BOMM 3.0 for Ewrin 4.1
I'm using an ER1 file that contains both the Logical and physical data model.
When i explor the data in BOMM Explorer, i can only see the Logical model. There is a loose link to the physical model in the Technical Name field - but this does not seem to be completely accurate. It looks like the integrator just takes the Logical name and replaces spaces with underscores. This works in the following example where the logical name and physical name are essentially the same:
Logical name: Customer Names
Physical name: customer_names
Technical name (parsed?): customer_names
In the above example BOMM will generate a same as relationship between tables called customer_names and the Logical table "Customer Names". this is what we are hoping to see.
The following example is where the problem occurs.

Physical Name: cstmr_nm
Technical Name (parsed?): customer_names
In the above scenario, BOMM is no longer able to draw the relationship from the logical name to the physical name.
