After Aperture 3 update, I can't access old libraries. It tells me to close and relaunch but when I do this it just opens again on the same library. Please help!
I have just downloaded the latest iOS update for my computer, and then I was unable to use Aperture until I upgraded its software also. I did this, and it seemed to work fine on relaunch with new version - the last library I had open worked fine. BUT yesterday I tried to open a different library and I got a message saying
"the selected library is from an older version of Aperture and requires a relaunch to switch"
I click the relaunch button and it relaunches but it just opens on the same library again. I don't know how to make it relaunch properly with the different library. Please help!! Thanks
TThe message is a bit deceptive the old libraries need to be upgraded before they can be used. To upgrade quit Aperture select one of the old libraries with the Finder and double click it. This will open Aperture on that library and ask if you want to upgrade it.
WWhile the procedure is safe it is always a good idea to have a backup of the libraries before doing this.

If you have set this phone up, then there would not necessarily be a solution here until you have been verify with the provider that everything is provisioned correctly on their end. Since the 3G comes from your cellular provider, if the settings are correct on the phone, then you should work with the carrier next.

You cannot remove or change the old ID. This is Find My iPhone Activation Lock. You need to recover the credentials for the Apple ID originally used to activate the iPad.

Did you purchase the ring tone on our website or on the phone?
If it was purchased online the ring tone is sent to you in a message and you need to save the ring tone first http://bit.ly/PKUfUg and it is saved as a ring tone you can go in and set it as your default ring tone http://bit.ly/R5Xa4o.
If the ring tone was purchased on the phone you just need to go into your ring tone to set it up http://bit.ly/R5Xa4o.

i let my iphone 4S die completely and after i put it on the charger it cuts on then cuts right back off and keeps doing so. i left it on the charger all night and when i woke up its still doing the same thing. please help

As I mentioned earlier, when I clicked on the App Store or iTunes Store, the message reads "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" or "Cannot connect to App Store" depending on which I clicked.
I did check iTunes & App Store, it used to show my Apple ID there, but somehow it shows empty there. I then manually typed in my Apple ID, it just won't work. I know for sure that my Apple ID works as I tried logging online using that ID fine, but my iPhone and iPA

when updating new firefox version, livejournal appeared to be listed as untrusted site, and I clicked "I understand the risk" and thus. But when I clicked the site again, it showed Invalid URL. It never happens before; thus, I hope I have an answer soon.
If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the DMG file to the desktop

(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now. -
On 22 July Firefox was upgraded on my Mac using OSX. This morning 23 July I cannot access my Virgin Cable email properly. Virgin email was upgraded in early 2010 but I can now only access 3 emails dated 19th May 2010 showing the old style email format. Safari is OK and accesses the email correctly. I have reinstalled Firefox this morning using Safari but the problem still occurs.
