After following all instructions for returns, why haven't I received my refund for the Helvetica font?
I requested to receive a refund for Helvetica on 1/28/15 after I uninstalled, deactivated, and deleted the font from my computer. It has been almost a month and the order status still states "Return Requested" and in the Open Cases tab it states "Open- Pending Adobe Response." I would not think it takes this long to process a refund. Is there any way to fix this problem? Thank you.

HT5538 iMessage Q -- won't activate - even after following all instructions via Apple site
Trying to get iMessage to work on husband's iPhone 5.
Followed these instructions. http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4268 All attempts failed.
Image on this page http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5538 shows that the phone number needs to be checked also. Mine is grayed out so I cannot check it.
I have already activated (months ago) my phone number and email with Apple, but only reason I am questioning how to activate iMessage is because someone tried to send me a message and I never received it. They had to call to find out why I didn't respond.
I've followed all instructions on the links I've listed above, but still does not activate.

About this iPhone: V 6.1.4 (10B350); carrier AT&T 14.0.
iMessage under settings > waiting for activation; send and receive: email correct and verified; phone number does not have a check after it like the image shows at the above link.
On my iphone 4, the phone number is checked along with the email address.
So I'm thinking there must be an issue with the phone number in order to get iPhone iMessage to work.
Not finding anything about that on the Apple site or Googling either.Found answer. One does NOT have to do all the suggestions I've found everywhere on Apple forum: reinstall, reboot, reactivate, delete Apple acocunt, reinstall Apple account, reinstall email, reinstall phone number, restore, clean installs, reinstall previous backup, reset to factory settings, on and on and on with a nightmare of information to try.
All it took was TOGGLING the auto date/time settings on iPhone.
The phone number then was checked automatically. -

The problem I've got is I'm currently running Puppy Linux on my laptop.
Now I've tried everything I can to get Java working under either Firefox, Chromium or Seamonkey (I have all three browsers on my computer).
For firefox and seamonkey I have tried the following -
downloaded the tar.gz file for java
unpacked it to /opt/java
gone to /user/lib/mozilla/plugins and run the command
ln -s /opt/java/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so
to create the symbolic link to the plugin
checked that the plugin is executable (actually even tried giving everything full permission to read/write and execute it)
For Chromium done a similar thing but put the symbolic link in /usr/lib/chrome-linux/plugins folder instead.
Restarted the web browser, even tried restarting X Server in case the browser is running somewhere in the background.
All three browsers can pick up all the other .so plugins in that folder except Java.
When I click check plugins on firefox I get to the page about "Missing Java? - For your safety Firefox has disabled your outdated version of Java. Please upgrade to the latest version".
However the version I've downloaded is Version 7 Update 9 which is exactly the same one that is available as the latest version from Java themselves (it was only downloaded from that link a couple of minutes before, I've even tried re-downloading it just in case there has been an update within those 5 minutes).
If I go into the Java folder and run ControlPanel the Java control panel pops up and it knows where Java is installed and everything.
So what on earth is going on? Am I installing the plugin in the right directory? I'm guessing so as that is where all the other plugins are stored and Firefox, Chrome and Seamonkey are picking all the others up fine, or could there be an older version of Java lurking around somewhere on my system that Firefox, Seamonkey and Chrome are all trying to use?
I've also tried downloading the RPM and installing that into the /usr/java folder and replacing the symlink from /opt/java to the one in the /usr/java folder and still nothing.
I just really can't understand it 'cos it's picking up all the other plugins like Gecko and even installed Flash in the same way and that works fine.Thanks cor-el looks like Oracle need to update their linux installation instructions then. If only I'd have known that before doing all sorts to get it working.

I have Windows Vista. I use Firefox latest version. I just checked and all the plugins are up-to-date. I got a crash report and that was when I first had to update a couple of plugins. After doing that it still gives me the same message. I even deleted Java and re-installed it. What can I do to now? It was only crashing on one game on Facebook now it crashes on 3 games and getting worse.

