After downloading an app on itunes where do i find it on the phone after?

after downloading an App on itunes while my phone is conected to the PC.. where do i find the app on the actual phone after?
i downloaded a game trought iTunes and it says its already downloaded, i cannot find it in the phone can someone help me
to figure it out?!?

Launch iTunes on your computer.
Go to Store>View My Account.
Enter your password when prompted.
Go down to iTunes in the Cloud.
Click on View Hidden Purchases.
Click on TV Shows. Find the TV Show.
Click on Unhide.
