I would like to promote FormsCentral servcies to clients. Is there an affiliate or reseller program that I can participate to bennifit from selling this to my customers?

I'm getting closer. I actually tried a variety of expressions, such as "== null" and yours, but the problem persists.
I am settling on the following, but there is a hangup related to the field that is being looked at for the condition that I will explain in a minute. Here's the script:

What happens is that, no matter which row in my table I'm in when I click the remove instance button, the script is always looking to the DebitVal field in the first row of the table. So, if the first row is empty, the message box won't appear for the removal of any row in my table. If the first row has a value in DebitVal, then the deletion of any row in the table will trigger the message box.
I need a way to specify the script to look at the DebitVal field in the row that I am clicking in, without messing up the remove instance command.
Ideas?

I am looking for a third-party Affiliate Program that will integrate well with the Adobe Business Catalyst platform.
The requirement is fairly basic, i.e., to track multiple affiliates and down-stream affiliate-to-affiliate referrals. Also looking to report and display these referrals an affiliate’s dashboard.
We have looked into Affiliate Program Software, Affiliate Tracking Software Marketing and would like to entertain other options before making a decision.

For what it is worth, I am a fan of NuGen, I have both SEQ 1 and 2 and two stereo enhancing tools (stereoizer and stereoplacer I think they're called). Since I have the SEQ 1 it replaces all Channel EQ's. And the stereotools sound great and very lush, in stead of the more usual cheezy combfilterthingies that pass for stereo enhancing tools.
And I actually like the interfaces. Simple, but stylish, functional and ergonomic (in this case meaning you can see all parameters in a quick glance, no guessing at settings).

Recommendations on Affiliate Program?

Being that I am new with ebooks and ibook author and etc. I am still learning. Now that I have a book that has been accepted by ibooks...
I am not ready to enter the next phase...marketing. However I know that the affiliate program is a next and important step to get the word out about my book
In order to do so I need to have a webpage. What sort of webpage is acceptable? I have submitted this sort of question to the affiliate support but have not heard a response yet. I need to know if it is important for me to have a Domain set in place...or can I do a free webpage through like Yahoo or is it possible to use Facebook...
What do I need to do to make sure my webpage is most likely to be considered acceptable for the affiliate program?

I don't think the affiliate program really has any relevance to marketing your book. it is for earning commissions from links to iTunes content from your web site. All the info you need is in the FAQ:

It says "We do not currently accept social profiles for applications.", so Facebook is not eligible. But Facebook is probably still a good way to get people to know about your book.

If you resintall iTunes, it should fix the issue. The following document will go over how to remove iTunes fully and then reinstall. Depending on what version of Windows you're running you'll either follow the directions here:

Setting up Affiliate program

I am trying to build a site for a Not For Profit that wants to allow others (affiliates) to sell their DVD's. They want the Affiliates to be able to login and see their sales. Does anyone know of a program / HTML code that would work with iWeb? I know 11mystics has an affiliate program but they do not disclose how it was set up using iWeb. Thanks!

Do you have affiliate admin software already? Having an affiliate system is quite a complex business to business affair if you're going to do it properly so that the affiliates actually make some money or attain rewards for advertising your not for profit business.
In my experience, affiliate systems are special ledger focussed CRM systems.

If you host your site with Business Catalyst, there is a built in function for this in there, known as "Affiliate Programs" (part of the "Web Commerce" site plan only), which allows you to create affiliate programs, track them, create secure areas where the customer can track their earnings/commissions etc.

Just wanted to say, Bestbuy corp and Mobile B&M stores have been amazing in my area. I was looking over the affiliate program since I've sent so many people to the BBM store. Does it apply in any way to B&M, and if not, does the affiliate program count for contract phones. If so, does it apply to the bestbuy mobile solutions site, or only bestbuy.com ? Sorry for all the questions, I promise I looked and researched first.

I am trying to run my registered CS6 Design Standard programs for the first time after install. InDesign runs OK, but Illustrator and Photoshop will only run in trail mode. How do I activate those two?

I can't get my registered versions of CS6 Photoshop and Illustrator to run in full mode. I installed CS6 Design Standard online end of June (an upgrade from CS5.5), on my old MacBook Pro. I didn't run the programs then as I was waiting on arrival of new MacBook Pro. I migrated the programs from my old MacBook to the new, and today tried to run those programs for the first time. InDesign work OK (after an initial hiccup) but Illustrator and Photoshop will only run in trial mode, and won't let me save files. My CS6 Design Standard shows with it's registration in my Adobe Account. All seems in order, but Illustrator and Photoshop won't run in registered mode. Can you please help?

Please use the uninstallers to remove your current installation. They are located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once the uninstall is complete you will also want to run the CC Cleaner Tool. this problem is about learning how to use threads/synchronise objects etc, the efficiency of the code isn't really an issue, if that's what you mean. As for the efficiency of the solution, it's very hard to tell how efficient it is, but as long as all the philosphers get to eat there's no problem. I haven't really scrutized your code, but I'm not sure that you have a deadlock free solution: as long as it is possible for all the phils to pick up one fork at the same time there's a problem, and it seems from your code that each philosopher will pick up "his" fork. Again, I could be wrong, I haven't really looked. If you haven't come up with a solution, try drawing it on paper and working it out, or if you're lazy a quick google will probably give you the answer, but I'm pretty sure nobody here will :)
