After canceling the burning of a disc in iTunes my disc drive is no longer recognized.
I have: MBP 13" 10.6.7 w/ a standard dvd/cd burner (the one that normally comes with them)
I was in the process of burning a really long playlist (requiring 4 cds) and at the end of the 4th it was taking forever (5-10 minutes?) to "finish burning" so I decided to cancel the burn and just re-burn that section on a new disc. When I canceled it started taking another 5-10 minutes and nothing would let me eject the disc because it wasn't recognized yet (I didn't let it finish the burn) - I tried disc utility, terminal commands, the eject button, everything.
I then restarted a few times trying the various ways to force eject a disc (holding down the trackpad, pressing option, holding the eject button) but non worked and then once restarted my computer didn't even recognize my disc drive in disc utility. I tried re-burning a playlist so that iTunes would maybe eject the disc in order to insert a new one but it just said "Disc burner or software not found..." At this point I have no idea what to do but I'd really like to have my disc drive working well...

My own HP pavillion has the same problem. Try googling "Vista doesn't recognize DVD" one answer is to edit our upper and lower filters in a registry setting, another is to power down and remove battery for at least a minute and a third is a script that you can run. I only mention them because I've seen all 3 and according to the sites all 3 have met with some success. Sadly for me, no glory! Good luck as I'm still looking.

This looks like a change of behaviour in iTunes 12. Once songs are queued up to the Up Next list then they play whether ticked or not. If you want to skip certain songs already queued click the Up Next tool, then click the small X to the left of the song that appears when you hover over it.

When we talk about Creative cloud, it is Yearly or monthly based subscripotion. As long as you pay, your Creative cloud keeps on working.
But if you will cancel the subscription, that means your services has stopped and you have stopped paying for your product.
Afterwards, you product will trun in to TRIAL mode and if you haven't used the TRIAL before, it will work for 30 days and then it will stop working eventually.
P.S. when using the adobe forums, please mark helpful/correct responses of Staff or helper, if there are any.

Consistently receive the following message after importing serveral songs from CD into iTunes (latest ver 11.1.5.5)...
"Error occurred while converting the file 'songname'. The required folder cannot be found."
CD/DVD ROM is no longer recognized until computer is restarted.I have the same problem. I recently moved my music from a Vista PC to a new Laptop with an external CD drive. It will copy one song from the CD and it will show in the Music file and then I get the message ' Error importing a CD - Folder not found'. I must unplug the CD drive and plug it back in. I have seen no fix for this problem.

Download iTunes using the tab at the top of this page. Then run the update with iTunes closed.

If you are using XP, and you went through the procedure at the bottom of the previously linked document to change the iPod's assigned drive letter, and you also tried putting it into Disk Mode...
If you have not already, try shutting down your computer and disconnecting all USB devices, including hub. Start up with only standard keyboard and mouse connected. Just to be safe, put the iPod into Disk Mode again

Run iTunes. Connect iPod to a direct USB port on computer. iTunes may prompt you about "recovery" and ask you to do a Restore. Try to do a Restore again. -

Once an item enters the download queue, the user cannot remove it. Either let it complete the download (easiest) or contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the Contact page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find either an "Express Lane" button - just follow the instructions to get to the contact form - or an "Email Us" button) and ask them if they'll remove the item(s) from your queue for you.

