For Iphone 4S - After updating to iOS 6.1.2 wifi became inactive(grayved - i can't turn it on).
Phone still on warranty. I've tried everything - recover, setings resets etc.
How fast can solve this issue in UK service center?
I will be in London for 2 days, and i've bought my iphone there.
Will they be able to change my phone in these 2 days?

Even if it is a hardware problem they should fix it regardless of warranty. If you buy a car and after 1.5 years the doors fall off due to a failure in their design and construction, do you think the car manufacturer could pull off what Apple is trying to do? Yes the car still delivers its primary objective of driving from A to B, but significant functionality has been lost due to their fault.
It is the same with this iPhone wifi problem. Apple are a disgrace, I have had significant Apple Hardware failures with my MacBook Pro and iPhone within 2 years of purchase. Pathetic quality.

Usually if you have some kind of hardware failure there is some beeping during POST or most motherboards now have LED indicators to produce and error message based on the type of failure
So if its bad memory, not place properly, mismatched, processor not inserted properly, mismatched voltage or voltage connector not present etc it beeps or generates the error id.
Power supplies can be tested for failure. There are some walk throughs for testing just them with a switch, paperclip or a jumper (I'd suggest not doing this if you are not familiar with the dangers of electricity).
Memory can be tested with memory diagnostics programs like Memtest+
Processors can overheat if the proper precautions have not been taken usually you will get a POST beep or error code for that.
If the motherboard has no response then do the basics first:
Check power connectors and power supply. Once you determine that is not the case move on to other items like graphics cards in all the way or memory.

First you add the language, then next you go into Photoshop's Preferences > Interface > UI Language and English should now be an option.

I am using Labview 2012 (64 bits) on a Windows 7 OS.
The error code is R6031 - Attempt to initalize the CRT more than once. This indicates a bug in your appilcation.

There are a couple of potential problems here:
- What is the definition of the Struct parameter? The boolean used in the struct may have a different representation than LabVIEW's boolean. Confusingly, on Windows, BOOLEAN is a byte, and BOOL is an int. (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa383751%28v=vs.85%29.aspx) In LabVIEW, a boolean is a byte. If the representations don't match, you'll have problems.
- The "arg4" array parameter contains only a single value. How large should that array be? You need to pre-allocate the array to the correct size (using Initialize Array), or at least set the minimum array size parameter in the Call Library Function Node configuration.
- Check the numeric representation of the "arg4" parameter. You build an array of a 32-bit int, but pass it as a 16-bit array. LabVIEW will coerce to the type specified in the Call Library setup (as indicated by the coercion dot), but it would be a good idea to get the data type right instead.
