After deleting provisioned apps, how to reinstall as provisioned?

Hi All,
I removed all provisioned apps from my master image. Now, a customer needs the native Mail client back.
I am not sure how to install the native mail client as a provisioned app for all user accounts. please help!

My question really is, how do you provision an app downloaded from the windows store to all user accounts?

OPen teh Kindle app.
Tap the i at bottom right then Settings > Deregister this device.

He does not have an actual kindle so I am not sure if he would be able to create one anyways.
The Kindle app is so you do not have to use a Kindle. Yes, he can have a Kindle account and not own an actual Kindle hardware device.

Update using iTunes on your computer. The space requirement does not apply because of how the process works via iTunes as opposed to over the air.

No need to empty anything.
You can update by connecting your phone to iTunes on your computer. This way you bypass the space limitations.

First:
 (Apple menu) > System Preferences > Users & Groups > select your account > Login Items.
Determine if that program appears in that list. If it does, select it and then remove it from Login Items with the "–" (minus) button.
Next:
Select the entire line that follows (triple-click to select it), then control-click, and from the contextual menu that appears, select Services > Open:
/Library/StartupItems/
If the program or an alias to it appears in that folder, drag it to the Trash.
Next:
When you log out or shut down your Mac, de-select the checkbox that begins with the words "Reopen windows... "

Sounds like a verification issue on whatever marketplace you bought PS Touch from. Did you try contacting Google or Apple to see what they say?

SERIOUS PROBLEM! I need to reinstall quicktime after deleting the .app

I am trying to reinstall quicktime that came with my macbook pro, after deleting the quicktime.app file and the folders in the library.
You might ask why I did this? I have quicktime pro to install, but it's version 7.1.1, and would NOT install over 7.1.2; I messed up though, I know that now.
How do I fix it? Trying to reinstall quicktime 7.1.2 that I downloaded just crashes the installer.

No, I have not deleted the Quicktime712.pkg from Library/Receipts. Should I do this, or put the OSX disk back in the drive and then run the package that is in my Receipts folder?
I run software update religiously, so I know that is not an issue.

I downloaded more than ten invoicing apps from the App Store yesterday to check them out for ease of use. I ended with five on my iPad to consider and entered trial info on each. Apparently you can't delete anything from the icloud and the people at Apple are not helping and they give you no support to this question. It's all over the message boards. Literally, thousands of people asking this exact same question with Apple remaining mute on the subject.

If you have deleted iPhoto, you have to reinstall it. If your Mac came with DVDs, insert the Applications DVD or the Mac OS X Install Disc 2, and install iPhoto. After installing it, open  > Software Update to install the most recent version. If you haven't got the DVDs, call Apple to get replacement DVDs > http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
If your Mac didn't come with DVDs or you purchased iPhoto from the App Store, open App Store > Purchases, and download iPhoto for free

Can't sign out - even after deleting the app every...

I have skype on my iPad mini, iPhone 5 and Macbook pro.
The other night I realized I was getting skype notifications on my phone, even though I wasn't signed in there. I deleted the app from there (after signing in and out and failing to get anywhere), and my iPad, and even my Mac. I still appear signed on, even if I try to change my status to 'invisible' or 'offline'. Any ideas? I'm wondering if I'm going to have to make a new account.

It is not possible to delete the Contacts app using normal means:
Are you certain it no longer exists in your Applications folder? Perhaps you merely deleted it from the Dock. If that's the case, open the Applications folder, find the Contacts app, and drag it to the Dock.

Launch iTunes.
Select Apps under LIBRARY left side of the iTunes window on the source list.
Right or control click an app then click Delete.
