af:showPrintablePageBehavior problem against af:treetable on Firefox
I just used <af:showPrintablePageBehavior> for <af:treetable>, but got a incomplete printable page. I faced this problem on Firefox 2/3/3.5.
Such treetable contains many rows of data, and its content cannot be printed just in one page (typically 3 pages or more) . What I mean incomplete is that, after treating <af:treetable> using <af:showPrintablePageBehavior> it seems all data displayed on the printable page, but after using print function of Firefox browser you can find out that not all rows of data is printed (just partial row data).
This problem only occurs on Firefox, while it's gone on other browsers like IE7/IE8/GoogleChrome/Safari4.
Other browsers take the printable source as several pages, you can see page numbers like 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3...etc, while Firefox just simply takes the printable source as just one page where you can just get page number 1 of 1.
I know this is not a typical problem, but still long for someone who can help me.
Hi,
not sure this is an issue with the showPrintablePageBehavior if IE shows all data in the browser after using this behavior. The print functionality is owned by the browser and obviously it doesn't get to all of the page content (which I think is out of the ADF Faces scope). You may try and file a Service Request with customer support for them to have a look. However, if the showPrintablePageBehavior properly displays the data, then I am not sure what we can do to make the browser native print functionality working

af:showPrintablePageBehavior problem against af:treetable on Popup window
I just used <af:showPrintablePageBehavior> for <af:treetable>, but got a wrong printable page. I faced this problem on new popup window, which is a browser popup window rather than adf faces inline popup.
After treating <af:treetable> using <af:showPrintablePageBehavior> in popup window, I just found all cells in the table was gone on the printable page while the table header was preserved. It seems like this:
Item | Col1 | Col2 | Col3 | Col4 | Col5 |
Rows 1-0 of 4
Such effect is kinda like the situation when u configure *<output-mode>printable</output-mode> in trinidad-config.xml*, which simply truncates the treetable.
Such effect is gone when you are not using popup window. In other words, you won't face this problem and will get a normal treetable with full data when using tab or browser window.
But currently the requirement needs that this is be done in popup window.
Anyone give me a hint on solving this?I am able to get the details by designing the screen in jsp page instead of jspx page.

Problem in displaying flash in FireFox
Hi all,
I have problem in displaying flash in FireFox 2.0. but it
works very fine in IE.
any one please help me....
Shanthi.I came across this post since I too have the same problem. I
had a current firefox version installed (9.0.28.0) and downloaded
and installed the newest version (9.0.45.0) and when I get to a web
site with flash content, I see the 'loading' bars, but then I get a
black screen while the contents audio is playing. -
Several problems continuous since first installing Firefox. Personal google search settings don't save; remember me options on web sites like Facebook aren't remembered; Youtube and Flixy videos don't play despite removing/reinstalling/upgrading Firefox several times; upgraded the latest flash plugin today, but no difference, symptoms are black play box with youtube and white box with Flixy. Disbale AV and antimalware makes no difference either.

Every then and now I get this error message while doing a research on google, or switching my search from web to search. Is the problem actually with google or firefox, because when this occurs I simply go to yahoo. It would actually be great if this error message quit showing up, either you guys call google and try to have this fixed or talk to your guys to fix this error. I don't understand why it's showing up when i'm already doing a search and write something else to research.
Thanks for reading this and understanding the frustration

Problem with columns length under Firefox
I have a problem with Firefox. Possibly, someone could help?
If you look at the following page www.tregor.fr using IE or
Netscape, there is no problem.
If you use Firefox, you will see that the display of the
bottom page is not correct. The middle column is longer than the
left and the right columns.
So the bottom block is not correctly sticked to the middle
block (the body background color appears at the bottom of the first
and third columns).
As I analyses, I saw that, under FireFox, the text in the
middle column seems to start a little lower than under IE or
Netscape. This may explain why the middle column is longer.
But I have no mean to avoid this.
Does anyone has experienced such a problem?
Regards.you could try this:

<www.pse.com>OK, I think I have this solved. After reading my post over, I decided to rethink the problem. First thing I did was download Chrome and I tried using that and IE again and surprise! I was having the same problem on those browsers as well. So now we know it wasn't Firefox. I then figured maybe a slow computer meant a virus, so I ran scans. I've had both Avast and IOBit for months now and I've never had a problem with either of them before. Then I downloaded Malwarebytes and ran a third scan. They all picked some stuff up, but nothing serious. Then I tried disabling all the antivirus stuff and that didn't solve anything. But then I decided to keep Malwarebytes and I uninstalled IOBit Security and whammo - problem solved.
I have no idea why out of the blue IOBit would be causing a problem like this so if someone knows, please let me in on the secret. Additionally, IE was working fairly well last night but not this morning. I also don't know why removing IOBit would take care of the nsAppShell issue, because supposedly, that's related to Firefox plug ins. And one more thing...when Comcast hooked my neighbor up to cable, they did it by putting a splitter on my line. They were messing about with the lines yesterday before I got on my computer last night trying to decide how to rerun them and today they did that, taking the splitter off my line and giving my neighbor his own line. That was finished about 30 minutes before I uninstalled IOBit. So....who knows?
But I ain't about to look a gift horse in the mouth. I have my Firefox back and I am so sorry for bad mouthing you last night - I love you, Firefox! -

This was never an issue until about a year ago, nothing has been installed hardware wise and the only software installed has been updates for ongoing programmes!
Help me Adobey wan kenobi, your my only hope!

Hardware acceleration on or off makes absolutely no difference, i recently tried watching videos in a 100% fresh install and new profile in firefox (no addons) and the problem still occurs albiet a little slower in the new install, ie it takes a little longer to drop out of synch.
There is a noticeable difference in framerate just before the problem occurs, like a very tiny hiccup, from that point on the audio gets left further and further behind, it's remedied by clicking back a few seconds on the video play bar but this is only temporary, lately i've even noticed it happening with live streams from the BBC, once again i must stress, this doesn't happen in Chrome or Opera or IE. -
