Afl live pass not working

Not sure what's going on, but when I log into the afl app, I'm now told I have no subscription available. I had a yearly subscription which was redeemed via a promo code at the start of the year. Was all working no problem until today.
I seem to have 3 telstra ids, but I've tried with each of them and none appear to fix it.

Thanks for letting us know that your email bounced back. I can confirm that the mailbox in question is definitely working. Are you able to try sending again? Let us know if it continues to not work. And be sure just to double check that PM for the email address.

    I recently selected the afl live pass payment by credit card not realizing that Telstra give you a special code to activate so I cancelled the subsciption to reapply with the voucher and now I can't get it to work ??

    If you subscribe, then cancel, you will not be able to resubscribe until the previous subscription has ended (passed the original end date of the subscription you purchased first)
    Once this period has ended, you can resubscribe and use the voucher code.

  • AFL Live Pass Subscription

    I pay for the $90 AFL Live Pass and have been using it the past few years without issue on my iphone. Recently I bought an ipad and have not been able to access this content. The basic facts are:   -  The AFL Live Pass is billed and shows on my Telstra Phone account -  It works fine on my phone.  I dont need to log in.- Logging in with my telstra account tells me I have no active subscriptions on both iphone and ipad. How do I link my purchase to my account?

    Okay so your current subscription is only accessible via your phone and cannot be accessed on another device, as per that SIM card information you posted earlier.
    In order to access the AFL live pass service via multiple devices and only have one subscription charge, you will need to visit m.bigpond.com on your phone, go to the 'My' tab, then 'Subscriptions' to cancel your current option. Once you cancel this though, you cannot reactivate it at any stage and pricing does vary between your current subscription and the current pricing / options we have available.
    Then sign up for a live pass via this link www.afl.com.au/livepass and create a Telstra ID, which can then be used to login across multiple devices.

    Sorry to hear that you are having troubles. 
    Did you purchase a free trial through the AFL Live Pass Online  or did you purchase through IN APP subscription?
    Can you please try these troubleshooting steps: 
    If using your fixed line connection (ADSL, CABLE or NBN), please powercycle your modem and computer: Unplug from power > Leave off for 10 mins > then Plug back in and re start. This will often force a line update through to your modem advising the signal is restored.
    Can you then please try clearing your Cache, Cookies and Browser history. To clear these please try the steps below:
    From the home screen, tap the Settings button. On the Settings screen, scroll down and tap the Safari button. Under the 'Privacy' section of the Safari screen, tap the button labeled Clear Cookies and Data. On the confirmation screen, tap Clear Cookies and Data.
    If still no luck, please try uninstalling and re installing the app from the app store.

    I had a voucher for live pass that was due to expire on 28/7/15. I won a new voucher from Afl, and so cancelled my ending subscription to change to the newer one. However, it seems I can't upload my new voucher code. It just tells me I have cancelled my subscription, with nowhere to enter my new code.
    How do I enter my new code?

    I can appreciate your concerns with not being able to have the new voucher details entered into the current AFL Live Pass Login ID. Until the current subscription has ended, you will not be able to have the nee voucher entered for the subscription. In the above scenario, you will have to wait until after the 28/07/2015 before this can be updated and subscribed again via the Live Pass Account Manager.

    I have an HP Elitebook 8760W.  I cannot get Simplepass or Windows Hello to recognize my Validity VFM-471 fingerprint reader.  I'm not sure I have the right driver installed for the Validity hardware.  Could someone please point me to a link for the proper Win 8.1 driver?   I'm trying to make this work on Windows Pro 64 Bit.   I have tried everything to make this work.  Both Simplepass and Window Hello recognize the fingerprint read while I'm setting it up, but when rebooting and trying to log in with the fingerprint function - it doesn't act like it is even working.  I've tried all of the suggestions on the instructions to no avail.  The Laptop works just fine without the fingerprint scanner, and I guess I can live without it, but I've been used to using it on Windows 7 for so long, I'd like to have it working agian.  Any suggestions or hellp would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

    I'd like to cancel my AFL Live pass but I'm currently overseas.When I go to the afl website - http://www.afl.com.au/ I'm not able to login.  When I clik on the 'login' button the popup window takes me to http://www.afl.com.au/global rather than the login page - presumably becuase I'm not in Aus. Any suggestions how I can login to cancel my AFL Live pass while overseas? Thanks in advance

    Did you sign up In App or via the Website?
    If via the Website, you'll  need to log into here: https://id.afl.com.au/livepass  to cancel.
    If you signed up via the App you need to cancel your subscription via the relevant App Store account,.

    A quick question. You see, I have been upgrading my computer. I installed a Belkin USB USB Card (high speed 2.0) cause I needed more USB ports. Then I checked for compatable RAM and upgraded my RAM from 512MB to 2Gigs. Everything alright.
    Now, I have checked for processors that are compatable with my board K9VGM-V (MS-7253). And MSI's chart says mine is compatable with the AMD Athlon 2x 6000 (3.0Ghz) *IF* I use the 89 watt and not the 125 watt. Here is a good URL for the processor details I found:

    Could someone please tell me how to access my AFL Live Pass Subscription on my PC Laptop. I have logged in using my telstra ID and password, but it doesnt recognise that I have already paid for the yearly subscription. Please Help.

    Yeah unfortunately last year they didn't have the rights to airplay to a larger screen, but an error with the app allowed it anyway. In fact it said last year in the T&Cs that you couldn't.
    Unfortunately this error created an expectation within the customer base that are now disappointed this year when that term has been actively enforced.
    As it's in-app, you could seek a refund via Apple with the 'report a problem' however it's entirely up to Apple on if they provide you with a refund.
    Also, being in-app the subscription is managed by Apple/iTunes so the website currently has no way to link your app purchase with your Telstra account so you can't access the additional content on the site, however all that is still available via the app itself.
