I have the same problemafter upgrade to IOS6.1. I guess now iPhone5 is on the market, Apple is probably rubbing they hands hoping that people will move on. I have bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 since and will not be going back to iPhone.

Try this fix:
Set Documents & Data to Off in iCloud Options
Go to Keyboard Shortcuts & delete existing shortcuts
DO NOT NAVIGATE AWAY FROM THE SHORTCUTS MENU
Hold down the power button to shutdown phone
Power phone back up
Create a new Shortcut (In my case the old ones were gone but the ones I was attempting to test with came back)
Test the new Shortcut
Rebuild remainder of Shortcuts
Set Documents & Data to On in iCloud Options
Enjoy
I tried all the other solutions I could find and non worked. So I started playing and this worked for myself and a coworker.
Initially my Shortcuts were just in a list form. After performing the procedure above and recreating them they're now listed in alphabetical order with an alphabet selector list just like Contacts on the right. Been working for quite a few days now.

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Click: Remove All Website Data
Now back to the menu bar, click Safari > Empty Cache
Quit then relaunch Safari.
Try one of the sites you had trouble accessing... -

A long story about your issue... I think the reason of this is why you have deleted some registry keys. If you delete something in the Windows registry you should really know what you do. You can damage the complete Windows system!
So I think this is the reason why the keyboard doesnt anymore.
In the user manual I have founded that the CD-ROM booting option is only available with optional optical disk drive.
So for me it sounds like that your USB CD drive is not compatible to the notebook -

Ok I fixed the issue, turns out a couple of weeks ago, I downloaded a program that was suppose to help shrink some of your stuff to use less data, it was called Onavo. It was suppose to show you how much data you use to help keep you within your limits. If you have downloaded this, go through your settings and delete it and it will fix the problem. At least it did for me. I can now send photo's to non Iphone users via text no problem.

My iPhone updated its firmware and now my wifi is greyed out, how do I fix it?
Happened on the last update before iOS 7 and upgrading to 7 hasn't fixed it
My issue was the chip was working fine, until apple updated their firmware. Upon speaking to apple staff not one of them told me the wifi chip failed but they admitted that it was an underlying cause and the firmware update was to blame. I have taken great care of my phone but I refuse to pay to fix problems caused by the manufacturer. It's upsetting to find apple manufacture suicide switches into its technology like this as my MacBook stopped loading internet browsers after an update, again I was told I had to pay to get it fixed.

Before I updated to Yosemite, I could FaceTime other people and Message other people with the MacBook Pro apps. However, after I updated to Yosemite, they stopped working. I get "not delivered" feedback on Messages, and "call failed" on FaceTime. I made sure that both have the correct emails checked and unchecked in the settings as my iPod, and made sure that the "make calls from" or "begin new conversations from" coincide with my handheld Apple media player.
Am I not doing something? Am I doing something wrong?

This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this behavior; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Please take this step regardless of the results of Step 1.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or earlier, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of Steps 1 and 2. -

on my Qosmio F60, the wifi is making crazy stuff. After the PC is going to sleep, I shut the panel or make it hybernate, it is not anymore willing to connect to any network. I have to do one of the 2 things:
go to adapter settings, stop the adapter service and then restart it or
restart the PC
I have a realtek RTL 8191SE Wireless LAN 802.11 n PCI-E NIC, I have already updated the driver for windows 7 from the toshiba website and still this problem remains...
Any clues what to do?

MiroslavNo does not work, I have the latest updates of both now, Bios and also the wifi adapter from our toshiba support site and still does not re-connect after being down...So I have to sadly disable and then enable the adapter device to be able to work on the web :((
any more suggestions? It is still in warranty, but I need to work with it daily, so could be available for a part of the weekend only for maintenance :((

I got the iphone about 5 days ago and i was using it with my school wireless network. I had to register my iphone's MAC address through school and typed in WEP on the iphone and the wifi was working fine. But the internet has stopped working on the iphone since yesterday.
although internet is connected through wifi, when i open safari, it says "safari can't open the page because it could not connect to the server." i re registered the mac address and re typed in the password but the same thing is happening. what is wrong???See if the following steps help.
1. On the iPhone perform a Restart
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Now retest your connection to the WEP Network
2. If that does not work, Toggle Airplane mode on and off, This can be done by going to Settings, Airplane Mode, Turn on for 30 seconds then turn off, Retest WiFi
3. Go to your WiFi Network, you should have padlock, Tap on the Blue circle, and see if you get an IP address and a Router Address. If you do not then you are not communicating with the Wireless Network even though your connecting.
In most cases this is a Wireless Security Issue. Something the school changed or maybe an update on your iPhone. -
