Aerender error: "Unable to execute script at line 95. Window does not have a constructor"

A BG Renderer user is getting this error when running aerender version 10.5.1x2:
"Unable to execute script at line 95. Window does not have a constructor"
The render proceeds but the process never completes which is preventing the rest of the BG Renderer notifications from triggering. Any idea what this error means and how to fix it?

I guess we'll have to wait for Adobe to answer what could be causing the transmission to drop on Line 95. Todd's out of the office for a month or two, but maybe someone else can shed some light.

trying to run a batch to resize photos and this happens everytime. Same thing is said in all options under script.

photoshop cs6 extended running on windows 7 home edition.
i wanted to resize images, so i opened photoshop clicked file-selected scripts-selected image processor.
every video i have seen to resize a few images says this is how you do it, then input some data. and you resize the images.
But after i select image processor i get an error.
Script Alert: "Something major has happened and I can't continue. Would you like to see more information?"
I select yes

If I select scripts event manager, it says the same thing
If I select load files into stacks it says "Error 22, Window does not have constructor. Line 388 var w= new window (res)
If I select statistics I get the same error message.
So nothing under scripts works.

I am having a problem running scripts in PS CS5.
When I try to run the load files into stack script, which works fine on CS5 on my laptop running Windows 7 64bit.n (i7 Processor, 4gb Ram)
I am running the same operating system on my main pc (i7 Processor 6gb ram), and am using the 32bit version of PSCS5.
For some reason however I get the following error when trying to run the load files into stack script.
Error 22: Window does not have a constructor.

I have tried trashing my preferences and reinstalling photoshop but neither has worked.
Any suggestions on how to fix would be welcome.

I am getting the following error message when I try to run scripts in PSE11, including the PSE scripts like PhotoMerge. I have tried reseting my preferences, rebooting my mac, rebuilding the db3 file, and reinstalling the action. None have worked. These actions did work before. I seem to have fixed this by deleting the preferences. At first holding cmd-opt-shift whilst starting PSE editor was not giving me the delete preferences option, but I found there was a sneaky version of PSE editor running and hiding on my mac, and once I forced it to quit, and restarted the Mac, I was able to use the above way of deleting the preferences.

Windows does not have a constructor: 244 error message

I'm using CS6 for the first time to process some RAW files using the Photoshop Automate>Fit Image script. When I tried opening one RAW image into Photoshop to create an action I got the following error message:
"ReferenceError: Windows does not have a constructor: 224"
Never seen that in all my years of using Photoshop. What's causing this and how do I fix it?

No older versions installed.
I was however able to do the following:
From Bridge I ran Photoshop>Batch. In that menu I selected an action I created in a previous version of PS that included the Fit Image script. I clicked ok and everything ran perfectly. The problem is I can't run Fit Image directly from Photoshop using conventional methods.
As for my system info, I am running the following:
Windows 7
Quad core i7-3610QM @ 2.3GHz
8GB of RAM
nVIDIA GeForce 650M - 2GB
750GB HD
Could there be any other troubleshooting solution besides running reinstall? I want to exhaust all efforts before going down that path.

CS5 - Error 22:Window does not have a constructor

I've been experimenting with some old sccripts on the Photoshop CS5 pre-release and they seem to work fine except any that have a user interface.Scripts that run fine on CS2, CS3 and CS4 throw a "Error 22:Window does not have a constructor" error message. I was wondering if anyone else had noticed this and if they were aware of any changes as regards to scripting with CS5 and also how to correct the issue.

I have been bothered by this same Photoshop error 22 when trying to use the Photomerge feature or any other of the Automate features in CS5.
My computer is a Windows 7 32bit machine but this should definitely apply to Windows 64bit machines and possibly the same logic may apply to Mac but I do not know.
I didnt find a permanent solution but I did find a temporary fix which will at least allow you to use the function for one opening of the program however if you close and reopen photoshop the problem returns.
Temporary Fix Instructions:
1. Locate the file "Adobe Photoshop CS5 Prefs.psp" on your computer and delete it or move it elsewhere. (I assume by doing this you may lose *** of your photoshop preferences but it will allow you to use photomerge and HDR so you choose)
2. On Windows this file can be found in the User folder under C:\**USER NAME**\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Adobe Photoshop CS5 Settings\ (Replace **USER NAME** with the Windows 7 account user name)
3. After deleting this file or temporarily moving it out of that folder you can then open Photoshop CS5 and use the Photomerge feature as much as you'd like.
4. As soon as you close Photoshop CS5 the program automatically makes a new Adobe Photoshop CS5 Prefs.psp file so when you try to reopen the program it will not work again.
I hope this may be helpful to some people and I hope that Adobe can fix this issue, I have not and dont plan on submitting this as a bug report to Adobe, being that I do not personally own the program (still in 30 day trial) but anyone who would like to, please feel free to do so.

