Am trying to download a trial of Lightroom 4.3, but get the message "The Wizard was interrupted before Adobe Lithtroom 4.3 could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again." Tried a few more times, but no luck. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Lighroom 4.3 is incompatible with Windows Xp professional.

Having a problem downloading Adobe Premiere Pro trial.

After clicking on "download now" on the trial page of Adobe Premiere pro I get the Adobe Download Assistant dmg (Which I've downloaded 4 times.) But when I open it it gives me the error message above. Help! I have an imac.

Ive download the Master Collection trial for 6 hours. When it finally gets to a "less than one minute" estimate, it just never moves from there. . Sutck for over an hour

Branched out to a new discussion and move to the Trial Download & Install FAQ forum. Which operating system are you using? Where are you choosing to download the install files too? Have you tried canceling the download and trying again while choosing to download to your User folder?

I am having problems downloading Lightroom 4

I currently use LR3 and was thinking of upgrading to LR4. However after reading about all the performance complaints about LR4, I wanted to try LR4 before purchasing it. Like many people here, I can successfully log into my adobe account. But I CANNOT download the trial version of LR4 to save my life. After I click the "download" button, I get NOTHING. Like many of you, I tried to chat with a representative but nobody is ever available. I've been trying to download the trial for LR4 for the past 2 weeks....it is extremely frustrating that Adobe can't get this download process right. If they can't get this figured out, how can they possibly turn out good software? I'm beginning to think that I'm better off NOT upgrading to LR4.

Problem downloading Lightroom 5

I bought the Photo-package* with Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CC inclued, but I can't find Lightroom 5 on the Creative Cloud App on my computer... When I search on Lightroom 5 on Adobe.com I can only by it seperatly or download a trial-version, but I've already paid for it! I already got the Photoshop CC, but not Lightroom... Need help!

I've downloaded the trial version, this seems to have been ok, I've extracted the files to a desktop Adobe CS3 folder but when I try and open the program nothing (literally) happens! No error messages, start up screen or anything.
My HDD light is active for 30 seconds or so but the end product is zero.
I'm sure my laptop is up to it in terms of system req's etc.

Problems downloading Photoshop CS5 Free Trial

I recently downloaded CS5 and I must have deleted a file, which meant that I could not load the free trial version of CS5 nor could I download for a second time. I contacted Adobe Support and they told me to open a new account and download it from the new account. I have open a second account but I cannot download from the new account. When I do so I get the following default box, see photo. If I click YES I get another message and can get any further.

Lightroom 2.6 trial download - how to build a catalog from scratch.

I have downloaded Lightroom 2.6 trial version and am trying to build a small catalog for it. I don't need my whole Photoshop Elements 8 (PSE 8) catalog, but I would like to build a small catalog out of images in the My Pictures folder so that I can experiment with this software. It recognizes the existence of my old PSE 6 catalog, but says it is corrupt and ask about building a new catalog. It will not recognize my PSE 8 catalog. How do I go about bypassing this "catalog recognition step" and go right to that part of the software that will let me build a catalog from the images contained in various folders in the My Pictures main folder. Unless I can get to the part where I can build a catalog to test out LR 2.6, then I am stuffed (as the Aussies would say) as far as testing this product. Maybe I need to download the Lightroom 3 Beta and see if it will recognize my PSE 8 catalog. Any suggestions, insight on how to resolve this dilemma are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

When I bring up LR, it asks me if I want to buy or try...so to speak, I check off <try> and the <Next> and <Back> buttons are immediately greyed out and the only thing I can do is click on <Finish> or <Cancel>. If I click on <Finish>, It tells me that "the Lightroom catalog named "catalog" cannot be opened because it is not valid. Would you like to select a different catalog". The catalog is not registered as a valid catalog." It tells me where this invalid catalog is and then I have a choice of buttons that ask me to "choose a different catalog" or another button that says "Exit". If I select "choose a different catalog, then it asks for a location and gives me a button that says "Create a new catalog", it then goes to the My Pictures folder inside a panel that has at the top "Create folder with New Catalog" and then I don't seem to be able to do anything it likes. I never get to a menu that gives me the "File/New Catalog" option.(???)
Maybe I need to uninstall and reinstall LR2.6.

I purchased upgrade from Lightroom 4 to Lightroom 5. Error in download "your browser Explorer4 or earlier is not supported". I am using Explorer 10 and Windows 7 64Bit. ( I had no problem downloading Lightroom 5 Beta). Please help.

Known issue with Adobe's website misreading IE10's browser ID string. Seems to think IE10 is IE1.
Either use Compatibility View in IE10 or use a different browser.
