After firefox 30 was installed this week the browser is slow on sites with a large amount of information, data to set up,or many pictures or videos but will not allow navigation away until completely finished. Stop and back does not help it just continues the original site. Prior to release of 30 although slow it did allow navigation away or back.

This started last month - when I go to my comcast account, I'm able to log on and view my account but can not open my email inbox. When I enter my user name and password, I'm taken to the "Email Preview" page so that I can see a partial view of the inbox but when I click on "View Entire Inbox" it jumps to a page showing that it's loading but goes right back to the preview page - I can't open any of the emails. This does not happen when I use Internet Explorer or Firefox on my older laptop.

i have tried to reinstall itunes because it is saying i cant use my itunes due to an error 7, itunes helper not installed correctly, please reinstall, i have tried several times but still not allowing me to use, ive never had this problem before in all the years i have used itunes, i have gone through all the troubleshooting but still no access, can you help

That suggests that another application has stashed old QuickTime componentry in your system files.
So just in case we'll go looking for older QuickTime componentry in the most common locations for it to be stashed.
First we'll need to change some view settings.
In your Start menu, open Computer.
In your Organise menu, select Folder Options.
In the View tab, make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is selected, and Hide extensions for known file types is unchecked.
Click OK.
Now in Computer, open your C:\ drive (or whichever drive you have your operating system installed on).
Open the "Windows" folder.
If you have a 32-bit version of Windows, open the "System32" folder.
If you have a 64-bit version of Windows, open the "SysWOW64" folder.
What files and folders can you see in there with QuickTime in the title? (In a standard installation of Quicktime you should be seeing precisely two files... QuickTime.qts and QuickTimeVR.qtx ... and no QuickTime folders whatsoever.) -
I bought a full album on iTunes but the iTunes on my iPad mini will not allow me to download the full album. It shows that I have purchased the item but the purchase does not show up in my "Purchase" tab of iTunes on my iPad. I have updated my iPad completely. I have spent all weekend trying to fix this issue and I am so frustrated!!
Thanks for the reply! I am using the same username for my Macbook and iPad but had to update my Apple ID to a current email. After I did that I updated my iPad to the current system and then my iTunes stopped recognizing my purchases. It wasn't until JUST NOW that my original Apple ID would allow my password to delete itself from the iPad. So the issue seems solved now. User error.

Since then, apple computer has had inconsistent online experiences. Sometimes it is not possible to get online while front PC has not problem. This is annoying for the apple user. And the problem started only after updating Firefox. Please help! Thnx.

Have downloaded the latest PhotoShop CC but will not allow me to use Perspective Warp, why?
I am trying to use the latest tutorial about Perpective Warp. I have done the most recent download update today but when I go to edit, the Perspective Warp option is grayed out.
Photoshop grays thing out when some condition does not allow it to be use. The condition could be related to the current state of the active document, or related to hardware and software. Like Perspective Warp requires a GPU and may also require some amount of VRAM. Photoshop CC requirements state Video Adapter with GPU and at least 512MB VRAM. Check you Photoshop Preferences.
Photoshop menu Edit>Preferences>Performance GPU must be seen and enabled. -

The new version of iBooks will not open on my iPad(3gen) after it was installed. Reinstalling makes no difference. It opens then closes right away. Any fix??
Anybody else have this problem?Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

After I updated to iOS 7, my iCloud account is showing the incorrect email address for my Apple ID but will not allow me to change it- it's gray and I can't click on it. How do I fix this?
If you change your email, you do not need to "change" your AppleID. Just edit your email(s) on your Apple ID by logging in to your AppleID account. You should always use the same AppleID for Apple Services (iCloud, iTunes etc) and multiple ID will cause problems and confusion in the future.

Using Mac OSX Install Disc 1, I am not able to get any further than the Partition tab. It allows me to select my hard drive selection, but will not allow me to make any other selections such as options. Does anyone know their way around this obstacle? Am I doing anything wrong? Thanks

But the defragmentation process has just finished! so I'm gonna try to run Boot Camp again soon!

And P.S. I didn't clone my system onto the external drive, I just inserted the Mac OS X Install CD, rebooted holding down the "C" key, and installed a fresh Snow Leopard system onto the predetermined partition. I will use that in cases of emergency, when my main/internal system becomes unusable. -

If I am getting it right you try to log in to your account and it asks for billing information, and when you enter your card details it tells you that the card cannot be used. I have an Apple Power Mac G5 Dual 2.3 GHz/6GB RAM/500GB HDD/Superdrive PowerPC Desktop and just bought an Airport Extreme card for it. The card is recognized but will not see the in-house network. This is a pre-intel computer. Do I need an additional antennae? If so, which one because my research is confusing me about what is supposed to work with this computer.
