Any time I restart my Mac, Creative Cloud asks me to download the last update of Photoshop CC (2014) and Bridge, what can I do to resolve it? It is not a big problem but I don't like it!

Migrating Presets does not require a network connection and you can still migrate your cc presets if you still have CC installed. Use Photoshop menu Edit>Presets>Migrate Presets... Migrating presets only migrates presets. It does not migrate Plugins, settings, extensions and scripts. CC 2014 is also not completely backwards compatible with CC. Support for Flash Panels and Oil Painter filter have been removed. So extensions like mini bridge no longer work in CC 2014

Did you turn off the "show transform controls" option in the move tool?
It sounds like you were using that previously.
And you can always transform by using the Free Transform command (command/control T).

Retrieving Automate Batch processes I created in Photoshop CC before updating to Photoshop CC 2014

I used Photoshop CC this afternoon and created a couple of batch processes. This evening I had to update CC and the result was that when I opened Photoshop CC 2014 the two batch processes I created were not there. Is there a way to import them and from where?

That's Photoshop CC, which does not have the Color Adaptation feature. It was discontinued at 14.2.1
Photoshop CC 2014 would have the version number 2014.2.2 20141204.r.310 2014/12/04:23:59:59 CL 994532 x64
in that first line.
So you still need to install Photoshop CC 2014, or if you installed it, do a search for it on your computer.

CC 2014 performance has not change much from prior versions. It sounds like an installation problem. Something in your system configuration is not quite right. A device driver like a wacom tablet driver. A display driver. Bad system fonts. Corrupt Photoshop cc2014 preferences. You need to track down the cause.

Excel 2007 VBA, problem setting Sheet Visibility in BeforeSave event after Office updates during mid Dec 2014

After update of Office 2007 during mid December 2014, I have a Macro that does not work properly - which it did before the update.
The Macro is used to make sure that users have Macros enabled when working on the file. The logic basically does the following:
=> In the "OnOpen" event, set all "work sheets" as Visible, and set the "Macro Warning sheet" to non-visible.
=> In the "BeforeSave" event, set the "Macro Warning sheet" as Visible and set all "work sheets" as non-visible.
After the mid December update of Office 2007, the "OnOpen" part still works fine. The "BeforeSave" part does NOT work properly if the save action is triggered by using the shortcut key "CTRS+s". However, if saving the file
using the "Save" option in the menues, the "BeforeSave" action works fine.
Does Microsoft have a fix for this problem? I am not entierly sure exactly which update/KB that caused this.
To recreate the problem, put the following code into the "thisWorkbook" module, and make sure that one sheet has the codeName "wshForceMacros". Open the file, enable Macros, then save the file using the keys "CTRL+s". The macro
now hangs on the row "wshForceMacros.Cells(2, 1).Select" since the wshForceMacros sheet has not become properly visible...