Okay, so I wanted to burn a CD to play on players in the house. The songs on my playlist are from CDs that I own and imported into my iTunes. Here are the steps I've taken:
1. I created a playlist
2. Selected File > Burn Playlist to Disc...
3. My Burn Settings are as follows: Maximum Possible Speed (I have tried all the other speeds as well with the same result), Audio CD (No gaps between songs), Use Sound Check is selected, Include CD Text is selected (I have also tried unselecting these two options).
4. Then I clicked Burn
5. Within a couple of seconds "Cancelling Burn" shows up in the window at the top of the screen, and a box pops up that says: The attempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error occurred (4251).
I have tried different CDs, I have changed all the settings in the Burn Settings box, and I get the same result over and over again. I researched the error 4251, and it refers to a problem with importing songs from a CD. This is totally irrelevant since I'm not trying to import, I'm trying to burn. This is a blank CD, and it is a CD-R. These CDs are off a tower I purchased less than a month ago, and have had absolutely no problem burning other things to these CDs. I really don't want to have to re-import these songs to Windows Media Player or another application just so I can burn what I want onto a CD, but this is almost the point I am at.
iTunes certainly isn't helping me much at this point, and I would appreciate any feedback into what I am possibly doing wrong in trying to create a CD.I have Windows 7 on a Dell. Open and play iTunes in the compatability mode and use Windows XP (service pack 2). Disregard any messsages to disable the compability mode. This has worked for me. I have also reinstalled iTunes and played with burn speeds etc. These ideas did not work. Compatability mode works.

Issu in Rejected PR after cancelling the requistion line

I have an issue after cancelling a requisition line in the rejected purchase requisition.
I have 2 purchase requisition lines in PR. Approver rejected the PR as one requisition has to be deleted. PR status changed to 'Rejected'. Originator cancelled the requisition line though Tool->Control and sent for approval. But the PR is still in 'Rejected' status and is not going to supervisor for approval.
How can i bring this PR to 'In progress' state so that it goes for approval.

BPM-Deadlineexception triggered after canceling the process

I have a BPM scenario thats like
WS <--> SAP.
this goes through BPM. I have exception in for Mapping Exception, send Exception and Deadline exception.
I am having a case where the mapping throws Mapping Exception. Now in the Mapping exception block i am throwing a alert and cancelling the process using control step.
Mapping exception works fine, but after couple of minutes the deadline excption is getting triggered and another alert being sent for deadline excpeiton.
Could someone help me with what is happening, as i dont want it to enter deadline exception because i have allready caught the exception and sent alert for mapping.

Here is the scenarios...
Receiver-> Block->End. In block i have defined mapping and send exception.
InBlock i have 1) Transformation throws Mapping Exception.
2) Send step throws Send Exception.
3) Mapping Exception handling where i have a control that cancels the process.
4) Send Exception handling where i have a control that cancels the process.
5) Deadline Exception where i have a control that cancels the process.
Once Mapping exception is triggered i am expecting the process to terminate. But even after mapping exception is triggered after 2 minutes(deadline time) deadline exception is being triggered. (shown in graphical workflow)
the reason i dont want deadline exception to be triggered is i will be defining alerts in all exception brancehs and dont want the user to be getting mapping and deadline exception both.
Raj, according to your suggestion if i throw an alert again in deadline branch, how would i decide whether its a genuine deadline exception or not( like mapping exception allready triggered). I would need to know when to send an deadline alert or not.

we released the billing and accounting document generated but customer needed changes in the billing values so we cancel the billing document but accounting document not generated(reversal accounting not happen)....in document flow it shows in cancel document in blocking state ....we try to release in VF02 but it throws the error "Client 200 does not contain an active application area" . but the other sales order we test in qulaity server the scenorio is working fine...............for specific one sales order creating problem now.....

I have noticed this problem in my company system.
Problem descripion:
- you creates an invoice and the system doesn't post it for any reason
- then you create the cancel of the invoice, BEFORE forcing the posting of the invoice
--> user creates Cancel, Cancel is not posted as well.
--> from now it is impossible to post both invoices: if you try to post the Invoice after the cancel creation, the VF02 recongnise that a CANCEL exists and do not allow for the posting
--> standard VFX3 doesn't signal this kind of not posted documents situation.
Ok, The right procedure for thes user should be: create invoice, if not posted then try to understand why not posted, and not CANCEL it.
But in this case VFK3 was not able to detect the invoice was not posted: it was not in the list.
So the 2 ways must be:
1) one possibility could be undestand in VFX3 could be enhanced: I checked in OSS but I didn't find anything.
2) other possibility: add a further check in interface between SD and FI in order to check if original invoice is not posted to FI and in this case block the cancel creation, as instead standard SAP does.
Could you please give me an idea on how it would be better proceed?
