After downloading music and dragging into iTunes I end up with multiple copies of the album on my hard drive. I do have the "copy files into iTunes library" checked. When I try to erase one of the copies I end up with red ! in iTunes library.

Please Help! After downloading an album and dragging it into itunes I end up having multiple copies of the album on my hard drive. I do have (under Itunes preferences, advanced) copy songs into itunes library "checked". I'm sure this is the reason for the multiple copies. When I try to delete one of the copies of the album and go back to itunes and try playing a song, I get a red exclamtion point next to the song with an error message saying itunes cannot locate file. My questions are, Does Itunes literally make a copy of the song? If so , How do you know which file to delete?

Sony's own entertainment software on the Vaio plays merry **** with iTunes, worse there's no telling when it will kick in.
First head over to the Sony Vaio site and get the update for the software, that will stop it from messing with the iTunes database/library files when you connect your iPod.

With that stopped you can add the music back without fear of this happening again.

Further to the above I have now discovered that I have two iCloud accounts in my notes so there are two icloud folders !!
If I delete one, then all the notes are deleted from the other one. If I move all the notes from one into the other then the empty one is populated with two of everything !!
Dont want to uncheck Notes in iCloud as there is a drop down box that advises that all notes will be removed from my Mac if I take that action
Not sure what to do now !!

You could try to reset your iPod. Here is how:
1. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
2. Press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 8 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.
Tip: If you are having difficulty resetting your iPod, set it on a flat surface. Make sure the finger pressing the Select button is not touching any part of the click wheel. Also make sure that you are pressing the Menu button toward the outside of the click wheel, and not near the center.
If the above steps did not work, try connecting iPod to a power adapter and plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet, or connect iPod to your computer. Make sure the computer is turned on and isn't set to go to sleep. Try resetting the iPod while it is connected to power.

I am trying to figure out how I can get my library transferred to the Honda Accord 16gb hard drive? I have purchased music of off I tunes and do not have the physical CD. Anybody with any suggestions on how this can be done?

I am trying to figure out how I can transfer my library to my new 2014 honda accord that has an internal 16gb hard drive. The manual for the car says that it needs to be original CD's but I have purchased alot of the albums/songs I have from I tunes therefore not having the original CD. Can someone help me with this as I dont want to load each CD into the player to record and have some albums that I purchased off of I tunes that I would like to be on the hard drive.

I have two missed calls on my iPhone, each time I try to pick them up, my phone returns to the home screen, it will not let me see my recent calls. I have restored my phone, switched it off, taken the sim card out etc but still have the same problem. Has anyone any ideas?

First thing you need to check is if you have do not disturb on to find this out got to settings-do not disturb and tap on it and turn it off this should work

When I try to close one tab, the tabs dissapear

When I have "Always show the tab bar" checked, tabs work normally.
However, when I turn "Always show the tab bar" off, I get this problem:
If I have a bunch of tabs open and I close one, it leaves the next one open, but the tab bar dissapears, making it look like all the others have closed. I know that it hasn't closed the other tabs, since Ctrl+Shift+T only has to reload the first tab, and it also shows the tab bar again. Alternately, turning "Always show the tab bar" on shows all the other tabs are still open.
Is there a way to fix this, or do I just hope that the next update will fix it for me?

I can receive a fax but it fails when I try to send one.

I configured an MFP for faxing and I am able to receive a fax from an external source but when I try to send one to the same fax number it fails with the message of
"A communication error occurred during the fax transmission. If you're sending, try again and/or call to make sure the recipeint's fax machine is ready to receive faxes. If your're receiving, contact the initiator and ask them to send the document again."
I have run the fax test that is built into the printer and it comes back saying everything passed. I know the fax machine that I was sending to was working since I just received a fax from that number and when I just dialed the phone number I can tell that it is a fax line by the electronic noise.
When I dial the fax number and send it, the display says connecting...... and after about a minute it prints out the form indicating that it failed.
