I have downloaded the Lightroom CC(2015) after downloadibg the programm wont start. I have, stuped done, uninstalled the earlier version 5.7.1. This version is not possibel to download again. So now I have no Lightroom.
Thank you for replay. The problem is fixed with help from the support. I did just what you say in your mail/answer.

If you have an iTunes backup that includes the photos you may be able to extract them from the backup using a 3rd party utility such as http://www.wideanglesoftware.com/ibackupextractor/

After updating to Lightroom CC 2015, it will not launch when I click on the icon. A window gets up: "__crtCreateSymbolicLinkW" not found in DLL "MSVCR110.dll". Same failure occurs when I start Photoshop CC.
LR 5.7.1 Starts without Problem.Have you tried logging out of your CC desktop app, then logging back in again? Quit/Restart won't work, but logging out and back in should. See here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

after editing in lightroom, i transferred the photo to final cut pro. However the photo that shows in final cut pro is the unedited version and a bit blurry. Any ideas?
IIs there an export function from Lightroom? Did you export? Does the exported file contain your edit?
THe hard drive file size doesn't matter. What matters is the image size, it's dimensions in pixels.
IN FCP press Cmd-J to see the project properties. -
During the final step of installing after download, I get an error - The Installer encountered an error that caused installation to fail.
Nobody can tell you anything. You have not provided any proper system information or even told us what you are actually downloading.

After downloading and trying to install the newest version of i tunes on my pc, I got an error message telling me: unable to locate component MSVCR80.dll. Now I can't use the version I had and obviously not the newest version. Any ideas about how to fix ?

If the above doesn’t do the trick entirely, then use the instructions in the following as it applies to the version of Windows you are using:
HT1925: Removing and Reinstalling iTunes for Windows XP
HT1923: Removing and reinstalling iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
You may be required to boot into safe mode to complete the folder deletion process. -
After downloading iTones 10.5.1, the artwork matchs the song that is playing on my iMac but the artwork does not sync properly on my Apple TV. The artwork lags one cover behind. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem.
I think it is just a bug, but it in very frustrating. I was using just now for about an hour and suddenly the correct artwork appeared for what was playing....but then all went wrong again!!
Apple, please, please issue a patch for this. It surely cannot be too complicated to correct. -

Thank you for your interest in solving my problem.
What I did I opened iTune. I read the information about what does my computener need to play back a rented movie. My computer is okay to play back rental movies. So I went to the iTunes store, I searched for the movie I want to watch, i singned in into my Mac account and I bought the movie. The movie started to download to my computer, it took some time because I bought a HD version, but it never stop and after a couple of hours or little less the movie was in the Rented folder of my iTunes and also I checked to be sure that was in the movie folder. So, next day I open iTunes and click on the movie, it opens but I wait for five minuetes and never started to play back, so I tried several time and I looked for info in different internet forums but I couldn't find anything that help. So I posted the problem in this forum and also I called Apple. Apple contacted me and they let me to download the movie again. So I did it and now I will watch the movie later. Not sure if the movie will play back normally or if I am going to have the same problem. I'll keep you posted.
Apple representative did not know why this happened.
