After install cluster - all nodes, unable to repair /global....

I install sunCluster 3.1 Update 4 on solaris 8 :
V440 + v440 + v240 (2+1 architector, that meend that the therd node is the standBy and he atached to all disks). + 2* D1000 storageas that was splited.
I install the cluster OK, but after I check with scstat that all is OK and also the qourum is configured OK,
then I scshutdown the cluster and the the nodes came up but they stop due to message
"fsck: could not stat s5: No such file or directory - error."
there is the output on one node :

Anather Question is, befor I install the cluster I install the webcomponnet and afterr that there was a message during the boot :
ld.so.1: ifconfig: fatal: relocation error: file /usr/lib/libCrun.so.1: symbol __1cH__CimplJex_threadMget_thr_data6F_p1_: referenced symbol not found
somebody knows why it's happand?

I install all from the begining, and it's happand again !!!
I belive it's connect to the messages that apperd on each node after the first boot for the scinstall finished.
on each node this message shows :
Configuring /dev and /devices
configuring the /dev directory (campatibility devices)
/usr/cluster/bin/scdidadm: Could not load DID instance list.
Cannot open /etc/cluster/ccr/did_instances.
Booting as part of a cluster.
after all of the node rebooted OK with this messages, I check the nodes and all was OK.
but the I configured the quorum and it was also OK in the scstat -q.
then scshutdown -y -g 0
all the nodes booted with the same messages :

After installing ios6 all my r&b songs are listed under the genre "unknown". That was not a genre listed previously.

Tried to force a resync by identifying all the unknowns in iTunes, and editing with new info. I updated the comments section with something like "genre issue". It Fixed the prob. I also noticed that it only happened to older songs and my recent additions weren't affected. Hope this works for everyone.

Iphoto 09 - after install, not all photo's can be printed - help

After installing iphoto, not all of my photo's were displaying. and when I had tried to print, only original photo's would print. if a duplicated or edited photo was selected, it would just look like a screen dump. I have uninstalled the software and re-installed it. the same problem occured. When I reinstalled it, the faces did not run. help please!

i think i found a solution. rebuilding the photo database and fixing permissions did not correct a problem with 1 of the 4 photos I was attempting to print. Editing the photo in iPhoto may have resulting in the photo becoming corrupted. To make a long story short ... I used Time Machine to retrieve an earlier version of the corrupted photo, and all seems to be well.

After installing CS5 all pdf printers crash when printing

I'm having really annoying problem with pdf-printers. After CS5 has been installed all pdf printers stop working.
I've tried to print with Adobe PDF, pdf x-change, PDF-converter and all of them hungs upp and takes down also the program where im printing from. I have same problem on two differents computers (both win xp sp3). Uninstalling other pdf printers and leaving just Adobe PDF wont help. All updates are applied. No help from event viewer or any logs, just notify of crashed program.
I'm pretty sure that this is some kind of shared .dll or driver problem.. What should i do?

Just out of curiosity, did you set up your printer using the OS X built-in drivers, or did you use the HP stuff? I have seen posts from people who have had difficulties with the HP supplied drivers.
Also, by the latest Adobe Reader, I am assuming that is 9.0.0. I had a similar problem sometime ago, but it seemed to disappear when I downloaded the aforementioned version of the Reader.

After installing ADMS all of my Apple devices become unrecognized by my PC

After a year I decied to update my books on my ipad and my iphone but when I installed itunes I found out that my pc doesnt recognized my devices. They event wont get charged by USB
I tried several times to fix the software, I re-installed and un-installed it many times then I found out what the problem was !
When I un-install " Apple Mobile Device Support " my PC will recognize my devices, my devices will get charged with USB again, but itunes wont work withouth ADMS. The probem is ADMS :|
Now I really dont know what to do?
Please help me with this issue

After installing Yosemite, all office for mac 2011 apps crash after opening

Using 2013 MBP, installed Yosemite Friday and when opening Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Outlook, they open for 5 seconds and then error out and crash. Any ideas? Thanks

