After I read pages on my iphone my ipad does not advance in the book

I read some pages from a book on ibooks on my iphone and when I get home I pick up my ipad and the book does not take me to where I left off on my iphone. I am very frustrated as this has only started happening over the last couple weeks. Please help!!

Make sure that bookmarks are still set to sync. Settings>iBooks>Sync Bookmarks>On. Then close iBooks completely on both devices, reboot both devices and then see f they pages start syncing again.
In order to close an app, you drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the iBooks app and then swipe "up" on the app thumbnail to close it.
Reboot the iPad/iPhone by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the device start up.

PDFs are notorious for being difficult to navigate with a screen reader, because nearly all PDFs are either not remediated for accessibility or poorly remediated. Hopefully that landscape is changing with the proposed new 508 rules, which substantially raise the bar for high quality document accessibility and hopefully will have some legal teeth. Still, JAWS should at least attempt to read any PDF that is not image-only. It should infer the tags if no tags are present. I am not at all familiar with JAWS but it sounds to me like the software may not be configured properly for reading PDFs. The JAWS company Freedom Scientific may be able to help, or posting in a JAWS support forum may yield useful information, or maybe a JAWS expert will chime in here. Sorry I am not able to be of help.

I can use my ipad to send messages, but it only moniltors the ones i send with the ipad. All the other messages I get on my iphone are missing.
Any idea why?

"The bubble in the green background" indicates the message was an SMS (cellular text) message. If the background were blue, it would mean the message was an iMessage.
The difference is important. Your iPad is not a cellular telephone. It cannot send or receive cellular text or MMS messages. It is, however, an Apple device which means it can communicate using Apple's iMessage to/from other Apple devices (typically over WiFi).

You tapped in the middle of the screen and it did not bring up the scrubber and controls at the top of the screen?
Try a Reset: hold down the sleep and home buttons, ignore the red OFF slider, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons.

You have to back them up to a computer. You would import them either to iPhoto or to the Photos app in your PC:

My macbook pro, iphone, and ipad can not connect to the internet simultaneously. However my room mates computers that are not apple products are connected to the internet.

Occasionally my macbook, iphone, and ipad would not be connected to the internet at the same time. However, when they can connect, all three are connected at the same time. It is not my internet because my room mates computers are connected to the internet the whole time without any problems. When I can't connect, I can still see the network name on th wifi network search. However, when I click connect, the only message that pops up is can not join network.

Iphone and ipad does not find the airprint printer

After I upgraded my iphone and ipad I lost my airprint function. Ipad and Iphone does not find the airprinter. The printer is a HP Photosmart 5520, and it does work wireless with my Windows PC that is on the same nettwork.

In our case the Airprint printers could not be found after IOS upgraded to 7.1.2, all was fine before then. I have scoured the forums and many people have suffered the same problem. All the solutions given are aimed at a domestic network with just a Wireless router. They all involve restarting all the devices and rejoining the IOS devices to the wireless network. Some people have had to do it multiple times before they regained use of the printers.
In my case none of these work because I am talking about a business network with two wireless access points, several switches and a router. To prove it is the IPads I have installed Bonjour onto a Windows PC (Bonjour is the technology used by Airprint). This finds the printers perfectly so it is definitely something that was changed in the version of Bonjour on the IOS 7.1.2 that is causing all the problems.
I was hoping that Apple would release another upgrade to IOS to fix this problem but it has been several weeks so far and nothing has emerged.
So something that worked perfectly a few weeks ago is now dead in the water because of an update on the IPads!!!!!!!!

Air play not functioning properly (iPhone works iPad does not)

Air play between my Apple TV & iPhone works fine but my iPad will not play videos. Both the iPhone & iPad have the same iOS. Apple TV will mirror everything but videos on the iPad. Any ideas?

I'm using iOS 8 on both devices, not sure why it says 5.
