After 6.1.2 update apps not working

After updating my iPhone with 6.1.2, all the apps that I had downloaded from app store have stopped working. Further app store is also not responding. Please help. All other pre installed apps that comes with Iphone are working fine.

    Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

  • After Update apps not working on iPad 2 64 GB

    I had just updated my iPad to Version 5.1.1. During the update iTunes had automatically made a backup of my apps and restored them when the update was complete... When I tried to launch the apps not even 1 was working... I restarted my iPad several times but no luck... Please help me....

    Try this next.
    Go to Settings>Store >Apple ID, tap your ID and sign out. Then reboot the iPad, Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    Then go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and sign in again and see if the apps will work.
    If that doesn't work, try syncing with iTunes on your computer.
    Make sure that you are signed into the correct Apple ID on the iPad as well.

    After updating my iPad (4.2.1) - arrgghhh- not good - looked around for help for the lockscreen problem (problem solved!) I tried same solution for apps not updating and it worked (I hadn't bothered for a while and there were 69!). On home screen double click home button, find App Store icon on taskbar at the bottom of screen, press and you go into iTunes updates (as pre-update) where your list of available updates is contained. Tho' now it's gone glitchy on me when I pressed 'update all' (possibly 'cos my husband and I share each other's apps, and it's gone to his account). See how you go...

    You know the area in the App Store where you update your apps, it's not working. It's shows the # of apps to be updated, but it does have the apps in the update window, it's just blank. So I'm not able to update my apps. I've turned my phone off and on several times.

    Lots of ppl here having that problem - every time I've had the problem I just wait a while it always seems to be on Apple's side.
    You can always download the updates in iTunes then do a sync.

    Have you checked the google play app? Try to clear data and force stop it under settings-apps-all. Set it up again.

  • After BIOS 1.56 update AMD - not working ThinkPad S440

    Hello, today early morning I got BIOS system update called "Thinkpad BIOS update [32,64]" for my Lenovo ThinkPad S400 via "Lenovo System update" program. After reboot, AMD Radeon HD 8670M is not working, shows yellow tick. I can't use programs that uses much of graphical memory. I have tried install later versions of AMD Catalyst, but it is not working too. Before this update, everything was running OK.
    My computer needs another system update for AMD.
    AMD version: 13.152.1.1400
    Intel: 10.18.10.3316
    ThinkPad BIOS: 1.56

    I have an S440 and have had all sorts of problems with this BIOS update including the HDMI socket not working, machine not restarting from sleep mode when on battery. I can't say categorically that it's the AMD graphics adapter but it certainly seems to be linked. The behaviour changes with updates to the driver and re-installing it. Unfortunately it only changes the behaviour and doesn't fix it.
    In the end I've downgraded the BIOS and it seems to be a lot better now.

  • Software update app not working after belle update...

    After updating my N8 to nokia belle, I can no longer use the software update application. It will not connect to the net and just keeps on saying "connection failed (connection unavailable)" eventhough everything else (nokia browser, store, email, opera, maps etc) is connected. After failing to connect it gives the message : unable to check for updates, please try later.
    Is there any suggestion I can apply to fix this situation?

  • After 10.4.5 Update, Spotlight NOT WORKING...

    Hi all.
    I have practised the "strict protocol" of before/after OS Update: Unplug all extra accessories, repair permission, restart, update, repair permission and restart etc.
    After the Software Update, everything seems fine, except Spotlight, when click on the icon on the Top Menu Bar, nothing happens; When using the keyboard command, the icon gets highlighted, but no 'field entry' to enter the text, the icon just get highlighted until pressing the hot keys again, it gets deselected.

    Ok, I had a problem similar to yours and have finally found my problem - and it could explain others as well. If the "show bluetooth in the menu bar" preference is set to yes and there are a number of items being loaded at startup, SystemUIServer will not function correctly. I simply disabled the bluetooth icon in the menu bar and all works well.     The SW ypdater application that came default in my N97 has stopped working. Whenever i try launching in, it comes out again n again. Pls help. I want to dwnld the memory reorganizer nokia launched on 19/12.......i cant find it for my handset via PC NSU utility or the ovi suite either.     Unfortunately, to get the best from an update, it's often best to do a reset, as there can be conflict between settings from the old to the new software, involves some time and effort but gets the phone working better ! Backup your Contacts. Calender and Notes ONLY then dial *#7370# followed by 12345 and the phone will reset to factory new. Then re-install the software and manually set up your phone again and install the apps you want !

  • Master License File update - apps not working properly

    Believe it or not, I am replacing an expired license with the master license file on a 9.2 installation. Go figure...
    Anyway, I have searched for docs on what needs to be reconfigured and how after replacing the old file and have come up empty. Have run config tool to update Deployment id for both Essbase and Planning but still getting error message in Planning indicating an issue with the license and when opening HBR rules, that it cannot connect to Essbase due to licensing issue. Tried re-registering with Shared Services for both Planning and Essbase, still getting the same errors and log files are not providing much by way of clues.
    Other info: License server logs shows no errors. All apps starting successfully.
    Does anyone have a doc or experience with this that they can share with me? Do I need to deregister apps? Redeploy the app servers?

    There are no virus for an iphone unless it is jailbroken.
    For the message  - close out of the app, then double tap the home button and completely close out of the app.
    Then do a reset, no data loss.  Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
    this reset, might help with your other issues too.

  • My iPhone 5 is not being recognized by my Onkyo TX-8050 reciever when plugging into the USB.  Is there a setting on my phone i need to set?  Also, it has worked prior with this receiver however after the new software update will not work.

    I am trying to hook up my iPhone 5 to my Onkyo TX-8050 receiver and it is not recognizing the phone. It recogized my phone prior to software update 7.1.2 and I can use an iPhone 4 and iPad with no issues.  Is there a setting I need to apply for the reciever to recognize?

    Im presently on the Phone with Apple the Lady Im talking to understands its the id and not the password. I finally got somebody that listened to me. Wow and she is plesent to talk to.

    My Facebook app has been acting wonky all day. And then I tried to upgrade 4 apps, and the apps just go grey and say "Waiting". The App store does not ask for my password. I've restarted my phone, down a force quit, I don't know what else to do.

    Had the same problem as you. App would terminate when launched.
    Solution to working You Tube app:
    -Go to playstore
    - Uninstall app (it doesn't remove the app, only removes the update)
    - "Et Voila", working again.
    This doesn't correct the problem, it's just a workaround for you to be able to use youtube app again.