Try resetting the PSE preferences by
   1. Close Elements.
   2. Launch the Photoshop Elements Welcome Screen and hold down ctrl + alt + shift as you click Editor.
   3. Continue to hold the keys until you see a message box asking if you want to delete Photoshop Elements settings file; click Yes. Elements will open with default preferences.

I get this error "Error occurred in deployment step 'Retract Solution': The solution does not have a WSP file associated with it. " when deploying my project from visual studio 2010 to
SharePoint 2010 site. I tried restarting IIS, but it didn't help. This application used to work fine until the server crashed during the deployment process. All the other applications on the same server works fine also. Any ideas how to fix this issue?

Thank you for your posting!
According to your error message, it says your solution does not have a WSP file associated with it. Take a look at the file system. After you Right Click -> Deploy Solution on the VS Solution, there
should be a .wsp file at <Solution Directory>\bin\<debug|release>.
Also the error can be occurring when the developer try to deploy solutions over pre-existing solutions with material changed in the solution. Go to your Central Administration Site and then
Operations and then Solution Management. Make sure that there not already a solution with the same name deployed or installed there. If there is, remove it and try deploying again.
And you could look in logs and find if there is a below error in ULS log (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS).

I installed SSRS on an existing instance. Configured SSRS using report manager, loaded some reports and they work as expected.
The problem is I can not launch(IE)  Report Manager UI due to error in description. I can launch the Report Manager IF I RUN IE AS ADMINISTRATOR. The details of error from SSRS log file listed below.
The main page SSRS page starts to display. The display starts with "Home | my subscriptions |site Settings..." in upper right side, and "SQL Server Reporting Services" in upper left. Then the error displays
User 'SSRS_SERVER\SSRS_user1' does not have required permissions. Verify that sufficient     permissions have been granted and Windows User Account Control (UAC) restrictions have been addressed.
Starting IE as administrator starts the Report Manager with out problems.

It sounds like Juicer is launching AE with the option to run a script. If you set the AE preference (in the General section) "Enable JavaScript Debugger", when the script fails you might be able to see the entire script in the debugger (along with the current value of any variables in the Data Browser). That might help you figure out what's wrong. This is probably a question for the Digital Juice folks though.

This is an old issue but I didn't see a solution. Does anyone know the fix for this?

I assume the problem is that Encore CS6 expects Photoshop CS6. I assume you do not have it installed. Even if you did, it may not work as expected. If this is a PR CC/EN CS6 problem, it is just as serious, and many of us would say more serious, than the loss of dynamic link. You should contact Adobe tech support to see if they can help you sort out how to get EN CS6 using "edit in photoshop" to PS CC correctly.
Without that, be careful editing the Encore source folder file directly. Encore/Photoshop creates a temp version that it uses till PS hands it back off to Encore. And you will sometimes see 3 or 4 versions of the menu even when Encore is handling it all by itself. Editing it directly with Encore open is asking for trouble. And editing it with Encore closed may be worse!
I would work with a copy of the file from the Encore source folder, save it outside that directory, then "import as menu" that file. (Encore will put a new, current version into its directory.) I would try to get every bit of the menu structure/highlilghts, etc, set. Then I would make any other changes to the menu in Encore. I would not do any significant links/navigation until the menu is set.

Please help. I am unable to move to Creative Cloud as we have tremendously slow internet service in the area. The CS4 program offers most of the features I require so I haven't upgraded.

How do I run a script so that the user does not have to click into and out of a read-only calculated numeric field?

I have a read-only calculated field, and I want to build actions on it, dependent on what the answer to the calculated field is.
I have used action builder, and it works, but only if the form filler clicks in and out ("exits") the field, which they didn't have to enter in the first place, because it populates as a result of a previous script.
To be more precise, The questions asked before this field are:
Date of submission (submitdate):
Date of event (eventdate):
Calculation occurs (days between event and submission), and answer is populated in a field called 'daysbetween'
Now I have a set of conditions:
If the daysbetween is < or = 14, then I want a message to come up saying ineligible to apply
If the daysbetween is >14 and < or = 28, then I want a message to come up saying a fast track fee will be applied, and I want the fast track fee box to be populated, and I want the fast track fee box to appear.
I used the action builder to get all of this to work, except that it only works if the user then clicks in and out of the 'daysbetween' field, which they shouldn't have to, because it's already calculated for them
I feel like I have to put this script in an earlier field...but I don't know where - action builder won't let me do it in the 'eventdate' field

Put a shift register on the border of your loop. Have a case statement that contains the "Get time" function in one case of the case statement. Make that case = 3 and wire the loop iteration to the case selector. Have the time value loaded onto the shift register in the "2" case (interations count from zero), have the shift register passed through on all others ("Default"). Then subtract this time from current to get elapsed time. You probably want to put the subtraction/comparison in a "sub-case" in the "default" that only is valid for interations > 3 or you will get some really ugly "times" until the shift register is loaded, or you could initialize it from outside the loop with the time, but this will cause it to show elapsed times from the beginning that suddenly jump back to a low number after iteration 2.