Completely uninstall Office. Reinstall it from scratch using the original media. If you don't have the uninstaller then follow these procedures for getting it all removed:
Uninstalling Software: The Basics
Most OS X applications are completely self-contained "packages" that can be uninstalled by simply dragging the application to the Trash. Applications may create preference files that are stored in the /Home/Library/Preferences/ folder. Although they do nothing once you delete the associated application, they do take up some disk space. If you want you can look for them in the above location and delete them, too.
Some applications may install an uninstaller program that can be used to remove the application. In some cases the uninstaller may be part of the application's installer, and is invoked by clicking on a Customize button that will appear during the install process.
Some applications may install components in the /Home/Library/Applications Support/ folder. You can also check there to see if the application has created a folder. You can also delete the folder that's in the Applications Support folder. Again, they don't do anything but take up disk space once the application is trashed.
Some applications may install a startupitem or a Log In item. Startupitems are usually installed in the /Library/StartupItems/ folder and less often in the /Home/Library/StartupItems/ folder. Log In Items are set in the Accounts preferences. Open System Preferences, click on the Accounts icon, then click on the LogIn Items tab. Locate the item in the list for the application you want to remove and click on the "-" button to delete it from the list.
Some software use startup daemons or agents that are a new feature of the OS. Look for them in /Library/LaunchAgents/ and /Library/LaunchDaemons/ or in /Home/Library/LaunchAgents/.
If an application installs any other files the best way to track them down is to do a Finder search using the application name or the developer name as the search term. Unfortunately Spotlight will not look in certain folders by default. You can modify Spotlight's behavior or use a third-party search utility, EasyFind, instead.
Some applications install a receipt in the /Library/Receipts/ folder. Usually with the same name as the program or the developer. The item generally has a ".pkg" extension. Be sure you also delete this item as some programs use it to determine if it's already installed.
There are many utilities that can uninstall applications. Here is a selection:

After installing iOS5 i am unable to move built-in icons from one screen to another.

Any ideas? It works just fine on my iPhone4. Just not on the iPad2. I''m thinking there is a switch or something that I must have set incorrectly.

I had the same frustration, it appears that if the shape is shown in outline only you can't drag it around with your mouse, although as said it can be positioned with either the co-ordinates or by the left/right keys on your keyboard; however if you select a fill in the shape, (even though the fill may be the same colour as your background), you can then drag it around!
If anyone reads this, which is unlikely as it's written long after the original question, I'd be interested to know what the rationale is for that behaviour. It's not intuitive to me.

Unable to load many web based games after installing lion

After installing Lion, I am unable to launch several online games (Pogo e.g.). What compatibility issues are being addressed?

I didn't think reinstalling was gonna do me any good except for getting rid of every single thing I have ever installed since getting this MBP. I'm thinking it has to be something that is on my computer causing this, especially since it only affects my ability to get to this one site and I only started seeing this problem yesterday.
So, I went ahead and disabled all my Chrome extensions and I don't have any Safari extensions at all. That didn't fix my issue.
I've been trying to run Sophos on here, thinking that maybe I've got a Trojan or some kind of malware, but it never seems to finish a full scan of my hard drive. That "Plugin" that I mentioned above has me very suspicious, except that whatever that is, it's been on my computer since basically when I first got it. Maybe it's malicious, or maybe it's just a poorly named piece of software. In any case, it got updated last night around 11pm, about the same time I noticed my problem. After trying everything I have, it's hard for me to overlook that as coincidence.
But, where do I go to gain more information about what that could be? I should mention that this MBP is basically my first Apple computer. I've been a PC guy (still am mostly) forever, but I finally dove in and got a Mac to start iOS development. So I'm sure there are ways to get more information than I am currently aware of.

After installing Maverick is I unable to use Address Book, Calculator, Automator, Dictionary, Font Book, ICal and I have no Utilities, when I try it says not suitable for this version, all it keeps telling "You can’t use this version of the application" “Dictionary” with this version of OS X. what do I do next, do I try and re-install the spplications, yet my Adobe CS4 and QuarkXpress are OK.

Launchpad Gestures doesn't work after install Lion

Hey people, I have this problem, after install Lion all gestures works properly, but Launchpad and Show desktop doesn't work even with the option in the Trackpad enabled.

• Use Disk Utility to repair permissions and then
   download and apply the 10.7.2 Combo Update:

• Repair permissions again immediately following the system restart
   that completes the Combo update.
The Combo version of updates can sometimes correct
strange problems like yours.
For camera problems in web video, you may need to update to the current version of Flash: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

After installing Leopard I cannot connect onto company server

After installing Leopard I am unable to connect to our company server. I was able to see the server when I was on tiger. I tried to connect the server manually but it seems I can't even do that. What to do next ? Server connects both PCs and Mac in the office.
I went into finder preference and click connect to server. I don't see any of our three servers that I saw on tiger. Not sure what to do next.

I wish I was writing with an answer, but all I can really offer is that "I feel your pain". In my case, after upgrading to Leopard, I can see many, but nowhere near all, computers on our network, and there's no obvious explanation for who appears and who doesn't. Worse, I can see the one I most need to see (my administrative assistant) but there is no option to file share through drop boxes or any other mechanism we've found (despite enabling those options in preferences) and the only option listed is to "share screen" -- which is interesting since my assistant's computer is running Tiger, and selecting it on my end fails every time!
What gives!?! It's tough being the local mac evangelical when s**t like this goes down!
