After Effect and 3dsmax VRay + 32 bits color and wrong display

Question

I have 32 EXR with gamma 1.0 (for future 2.2 in AE)
and 16 bit PNG with gamma 2.2 for reference
when Color Managment is None PNG in AAE look exactly like in buffer of 3dsmax! EXR have some difference from it.
if i check "Preserver RGB" for EXR and apply Levels with 2.2 gamma to compensate Linear on it - look exactly like PNG.
If i use Color Managment (i try with sRGB and many other profiles) PNG color became some distortions (from 3dsamx buffer).
Why i cant get EXR=PNG in After Effects???
How i can get PNG in AAE = EXR in AE = buffer of 3dsmax???

If you want that EXR to look like the PNG, the simple way is to keep the project working space set to None and check Preserve RGB on the EXR.
i work in sRGB space in vray buffer. and dont want create more extra filters on every pass/comps for correction to 2.2 from preserved RGB
The ideal workflow involves previewing your Max renders with a 2.2 gamma applied while creating your scene. That matches what After Effects does by default when you import an EXR.
No. Now after some days i can do EXR=RGB. my old PNG was in 2.2 gamma. But truth is 2.2 gamma not sRGB! it very very close but no...
For 100% correct color i must use VRAY buffer with sRGB options. And now i see in render of 3dsmax and in AAE same picture. Just after import.
(in AAE use 32bit, sRGB profile and linearize workflow)
