After downloading itunes 7

Question

I'm having problems installing the itunes 7 after a successful download. After I click o the setup.exe I am prompted by the following (below)and it doesn't begin downloading. After this nothing happens.
Please advise......

I have the same problem but I still cannot resolve it....did you figure it out yet? If so, please share your info. I'm still at a lost of what to do next.