Hi, I have a brabd new setup of Oracle 11g R2. I was searching for HR schema to start working and I landed on Application Express. Downloaded it, finished setup, downloaded the listner, I ran

in IE 8 and Googlke chrome, I enter login amd passwor, hit login, nothing happens.
Of course before logging, in a command window I run

Login button is workiing but getting the following error

I a used "admin" with the password I entered during setup

A pop-up box in the lower right corner of the screen says the download is complete. But a search of the entire hard drive does not locate the files. I've tried restarting Firefox, restarting Windows---and even shutting down and restarting the computer---after each attempt at downloading, with no different results. I've also tried disabling other programs like V-Tuner and Eudora before downloading. I have no trouble downloading other files, including my original installation of Firefox plus the upgrades. My current version of Firefox (3.6.16) is still working just fine; I tried to upgrade only because 4.0 was announced on-screen today, and I thought I might as well have the latest thing. My operating system is Windows 2000, which I see listed as compatible.
Check that you do not run Firefox as Administrator.
Right-click the Firefox desktop shortcut and choose "Properties".
In the Compatibility tab, make sure that Privilege Level: "Run this program as Administrator" is not selected.
You also need to check the Properties of the firefox.exe program in the Firefox program directory. -

I use an Macbook from 2006 with OS X 10.7.5
MyDay starts up every time I switch on. I don't use it, so want to remove it from the list of programs which start automatically. I have followed all instructions for doing this, and have of course unlocked and relocked the relevant page in Systems Preferences, but the instruction never 'sticks', and MyDay still starts every time. Anyone know what to do?Check StartupItems...
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
/Library/StartupItems
Click Go. If you see any reference to MyDay, delete it. That does not delete the app Just keeps it from launching when you startup your Mac.
Just to be sure, you checked System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items ??
Unlocking or locking the padlock icon only prevents other users from changing your preferences. -
I followed all instructions for redeeming a coupon for movies. Inserted digital disc as instructed and manually entered redemption code. Nothing. Laptop camera refused to take picture. Entered everything manually but instructions keep saying insert digital copy of the disc. I did. Instructions keep repeating. I'm in movie ****.

I imagine that would be frustrating, to not be a able to redeem an iTunes Digital Copy with the Digital Copy code and disc. Did the movie come with more than one disc or has the code been used already? After a month of using CS6 Master, Acrobat ceased functioning. Many other customers with the same problem suggested deactivating Flash Pro to reactivate Acrobat. After following these instructions, the entire suite was deactivated and now dipalys a message that our trial that will expire in 10 days (in the middle of an upcoming charity event). Is there any way to reactivate CS6? Is the only option to delete all CS programs? Can we download CS6 again with the same product key?
In general theory, one now has the Edit button for their posts, until someone/anyone Replies to it. I've had Edit available for weeks, as opposed to the old forum's ~ 30 mins.
That, however, is in theory. I've posted, and immediately seen something that needed editing, only to find NO Replies, yet the Edit button is no longer available, only seconds later. Still, in that same thread, I'd have the Edit button from older posts, to which there had also been no Replies even after several days/weeks. Found one that had to be over a month old, and Edit was still there.
Do not know the why/how of this behavior. At first, I thought that maybe there WAS a Reply, that "ate" my Edit button, but had not Refreshed on my screen. Refresh still showed no Replies, just no Edit either. In those cases, I just Reply and mention the [Edit].
Also, it seems that the buttons get very scrambled at times, and Refresh does not always clear that up. I end up clicking where I "think" the right button should be and hope for the best. Seems that when the buttons do bunch up they can appear at random around the page, often three atop one another, and maybe one way the heck out in left-field.
While I'm on a role, it would be nice to be able to switch between Flattened and Threaded Views on the fly. Each has a use, and having to go to Options and then come back down to the thread is a very slow process. Jive is probably incapable of this, but I can dream.

I have just setup my new Apple TV (3rd Gen).
I followed all instructions, have my one and only Apple ID on both my home PC and Apple TV.
Home Sharing has been turned on both devices as well.
The icon shows up on iTunes after I typed in my apple id and password, but after I click Done it disappears.
What can I do?
Shadez3In your itunes on the PC, Apple TV 3rd gen does not show up ever this is normal as Apple TV3 does not store any content you can access from the PC
On your Apple TV to see your PC library, Select Computers from the front screen and it should show your pc library.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
