What settings do I have set wrong?
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Please update Firefox to the latest version via "Help > About Firefox" or "Help > Check for Updates"<br />
The Firefox 6.0.2 version that you currently run is no longer supported with security updates.

I am unable to download iTunes on my second Windows 8 computer (64 bit). I got it fine on my first one and have used it quite a bit. After downloading the program and installing it on the second computer, I keep getting this error message: "Apple Mobile Device Failed to Start." This happens when when my IPhone 5c is connected via Wi-Fi and I have clicked on "Trust This Computer." (I have tried to install several times-- It gets hung up when it reaches"Starting Services.")
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (Later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Should you get the error iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found after the above reinstall then copy QTMovieWin.dll from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
and paste into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
The above paths would be for a 64-bit machine. Hopefully the same fix with the " (x86)" omitted would work on 32-bit systems with the same error.

Hi, cant update IO6. After downloading the update and processing it through Itunes on my mac.... and I have a factory unlocked Iphone 4S. Cant update the software. Waring message is say this devise is not eligible for build. Please help.
Download iTunes using the tab at the top of this page. Then run the update with iTunes closed.

i did what you have suggested to unsync the music and then re-sync again. should i try to cancel all the music in the library and then restore them again. can it work? i dont want to bet coz reloading so much music is very trouble. -

You mean the Control Center. As was said ...slide up with your thumb from the home button and a gray box should open (i.e. Control Center). There you can turn the orientation lock Off or On. You can also use the Flashlight or turn Bluetooth on or off, and other functions.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

I bought the Page application. I download the new version in my Ipad. When i wish open a document in my Mac, if I have openned before in my Ipad, I can´t. I have download in my Mac the new version of the Lion´s mountain and the pages. In my Itunes appear the application of the pages " with pen".In my Mac some documents appear with the ink´s bottle and these I can´t open it. When I try, an annoucement appear saying me "You need the new version" of Pages, And like I say before in my I tunes of the Mac appear the new version of Pages( the pen) and an information saying me what I don´t have any new application to download.
¿ What I must do , please?If you want to use documents created by the iOS 7 version of Pages, with Pages on your Mac, then you must upgrade your Mac to OS X Mavericks and update Pages to the newest version that only runs on Mavericks.
The only alternative would be if Pages for iOS 7 allows you to export the document for Pages for Lion. -
I just synced my iphone 3gs after downloading the safari update. Now I can't open any apps except the ones that came with the phone. I have tried rebooting, turning it off and on.
When I select the icon, it goes to the page then returns to my screensaver.
It was working well before the update and sync with my Acer netbook. Have never had any problems with itunes store or downloads.this happened to me with my iPhone 4. I researched the problem and found this :
"The reason this happens is because every time a downloaded app is opened it checks for your itunes password for validation that you are authorized to open that app (as it may contain personal info). From time to time the iphone 'forgets' your itunes password. You can fix the missing password by syncing the iphone with itunes or downloading an app from the app store and entering your password that way.”
And to fix it, all I did was download a new app, or delete a current one, I used Facebook, and re-download it.
