After accepting newest itunes software license agreement and after accepting nothing happens

I downloaded newest version of itunes and i get a message, it is the license agreement which i agree to but after accepting and it goes away nothing happens, what do i do?

I had the same problem and I tried all the suggestions on the forums. Finally I tried uninstalling Quicktime and iTunes immediately popped up.

  • Just reinstalled - can't get past iTunes Software License Agreement

    Hello,
I just reinstalled iTunes for Windows after receiving my iPod back from customer service. Well now that I have run iPod update and installed iTunes again, every time I try to open iTunes the iTunes Software License Agreement flashes for a second, but then disappears, without even giving me a chance to click 'Agree' at the bottom of the user agreement. Also, Quicktunes (which I also reinstalled) only opens for a second as well, immediately closing after about a half a second.
I have read some of the other posts on this board and yes, I do have Norton AntiVirus 2005. I have tried a) disabling Auto-Protect, b) manually excluding c:/programfiles/itunes, and c) checking my Windows firewall, which is disabled.
    What else can I do?
Thanks in advance for reading this and for any advice you might able to give me...
    Kid

Turn OFF norton totally and completely and try launching iTunes. If iTunes launches, then you know its Norton as the culprit. If that still does not work, we have ruled out that step.
You may wanna try MSCONFIG to see what is interferring with the launch of iTunes,

This is a problem with home sharing, you are not going to have to re-encode all your CD's.
The following article(s) may help you.

  • Hi, after installation of itunes software from Apple website, After installation, when i enter the "Accept" Button in the Software Licenece Agreement Terms

Hi, after installation of itunes software from Apple website successfully, when i enter the "Accept" Button in the Software Licence Agreement Terms & Conditon, I get error message "Tunes has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience". I am having windows XP in my PC. I have tried to remove & reinstall, temporarily suspended by anti virus software, but still getting the same error message

Tunes has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience
Generate another of those error messages and click the "Click here" link in the error message box. What modname and modver are showing for the error? (Precise spelling please.)
If the error is a BEX and thus doesn't show an modname or modver, let us know what P1 through P9 items are showing for you instead.

  • After Effects CS6 - Endless Software License Agreement.

Hey guys, having some trouble here.
When I open After Effects CS6 it asks me to agree to the Software License agreement - okay. So I give it a quick read and click accept to get started.
    BUT
The same agreement comes up, so I agree again, and it comes up again and again.
    Any ideas?

Which operating system are you using?  Have you tried launching After Effects in a newly created or different administrator account?

  • I am having trouble finding the Accept button for my licensing agreement and would like to accept.

I am having trouble finding the Aceept button for my licensing agreement and would like to accept.

Well, it's probably below the table... Sounds like you didn't consider the system requirements and installed on a system with too small screen resolution. If so, only using a larger res may possibly revela the magic button...

  • Itunes wont run after i intall it, a itunes software licensed agreement

comes up and closes in like a second. what should i do so i it won't close?

In addition to the above suggestions, you might have malware on the PC. Download EWIDO anti-malware and run it. See if it finds any infections, and then remove them.

  • Acrobat XI Pro Opens a blank Adobe Software License Agreement. Hitting Accept doesn't do anything.

Acrobat XI installation problem seems to prevent the app from opening. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. There was a working previous version that I have since uninstalled assuming that there was a conflict. Now I have no working copy of Acrobat. On a Mac running 10.8.5.

  • ITunes error pop up box and software license agreement - can't launch iTunes

Cannot get iTunes to launch. Pop up box with Display Setting error and a iTunes software license agreement I cannot accept or decline. Anyone seen anything like this?

Download and install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from Microsoft:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
Now run the utility ("Start > All programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries, and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC, and try installing iTunes again. Does the install go through this time?

  • Itunes 6.0 stuck at Software License Agreement

    Hello,
I am having a great deal of trouble with running the new itunes. I downloaded the itunes 6.0.4 and quicktime, but when I click to open it, the itunes software license agreement shows up for less than a second, then closes by itself. If I click on it again it does the same thing. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but the same thing happens. Also, when I try to open the quicktime it opens for less than a second and closes automatically.
Will someone please help me fix this problem because I just bought a video 30gb and I need to have this version of itunes to transfer my songs

    Hi there and welcome.
Tell me, what antivirus programs do you run on that PC? Many times, they interfere with the successful download and install of iTunes. Can you get Quicktime to open at all? Make sure Quicktime was installed because iTunes cannot work without Quicktime.
If it was not installed, try the standalone download of Quicktime. I have the link if you need it. Turn OFF antivirus and firewall programs prior to downloading iTunes. Instead of running it over the internet, save it to your desktop or Harddrive. Post back and let us know

yes i have for sure launched it this is what it looks like at the bottom of my computer, it says by downloading adobe you already agree to the license agreement but I've tried googling, "how to accept the end users license agreement" and it brings me to the agreement but there is no link or button to press on in order to accept it
