Afp:// security problem? please help

Question

I normally leave file-sharing off, but today I briefly turned it on to give my friend access to some documents. In the process I noted something strange and worrisome:
This message in the Network Preferences pane: "+Other users can access shared folders on this computer, and administrators all volumes, at afp://www.mercadolibre.com.ar/ or “[MY NAME]’s MacBook Pro”.+
Mercadolibre.com.ar? To my knowledge, I'd never been to that site (until today, when I went to investigate). I punched it into spotlight to see if it was lurking somewhere in my computer, and got only the Safari history pages from my googling to find out what's going on.
Can anyone help? What's going on here? This can't be good.
