After getting my 2009 imac's HDD repaired the super drive wont work anymore... How can I resolve this?!

I think you need to contact the repairer, and explain the problem as something may not have been reconnected properly on the re-assembly. That is not to be assumed as fact, so taking a diplomatic approach along these lines in negotiation would be in your interest.
