After buying a few items in eBay noticed that my shipping address is missing my unit number.I assumed my registration address will be copied to "shipping address" properly but it did not. How can I get a hold of the shipping company to make informed them of the unit number?

I recently transferred my ITunes library to an external hard drive. I made sure to copy all the data from the saved location. They only thing I can assume is that my external hard drive was slow to start and iTunes defaulted to its old directory (see the last paragraph at the link above). However, once my external was recognized shouldn't everything have fixed itself?

That suggests that the tracks are damaged.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items. -

I went into the cloud on phone it was on. Turned off and back on. Now i have 6 of one contactDeleted face books also incase that was the issue. I went to Itunes and couldnt find contacts - now I wonder it is is my outlook email too adding information as I am seeing contacts that are only on my outlook emails.

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In Library Manager it's the FIle -> Rebuild command)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

I recently bought 13" mbp 2012 and I noticed that I only got 2HRS max and the only thing Im doing is watch movies on VLC and surf the net. How long does you mbp battery last?
That listed 7 hours is with very limited use. Low screen brightness, low keyboard backlight, No WiFi or bluetooth.
Most I have ever gotten from my 15" 2011 model is around 5-6 hours and that was with very light use. Just Web, Chrome, and email, thunderbird, and Wifi. -

Cloud apps are only available via subscription via a Cloud plan.
If you need 3 or more apps then a Cloud Complete membership is the way to go. -

Firefox crashes each time I'm trying to buy items on Ebay.
After I won an item on ebay and I am transferred to the payment page. When I try IE, it works fine, so I suppose it's a Firefox problem not ebay's.

Check for an extension called '''The Browser Highlighter''' in Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions and disable it.
Edit: I see now from Troubleshooting Information that you do have the problematic extension. This can also cause poor startup performance and other problems in Firefox. -
I recently upgraded from Leopard to Snow Leopard on my MacBook and I noticed that I have more capacity on the Macintosh HD than before the upgrade. I checked my files and applications and they are still on my computer and nothing appears to be missing. Before the upgrade I had around 111 GB capacity with around 10.50 GB available on the Mac HD but now after the upgrade I have 119 GB capacity and 20.92 GB available. Can capacity on the HD change after an OS upgrade?
No, but the upgrade removed unneeded PowerPC code and changed the way free space is determined.

I tried to import 2 photos from an email to iphoto. The photos now appear in iphoto as the latest imports, However, when I try to close iphoto or log off of my computer, I get a message box that says, " Photos are being imported to the photo library. Please wait for the import to complete."
I can't get out of iphoto or log off of my computer, or turn the computer off. How do I stop the import or log out of iphoto???Try Force-quit from the Apple-menu to close iPhoto.

Is it true that it is unsafe to give out the serial number of a macbook pro?
I'm looking to buy a Macbook Pro from someone who has listed theirs in a local ad. I asked for the serial number and he said that is unsafe to give that out. He gave me an expiry daate instead (July 11, 2013).
Is this true?I consider it incumbent upon the seller to prove that it is his to sell. Acceptable proof might be an original invoice or bill of sale, AppleCare agreement, original packaging, or some combination of these. Certainly he paid for it somehow, and even if he did not retain the orginal sales invoice it should be easy for him to retrieve a credit card statement or the like.
By providing the serial number at least he is at least making a good faith effort toward selling it. A seller should expend effort in assuring the buyer, not the other way around.
The most important thing for you is to assure yourself you are not buying stolen goods. -
I bought lightroom 5 last december, I install on my old PC. Today I buy a Mac and I try to reinstall my lightroom with the serial number I have. It's said wrong number can I have a new number?
This is a user to user forum so there is no one here to provide you with a new serial number or to reset your serial number.
It is possible that you are trying to activate an installation of the Creative Cloud version of Lightroom. It is not possible to do so with your License Key. You need to uninstall the existing version that you have installed. This will not interfere with your catalog, Preferences or personal files, it will just remove the application.
Then download the perpetual license from the link below. Install and it should accept your license key just fine.

Lots of strange things happening after installing 7.0.2. Mail and Safari routinely quit on me. Keyboard appears for no reason and doesn't go away. After syncing to iTunes on my MacBook Pro one of the bookmark tabs got emptied out. Is there no one cracking the whip anymore at Apple?
Using iCloud to sync bookmarks between your Mac and iPad?
If so, on the iPad tap Settings > iCloud. Swich Safari off then back on.
On your Mac, open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to Safari then reselect it.
Give iCloud a few minutes to re sync your bookmarks.
If you are using iCloud, don't sync Safari bookmarks on iTunes. That could be why the bookmark tabs got emptied out.
