What exactly is missing?
The iPhoto icon in the Dock, that you used to launch iPhoto?
The iPhoto application from the "Applications" folder?
Your iPhoto library from your "Pictures" folder?
To check what is still left, click on the looking glass icon in the upper right corner of your screen and type "iPhoto" into the Spotlight search field. This should find anything with iPhoto in its name. Does it show an iPhoto application? Then click it to launch it.
But before you do anything else, I'd strongly suggest to get yourself a backup disk and make a Time Machine backup of your machine right now. You have already noticed, how risky it is, not to have a working backup. The best computer will crash one day.

You would have to rent it again.
Once started the movie you have 24 hours to complete viewing.

Try a Hard Reset.....
Press and hold the Wake / Sleep button AND the Home button at the same time, keep them both pressed until the Apple Logo appears on the screen, it can take 10 or more seconds. Ignore the swipe to turn off message.

If you deleted them from both PhotoStream and the camera roll, and you don't otherwise have them backed up, they're gone.

a best practice to is to never have any computer program (including iPhoto) delete the photos from the card but to import the photos and keep them and then after at least one successful backup cycle has completed and then reformat the card -- I use three very large (32 GB) cards in rotation so I do not reformat for typically a year or more giving me one more long term backup of my photos

Just download, install, and activate using your serial number. You are allowed to have the software installed and activated on two machines. If you do not wish to retain the original installation as a backup you can deactivate it by opening one of the programs and choosing Help -> Deactivate.

If you need your serial number you should be able to find it in your Adobe account online if you registered the software when you first installed it.

I have had my iPad connected to my iMac trying to remove it using iPhoto but I stil can't seem to get it off my iPad. Anyone got any ideas how I can as its chucking up my iPad and I want it off.!

If the tunes have DRM and they are not from your iTS account then you will need to have the password of the account that purchased the tunes. If the tunes have no DRM then you should be able to play the tunes with no problem.

For your addressbook, export the files to vCard on the PowerMac, then bring them over to your Mac Pro. For your iPhoto, copy the Users -> yourname -> Pictures folder to your Desktop on the Mac Pro, and open iPhoto on the Mac Pro holding the command and option keys. Select the library file from that Pictures folder and open it. It should import all the pictures into iPhoto as part of the rebuild process. You will need to find a forum for MS Word since that is the software that you are trying to manipulate in this. If you think the processing/creation of the PDF plays a role then you should ask in the forum for the software that you are using to create the PDF.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
