AFL Live Pass voucher code

AFL.com.au has rewarded me with an AFL live voucher code that grants me with a free subscription for the remainder of the year for completing an online survey. Problem is I can not seem to get afl live to recognise the subscription. I am super happy to have recieved this from the afl and I hope to make the most of it. Please help.

I have tried both. I am getting the "Congratulations your subscrition is now complete screen" but every time I log in on the app I get a message that says "you are now logged in. There is no subscription link to your account". When i log in online It also doesnt show I have a subscription when I click on Manage my subscriptions.

    I had a voucher for live pass that was due to expire on 28/7/15. I won a new voucher from Afl, and so cancelled my ending subscription to change to the newer one. However, it seems I can't upload my new voucher code. It just tells me I have cancelled my subscription, with nowhere to enter my new code.

    I can appreciate your concerns with not being able to have the new voucher details entered into the current AFL Live Pass Login ID. Until the current subscription has ended, you will not be able to have the nee voucher entered for the subscription. In the above scenario, you will have to wait until after the 28/07/2015 before this can be updated and subscribed again via the Live Pass Account Manager.

    I recently selected the afl live pass payment by credit card not realizing that Telstra give you a special code to activate so I cancelled the subsciption to reapply with the voucher and now I can't get it to work ??

    If you subscribe, then cancel, you will not be able to resubscribe until the previous subscription has ended (passed the original end date of the subscription you purchased first)
    Once this period has ended, you can resubscribe and use the voucher code.

    about a month ago my afl live pass stopped working on my phone. I had a season pass that was redeemed via a promo code with the telstra plan. I tried logging in and itbsays i have no subscription. Can you please restore it?

  • AFL Live Pass - subscription on PC Laptop

    Could someone please tell me how to access my AFL Live Pass Subscription on my PC Laptop. I have logged in using my telstra ID and password, but it doesnt recognise that I have already paid for the yearly subscription. Please Help.

    Yeah unfortunately last year they didn't have the rights to airplay to a larger screen, but an error with the app allowed it anyway. In fact it said last year in the T&Cs that you couldn't.
    Unfortunately this error created an expectation within the customer base that are now disappointed this year when that term has been actively enforced.
    As it's in-app, you could seek a refund via Apple with the 'report a problem' however it's entirely up to Apple on if they provide you with a refund.
    Also, being in-app the subscription is managed by Apple/iTunes so the website currently has no way to link your app purchase with your Telstra account so you can't access the additional content on the site, however all that is still available via the app itself.

  • AFL Live Pass - Cancel from outside Aus

    I'd like to cancel my AFL Live pass but I'm currently overseas.When I go to the afl website - http://www.afl.com.au/ I'm not able to login.  When I clik on the 'login' button the popup window takes me to http://www.afl.com.au/global rather than the login page - presumably becuase I'm not in Aus. Any suggestions how I can login to cancel my AFL Live pass while overseas? Thanks in advance

    Did you sign up In App or via the Website?
    If via the Website, you'll  need to log into here: https://id.afl.com.au/livepass  to cancel.
    If you signed up via the App you need to cancel your subscription via the relevant App Store account,.

    I pay for the $90 AFL Live Pass and have been using it the past few years without issue on my iphone. Recently I bought an ipad and have not been able to access this content. The basic facts are:   -  The AFL Live Pass is billed and shows on my Telstra Phone account -  It works fine on my phone.  I dont need to log in.- Logging in with my telstra account tells me I have no active subscriptions on both iphone and ipad. How do I link my purchase to my account?

    Okay so your current subscription is only accessible via your phone and cannot be accessed on another device, as per that SIM card information you posted earlier.
    In order to access the AFL live pass service via multiple devices and only have one subscription charge, you will need to visit m.bigpond.com on your phone, go to the 'My' tab, then 'Subscriptions' to cancel your current option. Once you cancel this though, you cannot reactivate it at any stage and pricing does vary between your current subscription and the current pricing / options we have available.
    Then sign up for a live pass via this link www.afl.com.au/livepass and create a Telstra ID, which can then be used to login across multiple devices.

    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least Ten seconds... (But can take Longer)... until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons

    Not sure what's going on, but when I log into the afl app, I'm now told I have no subscription available. I had a yearly subscription which was redeemed via a promo code at the start of the year. Was all working no problem until today.
    I seem to have 3 telstra ids, but I've tried with each of them and none appear to fix it.

    Thanks for letting us know that your email bounced back. I can confirm that the mailbox in question is definitely working. Are you able to try sending again? Let us know if it continues to not work. And be sure just to double check that PM for the email address.

  • Nrl digital pass voucher code not working

    I am trying to access my free month trial. I have a voucher with a code on the back. I have spoken to online help as the code didn't go through as it said it was expired as of the 30th of June. But the back of the voucher it Clearly States it's valid until the 31st of October 2015. The online support staff advised me to post on here to receive a new code.

    Hi, I how just bought a AFL Live pass voucher for a year and cannot watch it via the AFL app.  I log into my AFL app account and it says that my login is successful but i dont have any subscriptions(!) How do I watch replays (or live games) via the AFL. I'm using an IPad and are a Telstra cumtomer with an [email protected] username What am i missing???  I've  1. This was sent to me via Telstra. I then received an email: Thanks for registering for a AFL login with Telstra.Your username is: [email protected] registration now allows you to access a free trial of the AFLLive Pass so you can start watching every AFL game live on your smartphone and tablet.Registering for the AFL login gives you a Telstra ID. Your Telstra ID can be used to access many Telstra and related service such as Telstra My Account, CrowdSupport, AFL digital content, AFL Tipping and AFL Fantasy. When i log in with the app it says i do not have a subscription. Cheers,

    Hi I've signed up to AFL Live Pass with a monthly subscription via the AFL website on my laptop but won't let me sing onto the app on my HTC One M8?  I've checked, double checked, reset my password and checked again??? Any ideas???

    Did you sign up via the website or In App?
    If you signed up via the website the password must contain:
    8 - 16 characters.
    Lower case letters and at least one upper case letter or number.
    Only a-z, A-Z, 0-9, full stops (.), hyphens (-) and underscores (_).
    Cannot include:
    Your username or any spaces.
    If you signed up via the website, you’ll need to login with the Telstra ID & Password you created when signing up
    To sign into the app: Open AFL Official App > Press Menu (3 lines in top left) > Login > Login Now > Enter the email & your password
    To sign in online: Go to https://id.afl.com.au/livepass > Login > Enter the email & your password
    If you’re unsure of the password, you can reset via https://myacct.telstra.com/forgottenPassword?execution=e1s1
    If you signed up via the App, please follow the below instructions
    On iOS:
    Check that you have a valid subscription In-App Store > Apple ID/Account > Subscriptions > Manage
    Check that you have downloaded AFL Live Official App from the App Store using the same Apple ID that has a subscription
    Launch AFL Live > Press Menu (3 lines in top left) > Subscribe > Restore and enter the same Apple ID that has a subscription and this should restore your subscription on the device
    On Android:
    Check that your device is linked to the Google ID that has a subscription under Device Settings > Accounts (the Google ID which hosts the subscription must be the Primary Account of the phone)
    Check that you have a valid subscription by checking the AFL Live Official App in Google Play Store.
    To check this, launch Google Play > Open the Menu > Select My Apps, and check your Subscriptions.
